Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work supervision and discipline on employee performance in the company PT. Aerofood ACS Medan. The object of this research is PT. Aerofood ACS Medan. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with population of PT. Aerofood ACS Medan. Data collection was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 98respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with thesignificance level used was 5%. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely supervision (X1)and work discipline (X2), have a positive and significant effect on employee performanceat PT. Aerofood ACS Medan. The test results are carried out with a partial test (t test) andproduce the conclusion that the null hypothesis is rejected. Thus it is known that employee performance is influenced by supervision and work dicipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Football Cafe Lubukpakam the which is a culinary company in the field of food and beverages. The research objective is to analyze and Determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions. This type of research uses associative research, the population is consumers who come to visit and buy at the Football Cafe Lubukpakam in March 2019 as many as 2,325 consumers, random sampling is Slovin formula so that the number of samples is 95 respondents. Data sources using primary data, the data collection techniques using literature studies, questionnaires and observations. Data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques, classic test Assumptions and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study Showed that partially and simultaneously promotion and price had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Football Cafe Lubukpakam. R square coefficient value (R2) Showed that consumer's purchasing decisions can be explained by promotions and prices by 90.60% and the remaining 9.4% can be explained by other variables not Examined.

Abstract

This research was done in the Department of Rural Jatibaru which was a regional government institution. The purpose of this study was to analyze and Determine the effected given by the job description and career development toward employees performance. This type of research used associative research, the population were employees who worked in the Department of Rural Jatibaru as of March 2019 as many as 33 employees, random sampling with saturated samples so that the number of samples were 33 respondents. Research Data used primary sources of data and secondary data, the data collection techniques using library studies, questionnaires and observations. The technique of data analysis used multiple linear regression, classic assumption test and hypothesis test.Based on the results of the study indicated resources to that job descriptions and career development together have effected significant positive and toward the employee work performance. Job descriptions and career development have significantly effected partially toward employee performance. The coefficient of determination Showed that job descriptions and career development have very strong relationship to the work performance of employees in the Department of Rural Jatibaru. R square coefficient value (R2) of 0.775 Showed that employees worked performance was Able to be explained by job descriptions and career development by 77.50% and the others amount 22.5% could be explained by other variables did not Examined such as compensation, training, career planning, promotion and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel pelatihan kerja dan produktivitas kerja baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap pengembangan karier karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda dimana proses pengolahan datanya menggunakan program SPSS 17 for windows. Penggunaan analisis regresi ini dimaksudkan untuk meluhat pengaruh variabel pelatihan kerja dan produktivitas kerja secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja dan produktivitas kerja memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap pengembangan karier karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi. Berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja yang memiliki nilai tertinggi, berarti menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja adalah variabel yang paling dominan dari variabel produktivitas kerja dan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap pengembangan karier karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Wage Amounts and Certification on the Performance of HKBP Pagar Jati Private Elementary School Teachers in Lubuk Pakam District and to find out the dominant variables on teacher performance. The samples used in this study were all HKBP Private Elementary School Teachers in teak fences, Lubuk Pakam District. The number of samples is calculated using the formula according to Sugyono (2016), so we get a total sample of 17 people. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable is the wage magnitude factor (X1), Certification (X2), a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The results of this study also showed that the dominant variable influencing teacher performance at the HKBP Pagar Jati elementary school was Certification (X2).
