Abstract

Background: Hallucination is a problem that appears in schizophrenia as a positive symptom that must be addressed immediately so as not to disturb the health status. Nursing therapy is the main alternative to resolve hallucinatory problems in schizophrenic patients who are treated at the Mental Hospital.Methods: The method used is literature review with a library of articles or journals from 2010-2019 by searching through Google Scholar, Pro Quest, GALE, EBSCOhost, and Ovid Journal.Results: The results of the synthesis show that nursing therapy can overcome the problem of hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.Conclusion: CBT and group activity therapy as nursing therapy are effective for hallucinations of schizophrenia

Abstract

Background  : Studies back pain due to pregnancy 25-90%, was estimated 50% of pregnant women experience back pain. As many as 80% of pregnant women said that back pain during pregnancy interfere with daily routines and 10% unable to work. The Alexander Technique exercises 65-72% effective in reducing back pain. Learning the Alexander technique have an impact on long-term reductions significantly to lower back pain. Research to determine the effectiveness of the Alexander Technique to the level of lower back pain in the third trimester pregnant mothers.Method : pre-experimental research with one group pretest posttest design. Population this study the third trimester pregnant women who experience lower back pain amounting to 31 people in Selopampang public health center Temanggung district. Collecting data used a pain scale observation sheet NRS (Numerical Rating Scale). Analyze data used Wilcoxon test.Result : research showed the Z value of -3.859. It showed that the Alexander technique is effective in reducing low back pain that is felt as much as 3x with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000, which means there is a difference low back pain before and after alexander technique intervention.Conclusion : the Alexander Technique could be an alternative to reduce lower back pain in 3rd trimester of pregnancy

Abstract

Background : Leg Edema or swelling of the legs found approximately (80%) In the trimester III of pregnant women. Leg Edema or swelling of the legs is one of the many discomfort found in the trimester III  pregnant women, resulting from the blood circulation in the leg. Complementary therapies that can be done to reduce foot edema with foot massage and soak warm water feet. This research aims to determine the influence of foot massage and soak feet with warm water against the edema of trimester III pregnant’s woman leg.Methods : This research uses pre-experimental methods with the design of one group pre-test and post-test. Population of this research is the trimester III of pregnant women with physiological foot edema in Tamansari Public Health Centre area of 620 people, while the samples used as many as 31 people using purposive sampling technique. Test statistics using Wilcoxon test.Results : The results showed from 31 respondents before the intervention of most edema levels in the 1st degree as much as 21 people (67.7%) and after the intervention of most levels of edema in degrees 0 as much as 20 people (64.5%). Results of data analysis using Wilcoxon test obtained p value = 0.000, because the value of P value 0.000 0.05 which means there is influence of foot massage and soak the feet with warm water against the edema of trimester III pregnant's woman leg.Conclusion : Midwives need to intervene foot massage and soak warm water feet to the trimester III pregnant women.

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy becomes a meaningful experience with all the changes both physically and psychologically. One of the changes is discomfort that occurs in the third trimester is lower back pain. Lower back pain can cause disruption of daily physical activity. Endorphin massage can be one of the measures to reduce pain in third trimester pregnant women because it releases endorphins from light massage and positive affirmations from the husband.Methods: This research was conducted in the working area of Pare Public Health Center Temanggung District. The methods used Quasi Experimental with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study were all third-trimester pregnant women with a gestational age of 36 weeks, its about 46 people. The tool used the data collection an observation sheet on the scale of Mankoski pain. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test.Result: The results of the study used Wilcoxon test items, namely p value of endorphin massage group of 0,000 with a value of Z 3.787 and the control group p value of 0.025 with a value of Z 2.235. This showed that both groups were equally influential, but the endorphins group had a stronger influence compared to the control group.Conclusion: Endorphin massage had an effect on reduced lower back pain in the third trimester of pregnant women. Endorphin massage contain mild massage and positive affirmations from husband that stimulated the emergence of endorphin so reduce pain sensation roomates. It was expected that endorphin massage can be applied by pregnant women and husband or families as one method of decreasing low back pain because it helped empower husband / families to improve the welfare of pregnant woman.

Abstract

Background : Youth is an asset and the future generation, so that young people had an important role to determine the future of Indonesia. Adolescents tend to want to know new things, so comes the behavioral want to try, and if it is driven by sexual stimulation can lead teens to get in on premarital sexual intercourse (sex). The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Pikma role in improving knowledge about sex with using the media module, singing Goldapersas, and leaflets to the students of SMK Negeri 2 Magelang Year 2019Methods : quasy experimental research type with pretest post test control group design. The population in this study as many as 282 people. a sample of 165 people. Data analysis by Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney Post Hoc test.Results : The results showed that there are different levels of knowledge between variables (singing Goldapersas, modules and leaflets) after being given health education, p = 0.000. The results of this study were expected to make teenagers more active in seeking information about reproductive health, in addition to the teachers also need to improve and equip students with knowledge about sex.Conclusion : Media module is more effective in supporting roles Pikma to increase knowledge about sex in adolescents.

Abstract

Background : Anxiety occurs when a person has difficulty in dealing with situations, problems and goals. One example of anxiety's situation is the anxiety experienced by students who will face the exam, the exam itself is an evaluation to assess the learning that has given the teachers to its students, the evaluation been assessed through exams. Efforts to reduced the anxiety one of them with progressive muscle relaxation therapy in which the body's response to anxiety will affect the mind and muscle tension. Then there is also an effort to decrease anxiety with music therapy to help express feelings and a positive influence on the condition and emotionsMethods : This research was conduct in March 2019, methods used quasy experimental design with time series approach. Instrument used to measure the level of anxiety with BAI (Beck Anxiety Inventory). Sampling technique using accidental sampling, with a sample of 40 respondents.Results : Statistical test results using independent t-test with p value 0,019 the first day, second day and third day 0.002 0.022 (p 0.05), which means there is a difference, then the average value obtained showed the lowest value between music therapy and therapy progressive muscle relaxation, which means no difference in effectiveness.Conclusion : There are differences in effectiveness where progressive muscle relaxation therapy is more effective than the classic music therapy in reducing anxiety levels in high school.

Abstract

Background: Post SC pain are the caused by the uterus contracts roomates state continuously in the uterine involution and pain from surgical incision. Pain management can be done by non-pharmacologically and pharmacologically to reduce pain symptoms that Appear. One of the non-pharmacological methods to reduce pain in post SC is Biologic Nurturing Baby Led Feeding position. Biologic Nurturing Baby Led Feeding position is breastfeeding by lying position while leaning in 15°- 64°angle with the baby placed on the chest naturally.Methods: The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest posttest. The population in this study was the maternal caesarean section in Majenang General Hospital, Cilacap Regency, with a sample that was purposive sampling technique, the number of samples was 40 respondents.Result: The results of the study showed that most of the pain before the Biologic Nurturing Baby Led Feeding had moderate pain as many as 27 people (67.5%) and after the biologic nurturing baby led feeding, most had mild pain as many as 27 people (67.5 %), influence on the pain of the sectio caesarea in the Majenang General Hospital with r value(0.000).Conclusion: It was suggested that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding Biologic Nurturing Baby Led Feeding implementation in post partum ward was developed to help decreasing pain in postpartum client with SC.

Abstract

Background: During pregnancy, most women experience psychological and emotional changes, it often comes up in the third trimester. Anxiety itself will have a negative impact on pregnant women to delivery, such as the fetal nervous and hindering growth, weakens the uterine muscle contraction, and others. One way to overcome anxiety in pregnancy with non-farmokologi method is prenatal massage.Methods: The study design used was pre-experimental research design with one group pretest posttest. Sampling in this research using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 30 people. Pretest and posttest data retrieval using a measuring instrument HARS Scale (Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety). The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate using Spearman Correlation Test.Result: Obtained results correlation value 0.769, it shows that the correlation is very strong with 0,000 ρvalue (ρvalue 0.05).Conclusion: Thus prenatal massage was effective to reduced the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women
