Abstract

ABSTRACT Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) is a leading vegetable commodity in Indonesia which is cultivated in an incentive by farmers. The development of shallot farming in Indonesia is directed at increasing yields, quality of production and income as well as improving the standard of living of farmers. Loss of shallot production can not be separated from the effect of increasing or decreasing the attack of plant pests and diseases. This study aims to determine the concentration of the biofungicide active ingredient Streptomyces sp 1 x 106 cfu/gram and Geobacillus sp 1 x 106 cfu/gram The most effective for controlling purple spot disease on shallots . This research was carried out from November 2021 to January 2022 in Wonodoyo Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency at an altitude of 1,300 masl with brown lithosol soil type. The method used in this study was a non-factorial Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 5 (five) different biofungicide concentrations. The concentration treatment used is 1.5 gr / liter ( E1 ), 1,25 gr / liter ( E2 ), 1,0 gr / liter ( E3 ), 0,75 gr / liter ( E4 ), and farmer treatment ( E0 ). The results showed that the concentration treatment of the biofungicide active ingredient Streptomyces sp 1 x 106 cfu/gram and Geobacillus sp 1 x 106 cfu/gram gives a very real influence on the parameters of attack intensity Alternaria porri , weight of wet stover, weight of dry stover, weight of dry tuber, and number of leaves . However, it had no significant effect on plant height parameters. The level of effectiveness of the biofungicide active ingredient Streptomyces sp 1 x 106 cfu/gram and Geobacillus sp 1 x 106 cfu/gram on attack intensity parameter The best Alternaria porri was treated with a concentration of 1,50 gr /liter ( E1 ), with an efficacy level of 76.19 %. Abstract

Waste management, especially in the regions, is a challenge for the government. Areas that have dense populations and limited availability of land for waste processing make there a solution to overcome this. One of the waste that has not been treated properly in urban areas is organic waste. Therefore, the cultivation of BSF (Black Soldier Fly) larvae as a decomposer of organic waste can be a solution to reduce organic waste while increasing people's income through marketing BSF larvae as animal feed. One of the government institutions that conducts education, cultivation, and marketing of BSF larvae is Food Security and Agriculture Department of Surakarta City. Study aims to determine the marketing mix of BSF larvae in the Food Security and Agriculture Department of Surakarta City by using a descriptive method. The results showed that there are 7 factors that influence the marketing mix, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence. The problem faced is that because BSF larvae are marketed alive, in the distribution process they must have special treatment. Fresh BSF larvae also have a short time before turning into pre-pupae. In addition, not many people are familiar with BSF larvae as an alternative feed for fish and poultry.

Abstract

Tempe merupakan sumber protein dan serat yang sangat bermanfaat bagi tubuh kita. Meskipun tergolong sebagai bahan pangan tradisional, tempe masih banyak digemari oleh masyarakat kita. Terutama bagi vegetarian yang membutuhkan protein nabati sebagai pengganti protein hewani. Dalam proses pembuatan tempe yang dijalankan dengan menganalisis struktur biaya yang dilakukan serta menganalisis penerimaan dan pendapatan usaha pembuatan tempe. Adapun pembuatan tempe adalah pemilihan biji, kedelai, dibersihkan dari kotoran, pencucian, perebusan, perendaman. Dari hasil penelitian pendapatan usaha pembuatan tempe di Desa Kacangan setiap responden dapat diketahui dari selisih penerimaan dengan biaya-biaya yang telah dikeluarkan. Besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh pengusaha tempe di Desa Kacangan pada bulan April 2022 Rp 57.647.000. Dengan rata-rata setiap responden adalah Rp 19.215.666. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan pada pembuatan tempe adalah sebesar Rp 3.360.000/hr. Proporsi terbesar dikeluarkan untuk penyediaan bahan-bahan yang mencapai 82,75%. Biaya tenaga kerja yang digunakan adalah tenaga kerja dalam keluarga. Pada analisis ini biaya tenaga kerja dalam keluarga ikut di perhitungkan sebagai komponen biaya produksi. Hasil perhitungan terhadap penerimaan dari usaha tempe dapat diketahui rata-rata tempe yang dihasilkan setiap hari Rp 1.120.000.Pendapatan bersih usaha ini adalah selisih antara pendapatan kotornya (penerimaan) dengan pengeluaran total yang digunakan untuk usahanya (usaha tempe). Sehingga pendapatan usahanya adalah selisih antara penerimaan semua biaya dengan formulasi sebagai berikut :Jika dihitung dengan tingkat efisiensi, maka dapat diketahui melalui perbandingan antara besarnya penerimaan dengan biaya yang di kenal dengan R/C ratio. Dari perhitungan R/C ratio di dapatkan bahwa R/C ratio produksi tempe di Desa Kacangan menghasilkan R/C ratio di atas 1 ini berarti usaha produksi tempe di Desa Kacangan yang dilakukan sampel adalah efisien dan menguntungkan sehingga disimpulkan layak secara ekonomi layak untuk di kembangkan. Rasio tersebut berarti bahwa setiap penambahan satu-satuan biaya produksi akan memberikan peningkatan penerimaan sebesar 2,33%.

Abstract

Rice cultivation activities can produce organic waste such as straw and husks which can be processed into solid organic fertilizer and liquid smoke. In addition to agricultural waste, organic material from livestock waste can also be used as organic fertilizer, one of which is cow urine which can be processed into cow biourine. This research aimed to determine the effect of organic fertilizer from straw, husk and cow biourine on the growth and production of rice. The research used factorial randomized block design (RAKF) with 2 factors. The first factor is solid organic fertilizer which consists of treatment without solid organic fertilizer, straw ash, and rice husk biochar. The second factor is liquid organic fertilizer which consists of treatment without liquid fertilizer, cow biourine, and husk liquid smoke. The observed parameters were plant height, number of tillers, leaf chlorophyll content, number of panicles, weight of 1000 seeds, and weight of grain per hectare. The results showed that there was an interaction between solid organic fertilizer (rice husk biochar and straw ash) and liquid organic fertilizer (husk liquid smoke and cow biourine) in increasing plant height, number of tillers, number of panicles, and yields. Separate treatment of solid organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer affected the leaf chlorophyll content of rice plants. The application of rice husk biochar and cow biourine fertilizer resulted in the highest plant height, number of tillers, and number of panicles. In rice yields, the highest yields were found in rice husk biochar combined with cow biourine and husk biochar combined with husk liquid smoke.

Abstract

Budidaya tanaman kedelai mempunyai beberpa hambatan salah satu factor hambatan yaitu adanya kemunduran benih akibat lamanya penyimpanan. Untuk mengatasi adanya kemunduran benih perlunya suatu penelitian yang mengetahui lama simpan varietas kedelai terhadap mutu fiologi benih sehingga dapat diketahui pada lama simpan berapa benih masih tetap dapat digunakan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutu fisiologi benih kedelai varietas Dering dan Argomulyo terhadap lama simpan serta untuk mendapatkan perlakuan terbaik mutu fisiologi benih kedelai varietas Dering dan Argomulyo terhadap lama simpan. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan di Desa Rejowinangun Kecamatan Kademangan Kabupaten Blitar Mei 2022 – Agustus 2022. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) split plot, dimana perlakuan yaitu varietas Dering (VD) dan varietas Argomulyo (VA), dengan penyimpanan 1, 2 dan 3 bulan. tiap perlakuan dikali 3 diulang 3 kali sehingga terdapat 18 unit perlakuan, yaitu sebagai berikut : VD : Benih varietas Dering, VA : Benih varietas Argomulyo. Data yang telah di peroleh akan dianalisis dengan analisis ragam. Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (UJBD) diikuti pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% jika analisis memiliki dampak nyata. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan lama simpan 1 bulan dengan varietas argomulyo memiliki mutu fisiologi meliputi daya kecambah, indeks vigor serta kecepatan tumbuh yang paling baik dan rata-rata menurunya mutu fisiologi terdapat pada lama penyimpanan 3 bulan dengan varietas dering.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of digital marketing in increasing the commercialization of the Kembang Turi Batik business in the Turi Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. The research method uses descriptive qualitative data collection by interviewing, observing and focus group discussions. The findings obtained are that the implementation of digital marketing is not optimal because it only relies on social media. The application of digital marketing is carried out with the stages of literacy, training and development then application of programs that are in accordance with the conditions of the Kembang Turi Batik group. The results of the research are training in developing web-based e-Commerce information technology facilities and optimizing social media for craftsmen, training to increase the strong branding of batik products produced, so that with this it is hoped that craftsmen can expand marketing by promoting their products through various social media which is owned by batik kembang turi, so as to increase the income and welfare of the craftsmen.

Abstract

Banjarwaru Village, Lumajang District has the potential to develop preneur sport-based tourist destinations. The purpose of this research is to provide guidance and training for human resources, provide tourism management training in order to strengthen the concept of developing a youth center as a sport preneur-based tourist destination and training in marketing management to support the achievement of market share. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the ability of the community's human resources has begun to shift from those who used to only work as farmers to become entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs) in the tourism sector, to become people who are skilled and have creativity in tourism products. Banjarwaru Village has carefully planned tourist destinations, namely the locations have been mapped for sports facilities such as soccer facilities and rivers used for rafting with all existing facilities and built shops for local people to be entrepreneurs in the area around sport preneurs and carry out tourism marketing. either through the village web, Ig, fb, wa and brochures so that they can attract tourists to travel in Banjarwaru Village.
