Abstract

The growth in the population of each region will present its own problems, especially the level of complexity in the certain community activities. It can also be seen in the form of the traditional markets that have a role as a place for the purchase and sale of commodities, and to meet the needs of the community. The purpose of this study is to measure the potential for development of the Fagogoru market. Analysis is conducted using three methods, namely the market share method, the potential market, and the growth ratio model (MRP). The results of this study showed that the potential of the Fagogoru market had the considerable potential, where the results of the analysis of the estimated market potential (Market Potential) of Central Halmahera Regency reached Rp 1.450 trillion, while in the Weda sub-district area was around Rp 344,3 billion. This considerable potential was supported by the adequate agricultural sector conditions. Keywords: Fagogoru market, market share, market potential

Abstract

This research aims to see the flagship sector or the base sector in Merauke Regency. The type of data in this research is the data that is made from the central body statistic the District of Merauke with a time period 2016-2018. The method used in this study is the Location Quotient (LQ) which is often used to see the development of the base sector in an area with the criteria LQ > 1 = base sector, LQ < 1 = Not a superior sector and if LQ = 1 Then the sector is only able to Meet the needs of its own region. The results of this study were obtained, almost all the business sector in Merauke District is a base sector. Where there are 3 sectors that are with the average value of LQ for the last three years, government administration, defence and social Security mandatory 0.04, Real Estate 0.97, as well as mining and excavation with LQ of 0.04 that is not a base sector. While 17 of the total sectors of 14 of them are the basis sectors where the results of the LQ showed that the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors are still very superior to the average LQ 2.10 It is undeniable that the district Merauke is one of the largest rice suppliers for the surrounding area, such as Asmat District, Mappi and some other areas even the intereste state of Papua New Guinea.p Keywords: Featured sector, Location Quotient

Abstract

This devotion is in the form of socialization to the village officials related to the preparation of the village medium-term development plan. The objectives achieved in this service are to provide insight or knowledge on the importance of information from the beginning of the process of drafting the village Medium Term Development plan and management; Provide knowledge on the preparation and preparation of the village's medium-term development plan; and provide the ability to prepare the development plan of medium-term village. The methods used by this devotion are lectures, and questions answered. The material provided at the time of socialization is the preparation material for the medium-term development plan. The results of discussions with the new living village apparatus, after following the socialization of the establishment of the village medium term development plan, village apparatus and society began to understand that the importance of the procedure to prepare the term development plan Middle of the village and the importance of society in the involvement to develop a medium term development plan Kampung, so that the program in the community already understand it. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implications of fiscal transfer to income disparity in Merauke Regency. The type of data used is time series data which began in 2010-2018 and the data collection was carried out using the documentation method sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Merauke Regency and the Internet. Data were analyzed using regression analysis models with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results showed that partially or simultaneously fiscal transfers in the form of general allocation fund variables and special autonomy fund variables had a significant positive effect on income disparity variables in Merauke Regency. Abstract

This study is to answer whether the city of Merauke is developing or not by using the prerequisite concept of agriculture surplus, urban production and transportation to exchange. The Data used is the value of agricultural, industrial and electrical energy production; and motor vehicles. Population and population density data, the county capital mileage to the district capital, and road conditions as supporting data. Qualitative descriptive is used to describe, and analyze the data to draw conclusions based on the concepts and facts found. Findings of this study that the first prerequisite, agriculture surplus is fulfilled, while the second prerequisite, urban production, not fulfilled, the third requirement of transportation to exchange is also not fulfilled. It can be said that the city of Merauke using these three verses can not be said as a thriving city. Keywords: agriculture surplus, urban production, transportation to exchange
