Indonesia from 2020 to 2021 were exposed to COVID-19 pandemic. Both countries implemented a policy of restricting entry areas based on almost the same criteria, In Indonesia namely as PPKM which applying some level of exposure to those infected with covid-19. The determination of this level was all based on the growth in numbers exposed to covid-19, but on pandemic cases, the number of people who do not suffer from COVID-19 disease but have the same symptoms as the symptoms of COVID-19 also need to be considered as the pandemic agent to their environment. We named it as Precaution Covid-19 Pandemic (PCP) Level. The current level of the COVID-19 pandemic has not been fully determined by this idea. So, the idea of this research is to determine the pre-pandemic or precaution level of covid-19 in an area interfere by surrounding area. PCP level was not based on the growth of those infected with the covid-19 disease, but influenced by the number of patients whose have the symptoms similar to the dominant symptoms of the covid-19. The PCP Level determination can be used for precaution policy and support the previous Level Pandemic Methods. To accomplish this idea, two algorithms are used, they are K-Mean algorithm as a pattern clustering and the AHP algorithm as a level determination of the Covid-19 pandemic. Data are collected from 11 health centers in Bandung Regency. The last thing is two determine the allowance for travel to other town is done by check the tendency for traveler to be infected determine by the PCP Level and using Naïve bayes algorithm which recognizing the pattern of symptoms. The results of this study show that the combination of the three proposed algorithms can be used as alternative to give warrant decision about getting infection of Covid-19

Governance in Indonesia in the era of technology 4.0 is required to follow changes and accommodate every community's aspirations quickly. The level of participation and become an advantage of E-government in breaking the divide between the government and the people in Indonesia. The level of public participation that continues to increase if it is open makes E-Government much needed in Indonesia. However, there are still many government information systems that are created and implemented that do not work optimally both in regional and central governments. The purpose of this research is to provide basic data, follow-up data, and all that is needed for the development of an E-Government strategy. Measuring the maturity level of E-government is needed to determine the extent of the implementation of E-Government in Papua Province. The model used to measure the level of maturity in the study is the Gartner Model. Gartner's model suggests four critical phases of e- government evolution: web presence, interaction, transaction, and transformation. The research methodology uses a questionnaire and the calculation uses the average score of each dimension. To find out the relationship between the dimensions and the criteria used the Partial Least Square method. The results of the research that the maturity level of E-Government is 4.06 (predictable process). The dimensions of transformation and usability affect public participation in using e-government in Papua Province.

Data integration is frequently used in a variety of applications and necessity. In the process of teaching and learning activities, STIMIK ESQ also has a Learning Management System (LMS), which is an e-learning system based on Moodle. For each class period, lecturers must complete a process to enter attendance information into the academic information system (AIS). A web-based system called AIS is used to track academic activity, class attendance, instructors, and student data. The lecturer must extract attendance information from the LMS in the form of an excel file, sort the information, and then categorize the data according to the study plan of each student. Manually entering attendance data takes between five and ten minutes. Processing all attendance for 12–15 courses takes 7–10 seconds after the assessment procedure. The STIMIK ESQ academic administrator downloads the excel file from AIS during the enrollment process and afterward creates a class on the LMS. The downloaded data is modified to fit the template specified for the LMS import procedure. Data entry for enrollment takes roughly 7 to 10 minutes. It takes between 10 and 15 seconds once the testing procedure is finished processing all courses for the odd semester of the 2020–2021 academic year. Data integration has been tested with utilizing RabbitMQ. The flexibility of REST, which can interface with two separate systems, and RabbitMQ, which can divide duties in processing a lot of data, are used in this research. In this study, the integration process is executed using a scheduler that will execute the integration process automatically.

Contextual teaching and learning is a learning concept that encourages students to make a connection between knowledge and its application in real life. This concept can stimulate students to think logically so that they can improve their logical abilities. By having good logic skills, students will find it easier to solve various problems that occur. To facilitate the learning process based on contextual teaching and learning, in this research, web-based multimedia learning was developed by applying the Contextual teaching and learning model with the ADDIE method. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the increase in students' logical abilities was evaluated based on three indicators: the coherence of thinking with a value of n-gain = 0.32 (moderate improvement), argumentative ability n-gain = 0.27 (low improvement), and drawing conclusions n-gain = 0.33 (moderate improvement).

To market a product is usually done by offering it to many people you meet or giving brochures. However, if a product that is sold and offered to potential buyers is not everyone's consumptive product, then the marketing must be different. The use of digital media in the current technological era, it is highly recommended to market products as a means of selling such as a sales website . Sales transactions made at the company so far are conventional, such as ordering products using telephone media and sales that come directly to stores and offer products. Management of data and reports is still done semi-computerized using Microsoft Office. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems that occur and provide system design proposals for the company. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. method of analysis in this study using PIECES analysis. To describe the design model and system design using Unified Modeling Languages (UML). Based on data throughout 2022, there have been many reductions in employees both globally and Indonesia. The reduction was made due to adjustments with developments to keep the business afloat in increasingly fierce competition. However, reducing the number of employees is not an easy decision to make. This decision can have an impact on many aspects of the development and course of a business or company. To make a decision especially related to the aspect of termination of employment, it is necessary to consider carefully and thoroughly. Assessment and decision-making cannot be based on just one aspect, other aspects need to be seen to be taken into consideration. Additional aspects that can be selected to strengthen decision-making can be taken from the data. Data will not have any value without processing it with various approaches, one of which is the prediction process. Starting from the data, the prediction results will be more appropriate to make a decision. This study made a comparison of 3 decision tree algorithms, and produced a comparison of the three methods in terms of accuracy. The results of this study are the best accuracy for each algorithm C.45 = 83.44; Random Forests = 85.85; LMT = 88.29 with a linear precision value, and the best algorithm model with the highest accuracy is the Logistic Model Tree (LMT) algorithm.

Route planning from several locations is a common problem encountered. Google Maps provides a feature to plan routes from multiple location but does not provide a feature to find the optimal route from these locations. Based on the survey, 61.9% of respondents have a low level of confidence when planning the optimal route from several locations. So we need software that can help in planning the route. This research utilizes genetic algorithms to help plan routes from several locations. The genetic algorithm used includes components in the form of chromosomes, fitness values, selection, crossover, and mutations. In addition, Google Maps API used as the data source that provides maps, directions, and distance matrices. The design method used extreme programming. The software is made using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript programming languages with MySQL DBMS. In addition, Black-box and White-box testing method is used in this research. The results of this study are route optimization software that works by using genetic algorithm components to obtain optimal route from several locations with the advantages of using Google Maps API and selecting location points and starting points that are flexible. This study aims to highlight the benefits, limitations, and future prospects of route optimization. The findings of this research will contribute to assist decision-makers in adopting effective strategies related to route optimization.
