JPP memuat kajian seperti Kebijakan Publik, Kebijakan Sosial, Pelayanan Publik, Administrasi Negara, Administrasi Bisnis, Politik dan Pemerintahan. Tujuan penerbitan jurnal ini adalah salah satu sarana untuk mewadahi kebutuhan peningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas karya ilmiah dalam rangka pengembangan keilmuan, serta menyebarluaskan kajian Administrasi Negara, sekaligus sebagai wahana komunikasi di antara cendekiawan, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pemerhati masalah dan praktik Administrasi Negara. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of interfaith communities’ existence in West Aceh until 2018 look’s harmonious without any disputes and conflicts. Although regarding Christians worship houses establishing had been hindered, because of the regulation that specifically regulates about the worship houses establishment according to the Aceh Qanun No. 4/2016 concerning guidelines for maintaining religious harmony and the workship places establishment, more interesting to study about the situation of religious harmony and social vulnerability in West Aceh District. This study uses a qualitative data analysis through the descriptive analysis approach and involved 5 informants that selected using purposive sampling i.e. government elements, the Religion’s Management Ministry, administrators of the Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) and religious leaders. The results showed that the religious harmony control in West Aceh was under FKUB with a management administrator’s that involved interfaith leaders. The social vulnerability begins when the workship places establisment rules are limited by the Qanun with special conditions in order to the non-Muslim peoples must worship together clandestinely. Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is currently endemic to almost every line of people's lives. One of the effects of technological progress is a massive change in the management of mass media companies. The mass media company must be able to increase its capacity in accordance with the technological advances, one of which is by utilizing the presence of other media that have different platforms in a media company management. The use of many media platforms is done by integrating a manual management system into various management systems based on modern technology. Integrating manual systems into various modern systems, in mass media companies is referred to as the process of media convergence. Tempo Media is a large print media company that has also integrated its management system into various types of media platforms. The system change in the Tempo media management certainly had an impact on the changes in policies in carrying out the company.Keyword : Policy, Technology, Media Convergence, Tempo Media
