Abstract

The children is a gift and also as a mandate to educate and well bred. Because it is importance of the presence of a Child as a successor to the descendants of as a complement to happiness hearts, so those alternatives is endowed children and it is some regulation of govermnet to guidelines Adoption of child. And also to review the legal certainty so get must apply for Adoption to Justice, however in the aplication although adoption of children is legitimate based on regulation, but it has little difference between hearts inheritance distribution process Bladder and Adopted Children.

Abstract

In fact, society is often ignore Meaning of Marriage is not paying attention to the norms and rules of life in society. The lack of understanding in the sociaty it make a processes and procedures in the marriage increasingly forgotten. One of those is marriage without bride when said ijab qobul and it is represented by the other people. It is lawful According to the positive law in Indonesia as explained on Islamic law, as for feedback society Regarding the marriage those that 'especiallay the ordinary people still are not knowing and so they assume that marriage is not legitimate.
