Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out problems in developing business faced by Vigur Organik Female farmers Group (KWT). KWT is micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) that develops Processed Organic Food (POO) in Malang.  Method of problem solving used is root cause analysis - cause is fishbone diagram.  Problem is an obstacle which becomes challenges for KWT in the business development of POO.  The main problem faced by KTW Vigur Organic's member is capitalization.  Supporting causes of this problem are among others, lack of land to grow organic plants, community's interest to start POO business is low, raw material is limited, methods used is still traditional and there is no vacuum fraying owned by KWT Vigur Organik.   However, KWT Vigur Organik has high spirit to perform trial phase and creativity to result POO since it does not necessarily obtain raw material that meets organic criterion.  That creativity produces product innovation.  The featured products of KWT Vigur Organik are soy sauce for people with autism and kerupuk puli (rice crackers).  It is indeed that those products uses raw material which has national standard for organic food.   This can be concluded that the way to develop POO business is through creativity and product innovation.   Suggestion to develop this kind of business is KWT needs to carry out innovation in marketing.  Limit of this study is the researcher do not know yet the strategy performed by KWT Vigur Organik for market stabilization in the era of global and digital.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the effect of economic growth, local income, general allocation fund, special allocation fund toward capital selling budgeting. Location of study is Gianyar regency. Object in this study as follows: local income, general allocation fund, special allocation fund and gross domestic regional bruto per capita. data analysis technique has been applied in this study is simple regression analysis which beforehand conducted classic assumption test. The result shows that economic growth have positive and significant effect toward capital selling in Gianyar regency, local income have positive and significant effect toward capital selling in Gianyar regency, general allocation fund have positive and significant effect toward capital selling in Gianyar regency, special allocation fund have positive and significant effect toward capital selling in Gianyar regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Utilization of watersheds in Bali indirectly provides benefits and impacts; both positive and negative impacts for watershed sustainability. In order to minimize the impact, sustainable tourism development efforts are made to maintain and improve socio-cultural, socio-economic, and ecological. This research was taken in order to optimalize the using of watershed as sustainable tourism attraction. Therefore, the concept of sustainable development and tourism is used to develop watershed management as a sustainable tourism attraction. Ayung watershed was used as the object of the research based on masive exploitation along the watershed. There were several Instruments which was used in this study, such as interview guidelines for in-depth interviews, questionnaire (a questionnaire containing internal and external factors) and tools such as cameras, and notes for observation, which are then processed by descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the results of research that has been implemented, there are 5 (five) strategies that can be used to improve watershed management, such as: 1). Sustainable Forest Management Strategy; 2). Law Enforcement Strategy; 3). Community Empowerment Strategies; 4). Integrated Management Strategy; and 5) .Economic Improvement Strategy. Keywords: Development, Sustainable Tourism, Watershed

Abstract

ABSTRACT The number of cooperatives in West Java, including the three largest in Indonesia as many as 25.563 units in 2014.However, growth in the number of cooperatives, was not followed by the public interest to become members of the Cooperative. Based on Compass Survey 2015, only 17% of respondents were interested in becoming members of the cooperativeBased on the gap between the number of cooperatives that continue to increase, but the public interest to become members of the cooperative are low, then the study was conducted. The research objective was to determine the factors supporting and hindering SMEs to become members of cooperatives sharia. By using a reference Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to formulate the determinants of interest MSMEs become members of cooperatives sharia. These factors will be used to construct a model of consumer education.Descriptive method used to describe the SMEs. Collecting data using the techniques of observation, interviews and questionnaires.The results showed the determinant of the greatest interest to encourage the interest of SMEs are eligible members of sharia is the Evaluation of Behavior Beliefs, followed by the Normative Beliefs, Behavioral Beliefs, and Motivation to Comply. And determinants of interest that become an obstacle MSMEs to become cooperative members sharia is Control Beliefs and Perceived Power. Interest in the SME entrepreneurs to become members of the cooperative is high enough.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of interest rate, inflation, and exchange rate on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Indonesia. Data obtained in this research is secondary data from the years 2010-2015, which is accessed through the website  www.bkpm.go.id and  www.bi.go.id. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research indicate that interest rate with a regression coefficient -46,571 and a significance level 0,807 greater than 0,05 which means the interest rate had no significant effect on FDI in Indonesia, inflation has a regression coefficient -146,704 with a significance level 0,021 smaller than 0,05 which means inflation had significant negative effect on FDI in Indonesia, the exchange rate has a regression coefficient -0,178 with a significance level 0,015 less than 0,05 which means that the exchange rate also had significant negative effect on FDI in Indonesia, and interest rate, inflation, and exchange rate has a significant effect on FDI in Indonesia simultaneously with the F count > F table that is 34,021 > 2,74 or the Sig. F (0,000) < a = 0,05

Abstract

This research  aims to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the sharia financial aspects and digital marketing as a driving force for the development of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research uses descriptive explorative approach and developed by using literature review approach or literature study. The theory or conceptual approach is done by referring from several sources, such as books, scientific journals, and the internet. All existing ideas are combined in a single frame of thought. The results show that the development of digital technology and the shari’a finance is increasing rapidly, in addition to being a challenge for the business world has also become a great opportunities and potential for economic and business improvement. Businesses must be able to follow the changing trend by utilizing information technology to drive business activities and increase competitiveness. Businesses must be able to create change and new innovations in the company that are able to create opportunities and new markets by utilizing information technology and the development of digital convergence in the community. On the other hand, MSMEs can be encouraged by some policies either from the government or the business peoples of MSMEs by utilizing the traditional community structure and Shari'ah Micro Finance Institution (BMT), product design and innovation, strengthening human resources, Policy on MSMEs Products, Exhibition and Maximizing the Role of Women and maximize the implementation of MSMEs policies. Abstract

This research was conducted based on the obstacles experienced by the students of management department of Undiknas Denpasar to write opinions text. The problem lies in the difficulty of organizing ideas, developing the principal ideas, the accuracy of selection diction, and the use of spelling. In relation to the problem, a proper teaching method is needed to handle it. Given the ability to write popular scientific papers is very important mastered to support the ability of students in writing more complex scientific papers. The method used in this Classroom Action Research  is Graphic Organizer Method. The results of this study indicate a significant increase in the ability of students in writing opinions text. This is evidenced by the increase in the average student score in each cycle. The average value of students in the first cycle was 65, this score then increase again in the second cycle to 72, and in the third cycle, the students could reach 78 average score. Keywords: writing, opinion text, graphic organizer method, PTK

Abstract

ABSTRACT Village Credit Institutions is one of Microfinance Institutions are growing rapidly in the province of Bali and is one of the institutions that are at the level of village customs. The standard for assessing the health level has been determined by Bali Governor Regulation No. 11 Year 2013 on a quantitative approach over five (5) factors that affect the condition and development of financial institutions, the Capital, Assets Liquidity, Management, Earning and Liquidity. Besides these five factors, overshooting the lending limits are also taken into account as a reduction of the total value of health outcomes.Based on the discussion that has been described in previous chapters, it can be concluded that the rating of the capital factor results obtained from the CAR ratio was 19.79%, with a credit score of 100%, which is still relatively healthy. Factor is the ratio KAP Earning Assets was 0.20%, with a credit score of 100% and CPRR ratio was 130.83%, with a credit score of 100%, which is still relatively healthy. Assessment management factor of 25 questions or statements of general management and risk management 85 values obtained are still relatively healthy. The earnings factor is the assessment of the ROA ratio was 3.13%, with a credit score of 100% and ROA ratio was 77.71% with 89.16% credit scores are still relatively healthy. Liquidity factor is the ratio of liquid assets was 31% with a credit score of 100% and the LDR is 71.46% with a credit score of 100% were classified as healthy. Rate the latter is the calculation of the legal lending limit in 2015 is not a violation of the legal lending limit. Complications health assessment results in 2015 were awarded with 97.4% categorized as "healthy".

Abstract

ABSTRACT The level of competition in the Indonesian automotive companies are very strict.Indonesia is a potential market for automotive companies, especially motorcycles.In addition, consumers also have different considerations and perceptions of the brand image, pricing, sales, and quality of products before making a purchase decision.The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality to Buying Decision Motorcycles Yamaha Nmax (Case Study on Yamaha Nmax Buyer in Yamaha Waja Gunung Agung Dealership). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis to determine the impact of variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality to the BuyingDecision.The results of this study show variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality, has a partial effect and significantly by 74.6% to the buying decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The analysis finds that the properties comprising entrepreneurial confidence, and results-oriented tasks, risktakers, leadership, originality and oriented to the future a significant effectin improving marketing performance sea weed farmers, either simultan eously or partially. But one variable that is task-oriented and results have no significant effecton the performance of marketing sea weed farmers of Nusa Dua Badung. Future-oriented variables have the most dominant influence in improving marketing performance sea weed farmers of Nusa Dua Badung. It canbe seen from kefesien standardized beta regression, in which future-oriented variables have the greatest value is 0.449.
