Abstract

The intersection of Jl. Perjuangan – Jl. Veteran is located in Martapura City, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. At this intersection there are only cautionary street lights or yellow lights, then the Intersection condition which is the road to residential areas, schools, shops, and traditional markets to support the occurrence of traffic jams and accidents            Primary data or data taken from the field include geometric conditions, environmental conditions, side barriers, traffic volume at the Intersection of Jalan Perjuangan - Jalan Veteran Martapura City. Secondary data includes the number of residents in Martapura City and data on the growth of the number of vehicles. Furthermore, the data samples were analyzed using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997) to find out whether Intersection performance is still feasible or not. If the results of the analysis show that the Intersection performance is no longer feasible, it is necessary to solve the problem.               At the intersection, Jl. Perjuangan - Jl. Veteran, Martapura City, Banjar Regency, on a unsignal condition, obtained a degree of saturation (DS) of 0.76 and delay (D) of all intersections of 12.7 seconds / smp with the Service Level Index at B, which indicates that at the intersection still has good conditions. After forecasting analysis, it is found that in the 6th year the degree of saturation (DS) is 1.11 and the whole delay is 26.21 seconds / smp with the Service Level Index in class D where the intersection has reached a bad condition or must be done intersection management analysis. By analyzing the form of intersection management when applied with a signalized intersection, the alternative 2 phase proposal is the best which is seen from the degree of saturation and delay with the value of Degree Saturation (DS) 0.74 and Delay (D) 18,33 seconds / smp with the intersection service level becomes C.

Abstract

The policy of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources that provides permits for mining production activities for PT. MCM in the Batang Alai River area has an impact on the hydrology of the area. This study will discuss the changes in land use in the Batang Alai River area, Batang Alai Timur District, Hulu Sungai Tengah to the aspects of high flow and low flow hydrology.          The research method used is manual calculation with rational methods for high flow hydrology and calculations using the ArcSWAT 2012.10.1.18 for low flow hydrology. The data needed in the processing are rainfall data, DEM data, daily discharge data, climatology data, land use data, land use change data, and Batang Alai watershed data.          The results of the study were that the ratio of peak discharge of land use was changed to the mining area and land use was not converted into a mining area for high flow hydrology calculations. There is an increase in plan flood discharge in the Batang Alai River if there is a change in land use into a mining area, the design flood discharge always increases in each period. Whereas for low flow hydrology is the comparison between the daily use of land use converted into a mining area and land use is not converted into a mining area, then the daily discharge results are calculated for the availability of water. The results of low-flow hydrological modeling are categorized as good and have high influence based on the Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency value grouping and the coefficient of determination, and water availability decreases if land use is converted into a mining area.

Abstract

North Kuin Street, North Kuin, North Banjarmasin Subdistrict, South Kalimantan Sub-district is right on the outskirts of Kuin River. Precisely the road that is in front of the Sultan Suriansyah Mosque, where the road has experienced cracks that can potentially occur landslides. In the event of an avalanche, it will result in obstructed traffic activities on the road which also affect the economy of the surrounding community. So from that the soil retaining wall is needed to maintain the stability of the land on the outskirts of the Kuin River so that landslides do not occur. This design begins with identifying problems that occur.  Next is data collection of investigations in the field and laboratory. Then the data obtained are analyzed and interpreted and then visualized in the form of stratigraphy by plotting the type of soil by the results of sondir and boring that have been interpreted. After that, check the initial condition of the slope so that the shape of the avalanche can be identified. Then proceed with calculating the forces acting on the retaining wall due to traffic loads and other loads above it to obtain carrying capacity from the ground. Then proceed with modeling and analysis using Geo Studio 2012 software to see the value of SF (safety factor). At the end of the calculation the volume and price of the work unit are calculated to obtain the amount of the budget plan (RAB).       From the results of the analysis of the design of anchor plaster, it was obtained a box profile of FSP VIL steel plaster with a total length of 28 m plaster. At stake uses a steel pipe with a diameter of 91.44 cm which is set at a depth of 28 m. For slope stability with pile reinforcement obtained SF = 1.835> 1.5, it can be said to be safe. Based on the calculation of the volume and price of the work unit, this design requires a cost of Rp. 7,340,166,486, -

Abstract

The bridge at the Seluang-1 river is located around the palm oil plantation land owned by PT Lifere Agro Kapuas, Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan. In this Seluang-1 river, a bridge is planned to be built to facilitate the mobilization of palm oil plantation crops and other matters as well as transportation in the PT Lifere Agro Kapuas area because before there was a bridge the transportation traffic was cut off by the river so it had to circle quite a long way. The bridge is designed as a bridge with composite girder structure type.          The methodology in the design of loading uses the SNI 1725-2016 concerning on the Loading Standards for Bridges and SNI 2833-2016 concerning on the Earthquake Resilience Planning Standards for Bridges. For methodology in designing concrete structures refer to SNI 2847-2013 concerning Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings and methodology in designing steel structures refers to SNI 1729-2015 concerning Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings. The material used for abutment uses reinforced concrete material. The methodology in calculating the bearing capacity of the foundation uses the method by Mayerhof and also the method by Kazuto Nakazawa, while the methodology in calculating the lateral bearing capacity uses the Broms method, with the efficiency of the pile using a graph by O’Neill.          From the results of topographic measurements taken a bridge design with a span of 30 m with a total bridge width of 7 m. The slab design is 25 cm thick with the compressive strenght of concrete is fc’ 30 MPa (K-350). The steel girder beam used WF Profile 1350.800.100.130 and the diaphragm beam used WF Profile 250.125.6.9 with BJ55 steel quality (fy 410 MPa). Whereas in the lower structure, the abutment designed with a height of 350 cm, a width of 320 cm and a length of 850 cm, was used with compressive strenght of concrete is fc’ 30 MPa (K-350). In the foundation used Spun Pile type piles with a diameter of 60 cm with a depth of 30 m piling as much as 8 piles on one abutment. Obtained Qallow = 116,37 tons > Qload = 114,69 tons so that the foundation is declared safe. The planned budget for the construction of a bridge on the Seluang-1 river is Rp 8.990.566.000,00.-

Abstract

The road that is located in the City of Satui is a road that connects cities that are large in the South Kalimantan, the road is often used by mining trucks. From these conditions, there will be a high movement of people, goods, and services. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct a review to determine the performance of the road. The location in this study is on A.Yani Street, City of Satui, South Kalimantan. On this road, there is a part of the road that has a median and does not have a median. Data collected from the results of traffic surveys are primary data which includes geometric data, traffic volume data, and traffic speed data. Secondary data which includes an overview of the study area. The data obtained are then grouped according to the composition of the vehicle. Then the data is made into hourly traffic data to get volume, speed, and density. The data obtained was analyzed to obtain capacity, the appropriate relationship model, and performance changes between roads. The results of data analysis on A.Yani Street, City of Satui are the maximum volumes obtained on the road with a median of 468,75 amp/hour while those on the road without the median are 421,51 amp/hour. The maximum density obtained on the road with a median of 133,67 SMP/km while on the road without a median of 55,86 SMP/km. The maximum speed obtained on the road without the median is 129,2 km/hour while the road with the median maximum speed is 60,87 km/hour. The corresponding equation for A.Yani Street, the City of Satui on the road with the median is the Underwood model, y =   61,161e-0,048x with the R-value of 0,90675 while the road without the median is the Greenberg model, y = -20,41ln(x) + 82,208 with an R-value of 0,90161.
