Abstract

Belum sejahtera merupakan ketidakmampuan suatu individu/ atau kelompok dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pokok prikehidupannya yaitu sandangan pangan dan papan. Kampung Waiya salah satu kampung memiliki permasalahan akan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya, salah satu permasalahannya yaitu upaya dalam mensejahterakan yang belum begitu terarah, hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya sebuah informasi dan data mengenai kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelompokkan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat; dan apa strategi BUMKam dalam mengatasi permasalahan kesejahteraan di Kampung Waiya. Penelitian dilaksnakan mengguakan beberapa metode penelitian yaitu, studi lapangan; pelaksanaan penelitian; pengumpulan data; olah data; analisis dan hasil. dalam mendapatkan data dan informasi peneliti mengunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Yang mana akan di olah menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, akar masalah dan analisis SWOT. Kampung Waiya setelah di identifikasi di kelompokkan dalam 4 tingkatan masyarakat sejahtera, pengelompokan masyarakat tersebut yaitu; (1) Pra-Sejahtera (sangat miskin) 3% ; (2) Sejahtera I (miskin) 15%; (3) Sejahtera II (rentan miskin) 23%; dan (4) Sejahtera III (Sejahtera) 53%. Strategi guna meminimalisir permasalahan kesejahteraan di Kampung Waiya, BUMKam menggunakan strategi agresif dengan cara pembukaan program/kegiatan dalam hal peningkatan pendapatan dan kualitas SDM yang mana telah mempertimbangkan potensi dan keunggulan dari Kampung Waiya dan strategi selanjutnya yaitu mempromosikan program/kegiatan yang telah di kembangkan BUMKam guna memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat kampung.Not yet prosperous, an inability of an individual/or group to fulfill the basic needs of their life, namely clothing, food and shelter. Waiya Village, one of the villages that has problems with community welfare, one of the problems is that efforts to prosper are so focused, this is due to the lack of information and data regarding community welfare. This research aims to determine the grouping of the level of community welfare; and what is the strategy of BUMKam in overcoming welfare problems in Waiya Villag. The research was carried out using several research methods, namely, field studies; research implementation; data collection; the data; analysis and results. in obtaining data and researchers using observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. Which will be processed using qualitative descriptive analysis, root causes and SWOT analysis. Kampung Waiya after being grouped into 4 levels of society, the community groupings are; (1) Pre-Prosperous (very poor) 3%; (2) Prosperous I (poor) 15%; (3) Prosperous II (prone to poverty) 23%; and (4) Prosperous III (Prosperous) 53%. A strategy to minimize welfare activities in Waiya Village, BUMKam uses an aggressive strategy by opening programs/in terms of increasing income and quality of human resources that have taken into account the potential and advantages of Waiya Village and the next strategy is to promote programs/which have been developed by BUMKam to provide opportunities for village community.

Abstract

Masyarakat Lemah Mendak, Mijen, Semarang menghadapi permasalahan di bidang pendidikan islam bagi anak-anak. Mereka berharap Taman Pendidikan al-Qur`an (TPQ) dapat menjadi solusinya. Akan tetapi, harapan ini belum terpenuhi, meskipun sudah ada TPQ yang berjalan. Selain karena pengaruh pandemi, tenaga pengajar dan kurikulum adalah dua masalah terbesar yang dihadapi, karena sering terjadi pergantian pengajar dan ketidakpastian pedoman pelajaran. Pengabdian ini hadir dengan tujuan untuk memberikan sebuah konsep pendidikan TPQ yang meliputi persiapan SDM, termasuk guru pengajar dan kurikulum agar dapat berjalan dan memenuhi harapan masyarakat. Selain itu, pengabdian ini bermanfaat untuk menjadi media yang mempertemukan keinginan kuat  antara mitra pengabdian yang terdiri dari para pengusaha Muslim dengan para pakar pendidikan Islam untuk mengembangkan TPQ reguler menjadi sebuah TPQ-PK (Program Khusus). Menariknya, target output dan outcome program ini tidak hanya akan melahirkan generasi pembaca al-Qur`an, namun juga penghafal al-Qur`an 30 juz, hadis, dan literatur Islam.  Pengabdian ini mengacu pada metode diskriptif fenomenologis. Hasil nyata dari pengabdian ini adalah konsep pengembangan kurikulum TPQ yang meliputi grand design,mata pelajaran, metode, dan pendekatan pembelajaran. The Lemah Mendak community, Mijen, Semarang faces problems in the field of Islamic education for children. They hope that the Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) can be the solution. However, this expectation has not been met, even though there is already a TPQ running. Apart from the impact of the pandemic, teaching staff and curriculum are the two biggest problems faced, due to frequent teacher changes and uncertainty in lesson guidelines. This service is here with the aim of providing a TPQ education concept which includes the preparation of human resources, including teaching teachers and curriculum so that it can run and meet community expectations. In addition, this devotion is useful to become a medium that brings together the strong desire between service partners consisting of Muslim entrepreneurs and Islamic education experts to develop regular TPQ into a TPQ-PK (Special Program).

Abstract

Kelurahan Pandean Lamper, Kecamatan Gayamsari, Semarang yang berjumlah 12 RW dan 105 RT, merupakan wilayah dengan penduduk kurang lebih 1.653.035 jiwa, sebagian besar bekerja sebagai petani dan karyawan swasta. Di kelurahan tersebut terdapat kejadian stunting, karenanya pemerintah desa menjalankan program edukasi pencegahan stunting bagi warganya. Adanya kejadian pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia membuat program tersebut susah dan lambat dilaksanakan. Dengan adanya program pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang, penyuluhan stunting ini dilaksanakan. Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para ibu seputar stunting di Indonesia khususnya di Kelurahan Pandean Lamper. Program dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Januari 2022 dengan memberikan edukasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan. Secara umum, program edukasi stunting dapat diterima dengan baik oleh peserta penyuluhan. Dari kegiatan ini diharapkan nantinya para masyarakat Kelurahan Pandean Lamper khususnya dan masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya semakin menyadari pentingnya melakukan pencegahan terjadinya stunting dan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan diri dan lingkungannya.Pandean Lamper Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang, which has 12 RWs and 105 RTs, is an area with a population of approximately 1,653,035 people, most of whom work as farmers and private employees. There are cases of stunting in the kelurahan, therefore the village government runs a stunting prevention education program for its residents. The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia made the program difficult and slow to implement. With the community service program at Sultan Agung Islamic University, Semarang, stunting counseling was carried out. The aim of this community service program is to increase mothers' knowledge about stunting in Indonesia, especially in the Pandean Lamper Village. The program was carried out on January 29 2022 by providing education in the form of counseling. In general, the stunting education program was well received by extension participants. From this activity it is hoped that later the people of Pandean Lamper Village in particular and the Indonesian people in general will increasingly realize the importance of preventing stunting and the importance of maintaining personal health and their environment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdin ini adalah untuk membantu UMKM meningkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan suatu bisnis, melalului penguatan aksioma etika bisnis Islam, yaitu unity, free will, equilibrium, responsibility dan ihsan, pada Perusahaan Nursery di Kota Semarang. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya pengetahuan tentang etika bisnis Islami dalam layanan produk jasa. Pendampingan secara online dalam bentuk webinar series, yang tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan mengenai bagaimana mengelola bisnis di masa Pandemi dengan tetap memperhatikan asas kesejahteraan masyarakat, terutama kesehatan dan keselamatan. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai ‘Etika bisnis Islam layanan produk Jasa’ dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian dan memberikan media pembelajaran dalam mendiagnosis masalah yang dihadapi pelaku usaha dalam bianaan industry ekonomi kreatif di bidang ‘Jasa Nursery’ dan membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa UMKM Jasa Nursery dapat meyelesaikan permasalahan melalui etika bisnis Islam (unity, free will, equilibrium, responsibility dan ihsan).The purpose of this service is to help MSMEs improve the sustainable performance of a business, through strengthening the axioms of Islamic business ethics, namely unity, free will, equilibrium, responsibility and ihsan, at Nursery Companies in Semarang City. Therefore it is necessary to have knowledge of Islamic business ethics in service products. Online assistance in the form of a webinar series, the purpose of which is to provide assistance on how to manage a business during a pandemic while still paying attention to the principles of community welfare, especially health and safety. To increase people's knowledge and understanding of 'Islamic business ethics and service products' in improving welfare and the economy and provide learning media in diagnosing problems faced by business actors in the creative economy industry fostered in the field of 'Nursery Services' and assisting in solving problems faced. The results of the service show that the MSME Nursery Services can solve problems through Islamic business ethics (unity, free will, equilibrium, responsibility and ihsan).

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi sampah plastik Didesa Temuroso Guntur Kabupaten Demak dengan ecobrick. Salah satu persoalaan yang dihadapi oleh sebagian besar masyarakat termasuk masyarakat di desa Temuroso Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak adalah sampah. Sampah merupakan persoalan klasik yang dari dulu hingga  saat ini menjadi masalah bersama di Indonesia maupun seluruh dunia. Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang, permasalahan sampah harusnya mendapat perhatian lebih, dan salah satu jenis sampah yang harus mendapat perhatian lebih adalah sampah plastik. Ecobrick merupakan pemanfaatan sampah plastik ramah lingkungan yang dijadikan sebagai barang berguna seperti kursi, meja. Selain itu  tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini juga  merasakan manfaat dari pembuatan ecobrick tersebut dan tidak hanya sekedar untuk mengurangi sampah plastik saja. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di desa Temuroso Kecamatan Guntur Demak tentang pengelolaan sampah dengan ecobrick ini dilakukan dengan metode luring dan berbasis kelompok yang dipandu oleh narasumber yang kompeten. Berbasis Kelompok yaitu seluruh kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kelompok sebagai media belajar dan pendampingan, dan memonitor kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mendapat respon dan atusias dari peserta dengan  praktik membuat ecobrick, hal ini dibuktikan dengan ecobrick yang dihasilkan didaftarkan di web ecobrick dunia dengan no serialnya: 174630 (dengan berat 304 gram) dan 174632 (dengan berat 262 gram). Selanjutnya ecobrick- ecobrick yang sudah dibuat  dan dirangkai  menjadi satu produk  ecobrick yaitu tempat duduk, sehingga  dengan kegiatan ini  masalah sampah plastik di desa Temuroso Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak    Jawa Tengah dapat teratasi. Dengan menggunakan analisis potensi ecobrick (Bella et al., 2019) maka sampah plastik di Desa Temuroso Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak Jawa Tengah dapat dikurangi sebesar 45 % dari total timbunan sampah plastik di desa tersebut. This community service was carried out as an effort to reduce plastic waste in Temuroso Guntur Village, Demak Regency with ecobrick. One of the problems faced by most people, including the people in Temuroso Village, Guntur District, Demak Regency, is waste. Garbage is a classic problem that has always been a common problem in Indonesia and throughout the world. Indonesia as a developing country, waste problems should receive more attention, and one type of waste that should receive more attention is plastic waste. Ecobrick is the utilization of environmentally friendly plastic waste which is used as useful items such as chairs, tables. Besides that, the purpose of this community service is also to feel the benefits of making ecobrick and not just to reduce plastic waste. The method of implementing community service activities in Temuroso Village, Guntur Demak District regarding waste management with ecobrick is carried out using an offline and group-based method guided by competent resource persons. Group-Based, that is, all community service activities are carried out using groups as learning and mentoring media, and monitoring activities. This community service activity received response and enthusiasm from participants with the practice of making ecobricks, this is evidenced by the ecobricks produced being registered on the world ecobrick web with serial numbers: 174630 (with a weight of 304 grams) and 174632 (with a weight of 262 grams). Furthermore, the ecobricks that have been made and assembled into one ecobrick product, namely a chair, so that with this activity the problem of plastic waste in Temuroso Village, Guntur District, Demak Regency, Central Java, can be resolved. By using an ecobrick potential analysis (Bella et al, 2019), plastic waste in Temuroso Village, Guntur District, Demak Regency, Central Java, can be reduced by 45% of the total pile of plastic waste in the village.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan tatakelola keuangan rumah tangga dengan pendekatan maqosid sharia pada majelis Ta’lim Aisiyah Pucang Gading  Demak Jawa Tengah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu Observasi, penentuan target mitra, sosialisasi dan pendampingan secara offline dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan Kelompok mitra dapat memahami dan menerapkan tata kelola keuangan Rumah tangga berdasarkan pendekatan maqosid sharia untuk penjagaan jiwa, agama, akal,keturunanan dan harta dalam skala priritas kebutuhan serta impian keluarga yaitu kebutuhan dzaruriyat,hajiyat dan tahsiniyat.Perencanaan keuangan berdasarkan Maqoshid Sharia yang dikemas dalam Islamic Financial Planning (IFP) harus hadir untuk menata ulang perencanaan keuangan individu maupun keluarga agar tetap sustainable di pandemi Covid-19. Memperkuat ketahanan keuangan keluarga kelompok Majelis Ta'lim di masa pandemi Covid 19 dengan optimalisasi penerapan maqosid sharia dan akuntansi keluarga.This community service aims to introduce household financial governance with Maqashid Sharia approach to Majelis Ta'lim Aisyiyah, Pucang Gading, Demak, Central Java. The implementation of these community service activities is through several stages, namely observation, determining target partners, socialization, and offline assistance by complying with the health protocols. Partner groups can understand and implement household financial governance based on Maqashid Sharia approach for the protection of life, religion, mind, offspring, and assets on a priority scale for family needs and dreams, namely dzaruriyat, hajiyat and tahsiniyat needs. The financial planning based on Maqashid Sharia packed in Islamic Financial Planning (IFP) should be present to rearrange individual and family financial planning to remain sustainable during the Covid-19 pandemic. Strengthening the financial resilience of Majelis Ta'lim family group during Covid-19 pandemic by optimizing the implementation of Maqashid Sharia and family accounting.

Abstract

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Not all COVID-19 patients are reported to have severe symptoms. There are also patients who are asymptomatic or with mild symptoms who only need rest and self-isolation. Self-isolation is an attempt to separate a person confirmed COVID-19 with or without symptoms, from a healthy person which aim is to reduce the risk of transmission. Nutritional intake in patients with COVID-19 includes energy needs from macronutrient, micronutrients, fluids and electrolytes. A balanced diet can support a strong immune system and help fight viral infections. In this activity, the method used was whatsApp media or android /web-based applications. Patients are classified into 3 groups, namely asymptomatic groups or mild symptoms, without decreased oxygen saturation (green group), patients with moderate symptoms, oxygen saturation still above 95% (yellow group), patients with severe symptoms and saturation below 95% (red group). Virtual consultations are conducted with the aim of reminding a balanced nutrition intake in patients, guiding cough techniques and warning signs of COVID-19. This activity provided lunch support consisting of rice, vegetables, animal protein, side dishes and fruit that can hasten healing from COVID-19.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan dampak yang luarbiasa di dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Penggunaan teknologi dalam pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan dapat menjembatani terbatasnya akses dan mengurangi kontak fisik selama pelayanan. Meningkatnya kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia, khususnya di Semarang disertai dengan daya tampung fasilitas kesehatan yang terbatas memaksa pasien melakukan isolasi mandiri di rumah. Unissula Virtual Home Care (UVHC) merupakan inovasi layanan kesehatan yang menggunakan teknologi komunikasi sebagai sarana interaksi antara tenaga kesehatan dengan pasien secara virtual. Sistem layanan ini menggunakan media WhatsApp atau aplikasi berbasis android/web. Unissula Virtual homecare merupakan solusi untuk meminimalkan resiko transmisi Covid-19 karena tidak melakukan kontak fisik secara langsung. Pelayanan UVHC meskipun dilaksanakan secara daring, namun dapat tetap memberikan perawatan berkelanjutan kepada pasien dengan tujuan akhir mengurangi morbiditas dan mortalitas akibat Covid-19. Untuk dapat mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh UVHC, maka perlu juga mengetahui kepuasan pelayanan pasien yang ditawarkan selama ini. Unissula Virtual homecare melibatkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dari Fakultas Kedokteran, Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan, Fakultas Psikologi, Fakultas Agama Islam dan Fakultas Teknologi Industri.The COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on health services. The use of technology in health services is expected to bridge the limited access and reduce physical contact during services. The increasing number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia, especially in Semarang, accompanied by the limited capacity of health facilities, has forced patients to self-isolate at home. Unissula Virtual Home Care (UVHC) is a health service innovation that uses communication technology as a virtual means of interaction between health workers and patients. This service system uses WhatsApp media or android/web-based applications. Unissula Virtual Homecare is a solution to minimize the risk of transmitting COVID-19 because it does not make direct physical contact. Even though UVHC services are not offline, they can still provide continuous care to patients with the ultimate goal of reducing morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19. To be able to know the quality of services provided by UVHC, it is also necessary to know the satisfaction of patient services offered so far. Unissula Virtual homecare involves competent human resources from the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Islamic Religion and Faculty of Industrial Technology.

Abstract

Pemahaman literasi keuangan yang dikuasai oleh UMKM ‘Aisiyah Kabupaten Semarang saat ini masih kurang, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat di wilayah tersebut sekaligus memberikan stimulus kepada UMKM ‘Aisiyah sehingga pengelolaan keuangan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan baik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini: a) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan; b) meningkatkan kompetensi terkait perencanaan keuangan, pengelolaan keuangan, produk keuangan, pembiayaan bisnis, dan manajemen risiko. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah Ibu-ibu pengusaha ‘Aisiyah Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengabdian masyarakat, yaitu: a) mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka terkait literasi keuangan; b) memberi stimulus pelatihan literasi keuangan berupa perencanaan keuangan, pengelolaan keuangan, produk keuangan, pembiayaan bisnis, dan manajemen risiko; c) monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa: a) UMKM ‘Aisiyah mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan; b) UMKM ‘Aisiyah memiliki kompetensi mulai dari perencanaan, pengelolaan, pembiayaan hingga manajemen risiko. Urgensi kegiatan pengabdian ini terletak pada pentingnya literasi keuangan dalam pengembangan usaha guna keberlangsungan UMKM ‘Aisiyah.The understanding of financial literacy that is controlled by MSMEs 'Aisiyah, Semarang Regency is currently still lacking, so training and assistance are needed as a form of community service in the region as well as providing a stimulus to MSMEs 'Aisiyah so that financial management can be properly accounted. The objectives of this community service are: a) increasing knowledge and understanding of financial literacy; b) improve competencies related to financial planning, financial management, financial products, business financing, and risk management. The partners of this service are businesswomen 'Aisiyah Semarang District. Community service methods, namely: a). Understand their level of knowledge and understanding regarding financial literacy; b). provide financial literacy training stimulus in the form of financial planning, financial management, financial products, business financing, and risk management; c). monitoring and evaluation. The results of this dedication show that: a). The women entrepreneurs of ‘Aisiyah gained additional knowledge and understanding of financial literacy; b). The women entrepreneurs of 'Aisiyah have competencies ranging from planning, management, financing to risk management. The urgency of this service activity lies in the importance of literacy in business development for the sustainability of MSMEs Aisiyah.

Abstract

Deteksi dini merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam penanggulangan pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Keterlambatan deteksi mengakibatkan isolasi dini tidak dapat dilakukan yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap penyebaran virus yang lebih luas. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jumlah pemeriksaan molekuler COVID-19 secara merata untuk deteksi dini COVID-19 melalui ‘Mobile Combat PCR’ yang dapat berkeliling ke daerah-daerah di Jawa Tengah dan memberikan hasil yang cepat. Tim Rumah Sakit Nasional Diponegoro/Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro bertugas 6 kali di 5 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah. Tim pengabdian Mobile Combat PCR telah memeriksa 752 sampel yang terdiri dari 673 pelayan publik, 45 kontak erat, dan 34 suspek/pasien COVID-19. Tiga belas orang (1,9%) pelayan publik teridentifikasi positif SARS-CoV-2 meskipun tidak bergejala. Mereka langsung diminta untuk melakukan isolasi mandiri guna mencegah penyebaran lebih lanjut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Mobile Combat PCR ini sangat berperan dalam menjangkau daerah yang tidak memiliki fasilitas pemeriksaan molekuler COVID-19, memberikan hasil pemeriksaan secara cepat, dan mendeteksi dini COVID-19 bahkan pada kasus tanpa gejala.Early detection is a crucial factor in addressing the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Delays in detection might prevent early isolation from being done, which would have led to the virus's greater spread. The purpose of this community service was to increase the number of COVID-19 molecular tests equally across Central Java province using 'Mobile Combat PCR' which can travel to many areas across the province and provide fast results. The Diponegoro National Hospital/Diponegoro University Medical Faculty team has served 6 times in 5 districts/cities in Central Java. The Mobile Combat PCR service team has examined 752 samples originating from 673 public servants, 45 close contacts, and 34 COVID-19 suspects/patients. Thirteen people (1.9%) of the public servants were identified as positive for SARS-CoV-2 even though they were asymptomatic. They were immediately instructed to self-isolate to prevent further spread. This Mobile Combat PCR community service activity plays a very important role in reaching areas that do not have COVID-19 molecular examination facilities, providing rapid examination results, and detecting COVID-19 early even in asymptomatic cases.
