Abstract

RunTracker is an application that uses smartphone technology (Smartphones) and smart watches (Smartwatch) based on Android Wear. Where the function of Smartwatch is to calculate the distance and time traveled by runners, and then synchronized to the Smartphone so that runners can know the distanceand time it takes. Smart watches that can calculate the distance traveled by a runner using GPS (Global Positioning System) technology. . GPS is a system for determining the location of the earth with the help of satellite signal synchronization. The location data, if collected periodically can be used to calculate thedistance traveled by an object. Abstract

To improve the performance of companies, employees are one of the important elements in this regard, especially in the placement of new employees. The procedure for placing new employees in this case is done by Fuzzy Logic. Input parameters used are IQ Test, Psychological Test and Academic Test. To expressdecision makers' preferences on the most desirable alternatives, it can be done by transforming the format of preferences of Utility Vectors to Fuzzy Preference Relations. Next, choose the SAW method to determine the weight value for each attribute, followed by the ranking process to select the best alternative, in this case is a suitable alternative to determine the work position of employees in accordance with predetermined criteria. With this method, it is expected that the assessment will be more precise and accurate because it is based on the criteria and weight values that have been determined.

Abstract

At present, the data stored in the computer is no longer safe, therefore data must be secured. To ensure the security and integrity of a data, an encoding process is needed. Encryption is done when data will be sent. This process will convert an original data into confidential data that cannot be read. Meanwhile, the decryption process is carried out to return data that has been encoded into the original data, the original data will not be read by unauthorized parties. The AES method is used as the latest standard cryptographic algorithm. the previous algorithm is considered incapable of securing data, because the key length is small. The AES method is a cryptographic algorithm using the Rijndael algorithm that can encrypt and decrypt 256 bits of data blocks.
