Abstract

Political communication is a form of the process of delivering a message from a regional head to the community. By using the choice of speech code according to its purpose and function, political communication can certainly work. The purpose of this research is to analyze a speech pattern of Anies Baswedan in political communication on Instagram social media. The data was collected using the observation method. In carrying out this observation method, basic techniques are applied, namely tapping techniques which are then continued with advanced techniques in the form of competent free listening techniques, recording techniques and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was performed using the equivalent method, contextual method, and was carried out using the markup reading technique. Based on the results of data analysis, Anies Baswedan used the choice of speech code as a communication need in accordance with his speech function. The form of speech code choices used varies. The pattern of choice of speech code for Anies Baswedan as regional head in political communication on Instagram social media is classified into two parts, namely based on the relationship between participants and the surrounding situation. Anies Baswedan in making speech code choices has a variety of patterns with the dominant patterns that emerge based on participant relationships, namely vertical patterns and informal patterns. Abstract

Si Anak Pemberani novel by Tere Liye can be used as reference in understanding the world of children, particularly on personality. Their personalities s that are presented by child make this topic interesting to be studied. This research is a descriptive narrative research. The data in this research are in the form of excerpts from the novel Si Anak Pemberani by Tere Liye which contains aspects of literary psychology.The data was collected used library techniques, reading techniques and note taking techniques. The data validity techniques used in this study are source triangulation, data tiltulation, and method triangulation. The Purpose of the research to explain the psychological aspects of the personality of the main character in Si Anak Pemberani novel. The conclusion of this study are the character Eliana has a personality aspect that is the structure of dynamism includes courage, assertiveness, and high curiosity, aspects of personification and aspects of cognitive processes include, prototype, parataxic, and syntactic ways of thinking. Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of language errors in community conversations in Lundo Village, Jaken District, Pati Regency when communicating. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, the data obtained were words, phrases, clauses, and sentences from community conversations in Lundo Village, Jaken District, Pati Regency. The source of this research data is taken from the community at the time of communication. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and audio recording. The results of this study found that language errors in community communication contained 3 error areas, namely (1) phonological errors, (2) morphological errors, (3) syntax errors. Abstract

This study aims to determine the acquisition of language spoken by children and describe the process of language pronunciation in a syntactic level. The research subject was a 2,2 year old child named Zaynaya Lulu Ajmalia whose parents are Sundanese. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Describing the qualitative methodology resulted in data in the form of spoken words which were transcribed. The data collection technique uses the method with interview techniques, recording the words spoken by the child. Based on Naya's research, she has been able to pronounce one word utterances (USK), two-word utterances (UDK), a series of words that form interrogative, declarative, and imperative sentences. Naya produced more declarative sentences of 9 sentences. Naya's acquisition of language is influenced by the parents' first language, namely Sundanese. Naya, who in her speech includes Sundanese vocabulary. Keyword: acquisition of language, first language, syntax

Abstract

Literary work is of course influenced by the background and thoughts of the writer. This is commonly referred to as the extrinsic element. One of the literary works that has a strong extrinsic element is a drama script entitled Roh by Wisran Hadi. This work raises a tradition that contains animism and dynamism which is reflected in the tradition of summoning ancestral spirits. This drama turns out to have a correlation with the existing traditions in West Sumatra, the area from which Wisran Hadi originated, namely the Togak Balian tradition. Abstract

This study aims to describe the character elements, roles, characters, events, motifs, plots, conflicts, settings, language cultivation, themes, and mandates contained in the drama script of Matahari Half Mati. This type of research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. The results showed that this drama script has seven symbolic figures. These characters have their own roles and characters. This drama script with the theme of family life without a leader does not have a purposeful goal. Many problems arise in the family. The messages that can be taken from this drama script are: a) the importance of education in order to become an intelligent person and have broad insight. b) don't be a leader who doesn't care about the fate of the little people. c) do not be a man who can not restrain his lust. This drama script does not have a clear conflict. The author does not explain clearly where the conflict begins, the conflict peaks, and the resolution. The finishing part of this drama is incomplete and seems to hang. Keywords: character, drama, family, conflict, message
