Abstract

Mistake of looking at economic problems are causing errors in solving economic problems. Regard the capitalist economic system economic problems arise because of the scarcity of sources, while human needs are unlimited. Then the economic system provides a way out by way of how humans can increase production as much as possible to meet the needs that he is not limited. In this way the macro level is applied to the pursuit of economic growth as high. Of course the issue of whether the needs of each individual, especially their basic needs are met or not, is not considered a capitalist economic system. But that note is the owner of the capital so that they can improve and expand the production scale.Application of the Islamic economic system is an integral part of the application of Islamic law so that the Islamic economic system is the part that is not liberated by other shariah-Islamic law. Application of Islamic law in the economy is an obligation as the duty of every Muslim to perform the prayer, fasting, zakat and hajj. Thus inappropriate for us to ignore the economic activities of Islamic law to take, carry out and glorify other economic system based kufr law.Logical consequence of the implementation efforts of Islamic economic system is the state or daulah should apply Islamic law as a whole, including the country's system of Khilafah Islamiyah daulah. So in applying Islamic economic system have also been conducted simultaneously attempt to form and establish the Khilafah Islamiyah daulah.Any Muslim who believes in the truth of the Islamic faith, a duty for everyone to be bound by the laws of Personality (Islamic Shari'ah) when committed by only by the standards of halal and haram that have been outlined by Allah SWT. The point we are all obliged to carry out all the commands of Allah (lawful act) and stay away from all his ban (unlawful)

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the influence of leadership   and spiritual quotient to the employee performance. Data was collected by sending about 34 questionnaires data to all of employees in Politeknik LP3I Jakarta, Gedung Sentra Kramat Jl. Kramat Raya No.7-9 Jakarta Pusat 10450 Indonesia. This research used survey, sampling method and questionnaires as tools in collecting the main data with a quantitative method. This research used simple random and sampling technique. Data were analyzed by Software SPSS verse 17 for Windows.The results of this research show that: 1) The leadership   influences the employee performance significantly; 2) The spiritual Quotient influences the employee performance significantly; and 3) The leadership   and spiritual quotient simultaneously have a significant influence to employee performance. It is important for any one whose job is as a decision maker in management structure to understand the leadership   as one of variables influences the employee performance; and also, the spiritual quotient.Key words: Leadership, Spiritual Quotient, and Employee’s, Performance

Abstract

The contemporary definition of organizational culture (OC) includes what is valued, the dominant leadership style, the language and symbols, the procedures and routines, and the definitions of success that characterizes an organization. OC represents the values, underlying assumptions, expectations, collective memories, and definitions present in an organizationCameron and Quinn (2002) have developed an organizational culture framework built upon a theoretical model called the "Competing Values Framework." This framework refers to whether an organization has a predominant internal or external focus and whether it strives for flexibility and individuality or stability and control. The framework is also based on six organizational culture dimensions and four dominant culture types (i.e., clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy) and generated an "Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI)" which is used to identify the organizational culture profile based on the core values, assumptions, interpretations, and approaches that characterize organizations (Cameron & Quinn, 2002).The competing values framework can be used in constructing an organizational culture profile. Through the use of the OCAI, an organizational culture profile can be drawn by establishing the organization's dominant culture type characteristics.

Abstract

Marketing is a king. It is a slogan for a marketer. the effect of good service has significant corralation. By distributing 30 questioners at 5 regions in Jabodetabek. 20 questions which the writer has distributed for each variable consists of 10 questions about the quality of servive and 10 questions about customer satisfaction. From analysis result coeffecient corralation product moment, it will influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction. It shows corralation (r) 0.62, it means relation between the quality of service (variable x) and customer satisfaction (variable y) has strong relation and positive determinant (r)2 39,44%. It means the effect of the quality of serviceTo the customer satisfaction is 39,44%, maenwhile 61,56% is influenced by facilities and other factors. Kata Kunci  : Pelayanan Prima mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

The Relationship between Service Quality with the Student's Recommendation.The benefit of this research is expected, to become  the guidance for the managerial, mainly in upgrading the service quality in term of upgrading the student's recommendation.The purpose of this research is to examine the hypothesis of relationship between Service Quality with Student's Recommendation. In drawing the sample used "Pusposive Sampling" technique, in data analysis is used a statistic descriptive and in hypothesis correlation technique.The result of all research variables (service quality, and student's recommendation) shows average (good enough) by the student. All the hypothesis are accepted because the P Value < 0.05, it means that Ho is unaccepted and HA is accepted: So that there is strong relationship between service quality with the student's recommendation. All the hypothesis in its variable has relationship which is stated in coefficient correlation (r). Marked r all positive (+) which means leads to one-way relationship between service quality with student's recommendation. The service quality variable has the strong relationship with student's recommendation

Abstract

Jurnal ini berjudul “Efektivitas Penilaian Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Promosi dan Rotasi Jabatan Pada Perusahaan”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar penilaian prestasi kerja yang diterapkan oleh Perusahaan dalam melaksanakan promosi jabatan yang berkualitas untuk mencapai sumber daya manusia yang berpotensi dan berprestasi dengan baik maka penilaian ini harus selektif dilaksanakan agar perusahaan mendapat sumberdaya manusia yang benar-benar dibutuhkan sesuai tuntutan yang diharapkan perusahaan maupun sesama karyawan yang menginginkan pimpinan yang pintar dan bijak.Metode yang dilakukan dalam menyusun jurnal  ini adalah study kepustakaan dan metode observasi. Dalam tinjauan pustaka, dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan berbagai literatur, buku majalah, maupun surat kabar. Sedangkan metode observasi, yaitu dengan mencari data-data langsung ke lapangan (sumber data).Dari bahasan diatas dapat kita ketahui bahwa betapa pentingnya penilaian prestasi kerja dalam promosi jabatan yang efektif dalam menghadapi persaingan perusahaan, apalagi perusahaan pesaing yang mempunyai pimpinan yang lebih berkualitas telah menunjukkan keberhasilannya dalam menjalankan perusahaan. Sehingga perusahaan. benar-benar selektif dalam menjalankan penilaian prestasi kerja maka harus dilakukannya tingkat kehadiran karyawan, loyalitas, dedikasi, pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, usia, kualitas kerja, pengetahuan kerja, hal ini akan mempengaruhi dalam penilaian prestasi kerja pada karyawan yang akan dipromosikan. Disamping beberapa penilaian di atas juga ada beberapa penialain lain yang sangat berpengaruh pada promosi dan rotasi  jabatan diantaranya, pengalaman, tingkat pendidikan, loyalitas, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kepandain bergaul, prestasi kerja, penuh inisiatif. Rotasi Jabatan sangat diperlukan dalam sebuah organ isasi dalam rangka penyegaran dan produktivitas serta semangat baru akan terjadi secara signifikan selama rotasi tersebut berdasarkan penilaian yang komprehensif dan akurat.

Abstract

This paper is issuing critics from some academicians, experts, on the topic of objectives, vision, and mission of Indonesian nasional education as stated on UUD Negara Republik Indoneisa 1945 – the country’s constitution, and other Laws about the same topic. This paper’s purpose is to find the different point of view or critics on the topic in order for readers to rethink about the national education objective, vision, and mission. From all critics, we can make the conclusion that the objective, vision, and mission of national education are still not strong. All critics suggest that government or any legal bodies consider about revision on the texts and the application of the regulation about national education. Keywords: objecties, vision, and mission of national education

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the correlation between Public Relation and the impression as independent variables to the attentiveness in studying in private universities. The data for the study is taken from questionnaire given to 206 samples from total 406 students. The data from the questionnaire is analyzed by using the software SPSS version 17.0 in order to get the validity and reliability scores, normality, correlation and multi regression, anova, and T-test to analyze the hypothesis. The study approves that there is significant correlation between public relations to the students interest to study in university, correlation between the impression of the university to the students interest to study in university, and lastly the correlation between public relations and the impression mutually to the students interest to study in university. The determination coefficient score (R2) is 0.504 or 50.4%. This means that 50.4% of the students interest to study in university is able to be explained the variable of public relation and the impression as the independent variables. Meanwhile, the other variables are explained by other variables outside of the model of research.
