Abstract

One of the responsibility of local government to the community is to provide a report of liability, one of which is the financial statement. Transparency is one aspect that illustrates that institution has made a good obligation. Some of the variables used in this study were the financial statements of the East Java local government. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data taken from the official website of the local government of East Java and BPS Jawa Timur. Research samples amounted to 38 districts/cities in East Java. The analysis used is a simple linear regression. The results of the study explained that in partial variables the population, regional expenditure and indigenous revenue have an unpositive influence on the transparency of financial information via the website of the East Java government.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of the need for achievement on employee performance, the effect of the need for affiliation on employee performance, and the effect of the need for power on employee performance. The sample size used in this study was 64 employees of PDAM Tirtamarta in Yogyakarta City. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The study results showed that the need for achievement has no effect on employee performance, the need for affiliation has no effect on employee performance, and the need for power have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Banks manage liquidity carefully because of differences in fund tenor collected and channeled. Meanwhile, at the same time, it must fulfill transaction needs, reserve requirement, current liabilities, and be cautious in facing sudden liquidity needs. Therefore, bankshold a sufficient amount of liquid assets. Liquidity management tends to be a trade-off. On one side, insufficient liquid assets can cause banks to be unable to carry out transactions with its customers or fulfill its maturity obligations. On another side, high liquid assets can result in a lost opportunity, because the liquid assets do not provide a return. The purpose of this research is to analyze what factors influence the level of banks liquid assets. This research was conducted using a dual regression model to analyze the variables studied, with a case study of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri from 2016-2017.The dependent variable was the level of liquid assets. Meanwhile, the independent variables were the amount of third party funds, financing growth, financial market access between banks, current liabilities, and previous month profit. The research results reveal that two variables are statistically significant towards bank liquid assets, which are third-party funds and previous month profit. Third-party funds and previous month profit have a positive and significat influence towards liquid assets. Meanwhile, the other variables do not significantly determined liquid assets.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting yang dapat menentukan volume penjualan suatu produk adalah menjaga tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kualitas suatu produk sehingga akan mendorong peningkatan kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk tersebut.   Logo De Corps sebagai salah satu brand yang dipasarkan melalui  Matahari Departement Store Sukabumi sangat banyak dinikmati oleh konsumen. Tetapi persaingan yang sangat ketat di bidang ritel saat ini sangat memungkinkan dapat menggerus konsumen dengan brand Logo De Corps tersebut. Untuk itulah dibutuhkan strategi yang tepat agar dapat menjaga kepercayaan konsumen terhadap merek Logo De Corps tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran mengenai masing-masing variabel mandiri seperti yang ditunjukan dalam judul penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survei. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa customer service dan kepercayaan merek mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi PNPM-Mandiri Perdesaan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di wilayah pedesaan Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series bersumber dari Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) wave 5 tahun 2104. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode estimasi Propensity Score Matching (PSM), untuk mengestimasi dampak treatment pada kelompok desa yang menerima program. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PNPM-Mandiri Perdesaan secara signifikan mampu menurunkan angka kemiskinan sebesar 7,35 persen. Hasil studi memberikan suatu penegasan tentang semakin perlunya peran pemerintah dalam merancang strategi dan program pengentasan kemiskinan, khususnya dengan desain dan model program berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Covid-19 has globally been declared as a pandemic, and does globally have an impact on the economy including Indonesia. It makes Indonesia’s economic growth rate become slower in all sectors including Creative Economy, in this case,  for instance culinary sub-sector MSME (Micro, Small, And Medium Enterprise). This research explores the impact of Covid 19 pandemic toward culinary sub-sector of creative economy-based MSME in South East Sulawesi. It was to find out what steps that could be conducted by the government in respect of covid-19 pandemic problem. This research applied quantitative and literary methods to collect the data. The process to retrieve or collect data used the survey method and through the literary method. The presented data was collected from questionnaires, literary reviews from books, government official websites, official reports from international organizations, official news websites, and the processed data from other relevant sources. The time-span of this research was March 2020 (the beginning of this pandemic outbreak in Indonesia) until the middle of June 2020. The finished data was the graphical data with the descriptive narration. Overall, the result showed that there were two elements which became the problems regarding Covid-19 pandemic toward the people in the culinary sub-sector MSME, namely Human Resources and Goods and Services products. The government could conduct a scheme or take the steps to solve the problems, such as giving rebates on electricity bills, loan instalment suspension, supervising the groceries supplies in the markets, and keeping paying attention to MSME people who closed their business due to the pandemic so that they could transform or make a new business.
