Abstract

The incremental method is an approach in software development in which the system is developed in stages by adding new features gradually. In the context of web-based archive management, the implementation of the incremental method can bring a number of significant benefits. The purpose of this research is to implement the incremental method on a web-based records management system in a particular organization or entity. This research aims to increase the efficiency and flexibility of system development, as well as reduce the risk of errors and project failures. In this study, an analysis of the needs of web-based records management for the organization was first carried out. After that, the records management system to be developed is planned based on the most important and critical features. Then, system development begins by adding these features in the early stages. It is hoped that the implementation of the incremental method on a web-based records management system will bring a number of benefits. Key features are immediately usable by users, helping to increase efficiency and productivity. In the long term, the records management system can be developed as a whole and continuously with this method, accommodating the changing needs of users and organizations. Abstract

In outpatient services, there are limited resources such as medical personnel, waiting time, and limited physical space. Using a chatbot application can help overcome limitations by providing faster and more efficient access for patients to obtain medical information and consultations. The purpose of this study is to analyze user perceptions of the use of the chatbot application in outpatient services using the TAM Model. The research method in this study was a survey method. The population in this study were outpatient patients. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, T-test and F-test. The results of the research variable Perceived Usefulness has no effect on Attitude Towards Using users in using the chatboot application in outpatient services with a significance level of 0.324 > α (0.05). Perceived Ease of Use affects the Attitude Towards Using of users in using the chatboot application in outpatient services with a significance level of 0.001 < α (0.05). Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use together influence the Attitude Towards Using of users in using the chatboot application in outpatient services. Abstract

Dalam pendidikan khususnya Sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS), selalu membutuhkan sistem untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, menyimpan, melihat kembali, serta menyalurkan informasi. Salah satu contoh pengolahan data yang dilakukan sekolah adalah pengolahan data buku induk. Agar permasalahan dalam penelitian ini tidak meluas maka berfokus pada pendataan buku induk dan nilai siswa saja, sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan prototipe aplikasi pengolahan buku data siswa agar lebiuh mudah dalam pengarsipan data siswa serta menjadi lebih efisien sehingga data siswa serta data nilai siswa dapat tersimpan dengan baik. Sekolah MTS Muhammadiyah Kota Bengkulu telah mempunyai Sistem Informasi Buku Induk siswa yang berbasis komputer sehingga pengolahan data siswa lebih efektif dan efisien serta meminimalkan tempat penyimpanan data karena data tersimpan secara digital.

Abstract

Penggunaan website sudah menjadi suatu perhatian oleh banyak kalangan, mulai dari pengusaha, akademisi, pemasaran, praktisi media masa, perusahaan, hingga instansi pemerintahan. Dari website ini banyak kalangan menggunakannya sebagai media promosi, alat, penjualan, hingga memberikan materi informasi yang berkaitan dengan gambaran detail suatu instansi atau Lembaga. Dengan adanya Teknologi Informasi Salon Sabila juga berkeinginan untuk menggunakan teknologi yang berkembang saat ini yaitu dengan memberikan pelayanan pada bidang jasa pemesanan dan pembayaran serta promosi pada Salon Sabila dapat dilakukan secara online. Pada penelitian ini berfokus pada prototipe aplikasi website yang dikembangkan untuk membantu menjalankan operasional salon sabila, dimana pada salon tersebut mempunyai sub usaha yang banyak seperti Penyewaan Alat-Alat Tata Rias Pengantin dan Video Shooting bergerak dibidang penyewaan alat-alat tata rias pengantin sekaligus wedding organizer dan video shooting. Untuk mendapatkan hasil dan analisis apakah prototipe ini dapat berjalan dengan baik, sesuai dengan alur penelitian yang telah dijelaskan pada bagian metode penelitian maka prototipe ini akan diuji menggunakan testing aplikasi, menggunakan blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diatas dengan menguji beberapa input dan request system yang sedang dijalankan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, dan tidak menampilkan hasil error atau bug pada sistem prototipe tersebut. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prototipe berhasil untuk dijalankan sesuai dengan harapan objek penelitian

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi juga dapat dilihat pada sektor bisnis seperti contohnya penggunaan sistem informasi penjualan (E-Commerce). Dengan perkembangan e-commerce setiap pengusaha mendapatkan peluang yang sangat luas untuk memajukan usaha berbasi teknologi internet ini. Peranan kemajuan e-commerce sudah sangat berperan besar terhadap perekonomian beberapa negara, dimana sudah banyak beberapa pengusaha skala negara telah mengembangkan e-commerce menjadi salah satu peranan penting dalam menjawab kebutuhan pasar saat ini. Berdasarkan masalah penelitian yang telah dijelaskan yaitu pengembangan prototipe e-commerce, telah tercapai dengan dikembangkan nya prototipe e-commerce yang telah dijelaskan pada hasil penelitian, serta telah dilakukan pengujian keberhasilan pengembangan prototipe dengan meotde blackbox menghasilkan bahwa tidak mendapatkan bug error yang terjadi pada pengembangan prototipe ini.
