Jurnal Pundi ( E-ISSN: 2656-2278 ) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para peneliti mapan dan karier awal. Jurnal ini menerima penelitian- makalah berbasis dari bidang Manajemen, Akuntansi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan, Perbankan dan Pembangunan Padang yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, dosen, dan mahasiswa di lingkungan kemenristekdikti RI. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, Maret, Juli dan November. Setiap artikel di- review oleh para ahli sistem blind review ganda dan artikel yang disubmit belum pernah di publish pada jurnal lain. Kontribusi untuk edisi mendatang dipersilahkan.     Fast traslate Icon translate This research is motivated by the phenomenon where a service company must be able to keep its customers loyal so that customers remain subscribed for a long period of time. This study aims to determine the effect of commitment and trust in customer loyalty on Halodoc applications at the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Padang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The number of samples used for analysis was 100 respondentsSofiahrilm. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, for testing hypotheses using the statistical t test. The results of this study indicate that Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Halodoc Applications at Ibnu Sina Padang Islamic Hospital, trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty on Halodoc Applications at Ibnu Sina Padang Islamic Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the Quality of Service (X) which consists of 5 research variables namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty and Customer Loyalty (Y) at PT. Bank Nagari, West Sumatra Branch Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat, using data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire of 100 respondents. In data analysis using validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests namely normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. As for testing the hypothesis that is the F test, the T test, the determinant coefficient R2 using SPSS tools. The results showed that the Tangible variable did not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, Reliability variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, responsiveness variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, Assurance variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, Empathy variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat West Pasaman Branch. Based on the results of linear regression testing found that the variable Service Quality consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy does not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty.
