Abstract

Interest in the theme of loving, sexual satisfaction, and religiosity is based on the fact that all three issues play an important role in marital life, which always colors every heart, mind and human feelings. Loving has energy that can strengthen one's soul as well as knock down, sexual gratification serves as a contact medium to grow the most intimate psychic love, while religiosity serves as an integral part in the personality of someone who is always watching, all the actions, words and feelings.The population in this study were men and women who are married and living in Surabaya, which is taken by using purposive random sampling technique with the characteristics: men and women who are married, not married couples, at least high school education, and ages 2-15 years of marriage. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire and data analysis to determine the relationship X1 (loving), X2 (sexual gratification) and X3 (religiosity) together with a variable Y (marital harmony) using regression analysis techniques, whereas to determine the relationship of each independent variables using a second level of partial correlations.The results showed a highly significant correlation exists between the loving, sexual satisfaction and religiosity to marital harmony, the price obtained R = 0.736, F = 37.742, p = 0.000. Donations given to the harmony loving marriage is 27.77%, sexual satisfaction contribute 13.29% of marital harmony, and religiosity on marital harmony to give a contribution of 13.06%.Keywords: Loving, Kepuasan Seksual, Religiusitas, Keharmonisan Perkawinan

Abstract

Creativity allows the emergence of new discoveries in science and technology. One effective way to increase creativity is a yoga exercise that will facilitate the function of the right hemisphere of the brain that is part of the brain that thinks creatively. Issues to be investigated in this study is: "Are there any yoga exercise influence on creativity?" This study aims to determine the effect of yoga exercise their creativity. The formulation of the hypothesis of this study were: Subjects who received treatment by following the yoga exercises will get an increase in score of CQ (Creativity Quotient) is significantly higher than subjects who did not follow the yoga exercises. Creativity (Variable Experiment) is a process that is reflected in the fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration in thinking, a verbal creativity test scores of Utami Munandar. Gymnastics Yoga (Treatment) is a system of exercises practiced as part of the discipline to control your body and mind, consists of three components: stretching, breathing and meditation. Population and sample of this study were two groups of students of the Faculty of Psychology University of Indonesia YAI Persada, which is 30 students for the control group (KK) and 30 students for the experimental group (KE). To measure creativity in this study used the Verbal Creativity Test developed by Utami Munandar. The study design used is the design of the two groups (inter-group) with type nonrandomized Control Group Pretest-posttest design. Statistical analysis techniques used were "independent sample t-test" and the data processing performed by using SPSS "for Windows" version 15.0. In this study, we conducted control of the IQ (Intelligence Quotience). Test of Hypothesis (t test) against the gain of both groups obtained scores: T = 8.048, p = 0.000, p <0.05 then H0, which reads: Subjects who received treatment by following the yoga exercises will get an increase in score of CQ (Creativity Quotient), which did not differ significantly with subjects that do not follow gymnastics yoga, rejected. Keyword: yoga exercises, creativity, students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not differences in stress and coping of stress on students or students who have the personality type A and type B, especially in the face of national examinations. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This study is a non-experimental research because it does not look for causal relationships as well as in experimental research. Furthermore, the methods used in this study is a survey method.From the test results of the Independent Samples t-test to see differences in stress, at a 0.05 significance level test value t = -1.632 and df = 188, t table shows the number t = 1.960, meaning t count <t table. It can be concluded that there was no difference in stress in male and female students who have the personality type A and type B in the national exams. Furthermore, based on hypothesis testing with the Mann-Whitney test to see differences in coping with stress, p-value = 0.319. With the significance level α = 0.05 then the inferred p-value = 0.319> α = 0.05. These results showed no difference in coping with the stress on students who have the personality type A and type B in the national exams.Thus the research hypothesis that states there are different levels of stress and coping of stress on students who have the personality type A and type B in the face of the national exam was rejected.Keywords: Ujian Nasional, Stres, Coping, Personality

Abstract

Compensation is all income in the form of money, goods directly or indirectly received by an employee in return for services rendered to the company. Job satisfaction is a positive feeling about one's work is the result of an evaluation of its characteristics. The purpose of this study was to determine how important the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of employees at PT. X in Central Jakarta which affects the performance of employees at PT. X, Central Jakarta.This study uses quantitative research methods. Using the questionnaire method. The population in this study are all of the employees of PT. X in Central Jakarta by the number of employees 120 employees. Based on measurements using the formula Yamane then of the whole population of 120 people then the sample in this study as many as 92 people. Based on calculations MAS, showed p-value 0.000 <0.05, significant meaning, while the F count 137.796> F table of 3.96, meaning that significant. This means that compensation affects the job satisfaction of employees. Based on calculations using SPSS 12 for windows (data attached), shows the value of the adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.601 means that 60.1% of dependent variables of job satisfaction is explained by the independent variable compensation and the remaining 39.9% is explained by other variables outside variables used. When viewed from the calculation then the correlation between job satisfaction variable compensation by showing figure of 0.778. The figure shows a strong correlation and direction. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between positive towards the provision of compensation to the job satisfaction of employees in PT. Abstract

This study aims to give an overview of the relationship between emotional intelligence with learning on student achievement and student class at Vocational High School Honor Mother of Jakarta.This study uses quantitative methods. The collection in this study using a questionnaire of emotional intelligence and grades of male and female students. Analytical techniques used to process research data analysis techniques are Pearson Product Moment correlation. Using the research method used is sampling Saturated and female students in vocational high schools Bunda Mulia Jakarta as many as 112 people. The results of these studies show that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence with learning achievement in grade one students and Vocational High School Honor Mother of Jakarta, but no significant relationship. This can be seen from the results of Pearson Product Moment correlation test of r = 0222, these results indicate that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence with learning achievement. Correlation test was then performed back to the five dimensions of emotional intelligence to know the dimensions anywhere that has a relationship, it turns out from the correlation test repeated on each dimension there are two-dimensional theories which have though weak correlation.The conclusion of this study is the result of student achievement and student there is no strong relationship with emotional intelligence, but there are other factors beyond emotional intelligence associated with learning achievement.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Learning Achievement

Abstract

At the university level, many students who take an active role in the stewardship of the organization. Students Association (HMJ) is an intra-campus students who are majoring in science within the scope of a particular faculty. HMJ organizations focus more on non-academic activities that are scientific, reasoning, and professional development programs in accordance with scientific studies. The study was conducted to determine differences in intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on board Department Student Association.This research is a quantitative study using a measuring instrument with a Likert scale questionnaire. The subject of this study were students who were active in the management department at the University Student Association of the Mother. Analytical techniques used in this study is an Independent Samples T-Test. Based on test results Independent Samples T-Test as seen from the results of Levene's test showed a p-value = 0.568 indicates that there were no differences in intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on board Department Student Association.However, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation where the differences seen on board HMJ Faculty of Engineering and Design tends to be lower than the caretaker HMJ Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. As for extrinsic motivation, the board of HMJ School of Social Sciences and Humanities tend to be higher than the board HMJ Faculty of Engineering and Design.Keyword: Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation, Student.
