Abstract

As one of the lower-level government agencies, the village has an important role in a government. One of the important roles of the village is serving the community in making administrative letters, for example in making death certificates, business, domiciles and others. Currently the process of making administrative letters is not optimal which causes the process of making administrative letters takes quite a long time and the problem is often queues and there is no certainty that the administrative letter will be completed on that day besides that the community cannot fill out the village head's signature on the letter due to the busyness of the village head which requires him to be often out of the office or have many activities so a system is needed that can make it easier for village officials to get legitimacy letters and serving the community in making administrative letters, this study uses the Rest API on the QR Code for validation in administrative letters in the village, where Rest api uses the http protocol where the API link will be entered with a QR Code and this Rest API as link the QR Code to the web. By implementing the Rest API on the QR code for validating administrative letters in the village, a feasibility test has been carried out and obtaining a value of 82.5%, which means that the application is very feasible, and can help process administrative letters in the village.

Abstract

Processing of assessment data for determining acceptance of student scholarships at SMK Lentera Bangsa Karawang is still carried out conventionally, namely curriculum, the principal determines several points of assessment criteria for determining students who are eligible to receive a scholarship program, in determine the criteria still using the form and recapitulated by the staff later it will be calculated manually the entire value of the specified criteria points has been determined so that there is often a loss of archives used to make reports. With these problems, it is necessary to have a student assessment information system so that the data collection and recapitulation of student criteria values can be facilitated staff in recapitulating student grades making student grade reports. The research method used to determine the scholarship decision system this is the SMART Method. The SMART method is the method used to assess actions associated with a comparison of importance weights between factors and comparison of several alternative choices. This method will give the results of the weighting of each alternative choice accordingly with many defined criteria, namely income parents, number of siblings, average grades and status of orphans. Alternative choice with the largest weight, is the alternative choice that becomes a recommendation to be eligible to receive the scholarship program. The result of this research is a decision support system for scholarship recipients already has the ability to provide convenience in staff determine the results of the process of calculating the criteria for scholarship recipients.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply the Internet of Things (IOT) by collaborating on technology found on smartphones with chat features on telegrams to control the use of lights, home conditions and minimize electricity consumption at home when handling remotely. With the application of the Internet of Things for home light control systems, users can further optimize the state of the lights at home even at a distance. Controlling home lights is more effective by utilizing Internet of Things technology because users can control home lights using a smartphone. Internet Of Things technology prototype for home light control. Measuring the level of optimization and effectiveness of the Internet of Things for controlling home lights via a smartphone. In this study, researchers used the Research and Development method. The Internet of Things (IOT) makes it easy to control home lights while away. By implementing the Internet of Things for home light control systems, users can further optimize the condition of the lights at home even at a long distance. The system can carry out a more effective process of controlling and providing information on the state of house lights using a smartphone. The test results of the light control system fall into the "Very Eligible" category. With a total percentage value of 95% (Very Decent) system quality. based on this value shows that the level of optimization and effectiveness of the system is "Very Decent".

Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia is a Regional Owned Enterprise whose aim is to participate in implementing and supporting government policies and programs in the field of economy and national development, especially in the field of postal and giro services to the public. The current services is no longer only focused on mail services but has opened various domestic and nondomestic (overseas) delivery services. In shipping services, there are several obstacles that must be faced including the condition of the roads being traversed and congestion. Several road conditions were inadequate, ranging from damaged roads, closed roads, to roads that were impassable for large trucks, trailers, and wing boxes. These obstacles will certainly increase of operational costs and even delays in delivering goods to their destination, which will reduce the level of service to customers. To reduce operational costs and improve service to customers, of course, the innovation is needed. One of them, is to adjust the distance for the delivery of goods according to the location and conditions of the delivery area by create a mobile which based on application by applying the A* algorithm method which is represented in the form of a graph or image.
