Abstract

Scholarships are a form of appreciation for both students and students while undergoing education. In accordance with the regulations set by Medan Pencawan Vocational School to get a scholarship, the criteria required to determine the scholarship are determined, then a Decision Support System with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is needed. The study was conducted by finding the weight value for each criterion, and then making a ranking process that would determine the optimal alternative is the best student will be considered by the decision maker to get a scholarship

Abstract

<pnalign=justify>VLAN is a logically separate network section. VLANs can be created using the method used for how different network segments are on routers with limited interfaces. In this thesis the author is to design a network that occurs at STMIK Kristen Neumann Indonesia. The application of VLAN can be applied using a LAN network so that the network can be safer at STMIK Kristen Neumann Indonesia. By using a VLAN network we can classify several LANs but within 1 LAN. with subneting for host restrictions. With this network division, it can directly improve LAN network security at STMIK Kristen Neumann Indonesia.

Abstract

Cryptography is the art of securing message security. The purpose of this research is to produce an encryption and decryption application to secure text messages by combining the two methods of cryptographic Vigenere Cipher and Polyalphabetic Cipher. When the encryption and decryption process occur, you should first enter the plaintext and key to run the program. In designing this application using the Visual Studio 2010 programming language. Through this application the user can Combine Vigenere Cipher with Polyalphabetic Cipher and produce encryption and decryption of a text or sentence. In the encoding process has a specified character limit of 200 characters. Plaintext is divided into 1 block consisting of 3 characters. In this combination application uses 3 keys. The key is not allowed to have repeated letters. The results of encryption and decryption will result in spaces in the sentence.

Abstract

Decision support system for determining the location of the favorite tourism object is an application that was intentionally built to facilitate the work of employees at the Department of Tourism in determining the place of favorite tourism objects, problems that occur in the process of determining the most favorite tourist objects such as subjective assessment and irrelevant actually so that it cannot be used as a basis for decision making. If this decision-making process is assisted by a computerized decision support system, it is expected that subjectivity in decision making can be reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to design a Decision Support System application using the Weighted Product method, so that later it will be able to produce an effective and efficient analysis.

Abstract

teganografi adalah ilmu dan seni yang mempelajari cara penyembunyian informasipada suatau media sedemikian rupa sehingga keberadaannya tidak terdeteksi oleh pihak lainyang tidak berhak atas informasi tersebut. Pengguna pertama (Pengirim pesan/teks) dapatmengirim media yang telah disisip informasi rahasia tersebut melalui jalur komunikasipublik, hingga dapat diterima oleh penggguna kedua (Penerima Pesan/Teks). Penerimapesan dapat mengekstraksi informasi rahasia yang ada didalamnya.
