Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and transfer of training on the performance of employees of the Sulawesi River Region IV Regional Office in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the subject of the study being all employees of the Sulawesi River Region IV of the Southeast Sulawesi Province who have attended the training, amounting to 80 respondents. The type of data used is primary data through questionnaire distribution, which is then analyzed using the statistical method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results it was found that knowledge sharing and transfer of training together had a significant positive effect on improving employee performance. This means that any improvement made by employees either through knowledge sharing or transfer of training will also have an impact on improving the performance of the employees of the Sulawesi River Region IV of the Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Business through the Internet provides a great opportunity and a marketing strategy that is becoming a phenomenon is an e-marketing is a very fast development to achieve the service to consumers but has a number of complex challenges that need to support organizational, technological competence, the external environment will affect the performance of the business Small and Medium Enterprises in Kendari. The development and growth of e-marketing influence on the business have seen and felt by the public as well as principals of. The purpose of this study to analyze the role of e-marketing in mediating effect of organizational support, technology competence, the external environment of the Small and Medium Enterprise business performance in Kendari. This research was conducted on the perpetrators of Small and Medium Enterprises in Kendari many as 45 respondents using the nonprobability method of sampling through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the analysis found Organizational Support direct effect on e-marketing. Furthermore, e-marketing directly affects the business performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kendari. The results of this study also prove that there is significant Organizational Support indirectly through e-marketing to business performance Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kendari. While Technology Competence and External Environment show that there is no influence either directly or indirectly through e-marketing as a mediation on the Performance of Small and Medium Business in the City of Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of audit expertise, compliance pressure, task complexity, and experience on audit judgment. Sampling techniques use in this research is convenience sampling. The sample in this study are 93 respondents in several Public Accounting Firm in Special Capital Region of Jakarta area. This research is using the test of validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, F test, and also t-test. Based on the results of the study, shows that the audit expertise, compliance pressure, task complexity, and experience have a positive effect on auditor judgment.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the value of Willingness to Pay PDAM rates at Green Anggoeya Resort Kendari and the Affecting Factors. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the PDAM water user community, and secondary data obtained from the office of PDAM Tirta Anoa Kendari. The method used is the Willingness to Pay (WTP) approach using the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) analysis method. The results showed that the average WTP (Willingness to Pay) value of the community in paying for PDAM water is IDR 6,210.14 per m3 for each family head (KK), this value is lower than the current PDAM rates of IDR 6,500 /m3. The total value of the PAPs is IDR 1,620,847.83 per month so that the amount of willingness to pay PDAM rates at Green Anggoeya Resort Kendari in one year is IDR 19,450,173.96. The factors that influence WTP are the Water Quality and Service of PDAM obtained by PDAM customers in Kendari City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of financial leverage consisting of LDE (Long Term Debt To Equity Ratio), DE (Debt To Equity Ratio), DSR (Debt-Size Ratio), DM (Debt Maturity Ratio) Against Manufacturing Company Value On the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study 51 came from the financial statements of 17 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2005 to 2007 and met established criteria, with each company totaling 3 financial statements (three years). The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, with the help of SPSS version 16 software. The results of the study suggest that (1) Financial leverage consisting of LDE (Long term debt to equity ratio), DE (Debt to equity ratio), DSR (Debt-size ratio), DM (Debt maturity ratio) simultaneously affect Company Value Manufacturing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (2). Partially the influence of financial leverage variables that significantly influence the value of the company in this study are DSR (Debt-size ratio) and DM (Debt maturity ratio), while LDE (Long term debt to equity ratio), DE (Debt to equity ratio do not have significant influence on Company Value (3) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.365 indicates that the accuracy of the model for the sake of prediction is enough to consider factors Financial leverage can contribute an influence of 36.5% on Company Value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that affect village financial management in Konawe Selatan village government especially in the aspects of village financial manager competence, commitment to tasks, and regulation. Data was collected by using questionnaires and documentation. The populations in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and Kasi/Kaur which numbered 1,344 people. The sampling technique by proportional stratified random sampling so that the overall number of respondents totaled 308 people. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with interaction test (Moderated Regression Analysis-MRA). The results showed that the competence of village financial managers had a positive and significant effect on village financial management while commitment to the task had a positive and not significant effect on village financial management. The MRA test results indicate that regulation cannot moderate the village financial manager competency variables and commitment to the task of village financial management. The adjusted R-Square value shows that the contribution of village financial manager competency variables, commitment to duties and regulations on village financial management variables is 47.5% and 52.5% of village financial management variables are influenced by other factors outside the model. Therefore, to improve village financial management in the Village Government in Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, it is necessary to consider village financial manager competencies in aspects of skills and experience, commitment to tasks on responsive aspects of change and sense of responsibility, and regulation on aspects of ease of implementation and understanding.
