Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, 2) mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, 3) mengetahui kendala yang terjadi dalam proses pelayanan dari atasan kepada bawahan di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, 4) mengetahui solusi yang dilakukan terhadap kendala yang dihadapi oleh Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat dab merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan level staf di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, dan data penelitian ini berupa data primer yang bersumber dari kuisioner.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variable kepuasan kerja karyawan di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,9735. Besarnya kepuasan kerja 95,77% dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, sedangkan sisanya 5,23% dipengaruhi oleh variable/faktor lainnya, yaitu ciri-ciri intrinsic pekerjaan, gaji penghasilan dan imbalan, serta rekan sejawat. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Achievement of the employee's performance will usually be preceded by a prior job satisfaction, is not uncommon satisfaction resulting from the spirit of the work as a source of motivation combined with the competence of employees who bersangkutan.Penelitian is intended to identify and assess the motivation and competencies possessed by the employee, the amount of influence both these variables to work satisfaction and job satisfaction impact on the performance of employees indicated.There needs to be a fourth measurement variables in this study at the Polytechnic LP3I Bandung, the postscript was established to eradicate the existence of unemployment in Indonesia. Measurement as outlined in this study, conducted by the method deskriprif verification with proportional cluster sampling technique of random sampling.Based on the study, showed that there is influence of motivation terhdadap job satisfaction for 78,8%, there is the influence of competence terhdadap job satisfaction for 20,8%, job satisfaction affect the performance of 84,4%Keyword : MOTIVATION, COMPETENT, WORK SATISFACTION

Abstract

The financial condition of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) in each quarter of each year, the 2010-2015 period can be quite good. It can be seen from the growth in net profit generated by the BNI in each quarter of each year is always increasing. However, in the second quarter 2015 net income generated BNI only Rp. 2.46 Trillion. The net profit decreased compared to the net profit generated in the second quarter of 2014 amounted to Rp. 4.95 Trillion. In addition, ROA of BNI in the second quarter 2015 amounted to 1.14%. BNI ROA The ROA decreased compared with the second quarter of 2014 amounted to 2.43%. In this regard, it is necessary to do research on the factors that affect the profitability of BNI.The variables of this study is the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Expenses Operating Income (ROA), and Net Interest Margin (NIM). As for profitability measurement tools using the Return On Asset (ROA). Source data extracted from BNI Quarterly Financial Statements First Quarter period 2010 to the third quarter of 2015. The data used is secondary data, which is a time series data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results showed thatCAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and NIM simultaneously have significant effect on ROA. Partially, CAR, NPL, and LDR have not significant effect on ROA. BOPO have significant negative effect on ROA and NIM have significant positive effect on ROA. The magnitude of the influence  CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and NIM to ROA amounted to 94.3%, while the rest 5.7% is explained by other variables outside the model.Keywords : Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional, Net Interest Margin, Return On Asset

Abstract

Indonesia got the fourth rank in Asia Pacific for having the biggest internet users on 2014 and shows the significance growth every years supported with the internet penetration rate. But this condition doesn’t supported by the number of internet banking user in Indonesia. If compared with Malaysia which has the number of internet user less than Indonesia but shows the greater number on internet banking user. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of multi-dimensional trust (disposition of trust, structural assurance and trust belief), perceived risk and Luo UTAUT modification model on behavioral intention toward using internet banking service in Indonesia. Data collected using quota sampling method and 450 respondents are gathered from three different areas in Indonesia (Sumatera, Jawa and East Indonesia). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS version 21 software is used as data analysis technique. Results from this research shows that trust belief as the key variable to determine individual for using internet banking service. Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the literatures on the relationship between quality of work life (QWL) and organizational commitment (OC). QWL has become crucial issue and popular topic nowadays since it is considered that it could build employees’ organizational commitment and performance. The implementation of good QWL is not considered to have good impacts to OC only but also to productivity and efficiency of the organizations. The organizations or companies should consider these two variables to be determinants for the organizations or companies in achieving their goals. Abstract

The Influence of the quality of service for satisfaction and word of mouth on the further education LP3I Campus Kramat Jakarta. Research is aimed to determine the influence of the quality of service for satisfaction student an continued program LP3I, know the influence of the quality of service for word of mouth students an continued program LP3I, and he knows influence of satisfaction with word of mouth students an continued program LP3I. Data processing the result of this research in a software partial least square (pls) does not need sample in a specified number of, but the amount available recommended was a minimum 35 to 100 respondents (yamit and kurniawan, 2009:213). Each respondent given 59 statement with use likert scale. Based on the results of data processing shows that the quality of service have leverage significant and give a positive response to satisfaction on program LP3I secondary schools. Abstract

Masalah sumber daya manusia saat ini masih tetap menjadi pusat   perhatian      bagi   perusahaan   agar  dapat bertahan dan bersaing di era globalisasi  . Salah satu pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yaitu adanya sistem penilaian kinerja bagi Karyawan. Penilaian kinerja diharapkan akan memberikan feed back yang tepat, dan akhirnya membawa perubahan perilaku karyawan kearah peningkatan produktivitas bagi perusahaan.  Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan yang ada pada PT. Inti Elektrindo Abadi Jakarta. Data-data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisoner kepada 25 responden yang menjadi sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja PT. Inti Elektrindo Abadi Jakarta, Dari hasil perhitungan korelasi antara  penilaian kinerja sales marketing terhadap produktivitas kerja yaitu sebesar 0,97 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa penilaian kinerja sales marketing dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja PT. Inti Elektrindo Abadi dan dari    hasil  koefisien   determinasi   (KD   =   r2)   dapat diketahui bahwa metode pelatihan memberikan sumbangan terbesar terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja Pada PT. Inti Elektrindo Abadi, yaitu sebesar 94 % dan sisanya 6% dipengaruhi faktor lain.Kata kunci : Penilaian Kinerja, Produktivitas Kerja
