This study aims to determine whether it is able to improve students' critical thinking skills in learning mathematics by using the discovery learning model. This study uses the SLR model or Systematic Literature Review. The stages in this method are planning, review and documentation with data grouping, data analysis and data conclusion. This study obtained results showing that: One alternative teacher in learning mathematics in order to improve students' critical thinking skills is to use the Discovery Learning learning model.

Research a This n focuses on the effect of using Google Sites-based teaching materials in improving students' mathematical understanding of data presentation learning materials. The research subjects were taken from 30 class VII students at SMPN 15 Cimahi. Teaching Materials are designed using ICT media based on Google Sites. The results of this study indicate that the use of teaching materials can improve students' mathematical understanding, this is indicated by an increase in the average value of students' mathematical understanding before the use of teaching materials, which is equal to 26,633 and after the use of teaching materials that is equal to82,10. In addition, the results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the use of teaching materials on increasing students' understanding of the material for presenting the data, this is based on the results of the calculation of the t-sample test related to the analysis of paired-sample T-test two-sided test obtained tcount = 19.851 and ttable = 2.04523 for a significant level of 5% with df = 29, where 19.851 ≥ 2.04523.

The purpose of this research was to identify students' difficulties in answering questions about mathematical problem solving abilities (KPMM) on the material quadratic equation (PK). The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this research were 18 students of class IX at SMPN 1 Cihampelas. The data collection technique was using a test question the KPMM with of 4 grains question. The results of this research found the level of students' ability to answer KPMM-PK questions based on the KPMM steps. The highest percentage of 74% lies in the difficulty of checking the correctness of answers with difficult criteria. While the lowest percentage of 60% lies in the difficulty of planning a settlement with quite difficult criteria. Meanwhile, when viewed from the level of student ability, the difficulties of students with high abilities have not difficult criteria, the difficulties of students who have moderate abilities are in the slightly difficult criteria, and the difficulties of students who have low abilities lie in quite difficult criteria.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing statistics teaching materials using a geogebra-assisted scientific approach. The development research method with 3D models includes the define, design, and develop stages. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Cimahi, which is located in the Sriwijaya complex in Cimahi City. The research subjects in the small-scale trial were 15 students in class VIII-I, and in the large-scale trial, there were 33 students in class VIII-K. The data collection method used instruments in the form of interview sheets, validation sheets, and student response questionnaires. Data processing techniques used descriptive statistics with the help of the 2019 version of Microsoft Excel software were analyzed to find out the results of the validation and practicality analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that the teaching materials developed have the interpretation of "Very Valid" and "Very practical," so that they are feasible to use.

This study aims to analyze the epistemological obstacles of vocational students in the composition function material. This study was motivated by the number of students who had difficulty in learning the composition function material. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method with the subject of class XI TKJ 2 SMK TI Garuda Nusantara with a total of 20 people. Tests in the form of material descriptions, assignments of tasks and interview instructions function as a tool. The results and discussions of this study indicate that epistemological barriers to students in the field of material composition function are sourced from students' limitations in solving routine questions. When students are given unusual questions, in the form of stories, students experience learning difficulties and often cannot solve problems. Students usually ask questions that are simple or easy to make it difficult for them to overcome the problem of the story. Students must be asked about problem solving so that they are accustomed to and have no difficulty asking questions in the form of stories

Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of digital-based learning media on mathematics learning outcomes, which is examined based on the aspects of educational levels, digital-medias used, and learning materials. The research method is a systematic literature review with meta-analysis. The instrument used is form of article coding sheet containing data for meta-analysis in the form is sample size, mean, and standard deviation of control groups and experiments from articles that have been selected based on the results in the Publish or Perish application and effect size calculations assisted by the OpenMEE application. The result of this study indicates that digital-based learning media has positive influence of 1.115 on mathematics learning outcomes from the 21 articles that were meta-analyzed. Firstly, in terms of education level, digital-based learning media is more effectively used at the elementary level by 1.415. Secondly, in terms of the media used, digital-based learning media is more effective using Macromedia Flash of 1.028. Lastly, in terms of the learning material, digital-based learning media is more effective in Dimensi Tiga by 1.812.

The aim of this research is to determine how mathematical reasoning abilities correlate with learning interest among 10th-grade vocational school students. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research design with a focus on 19 students from the 10th-grade TKRO 1 class at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Data collection instruments include questionnaires, tests, and interviews. The data processing technique involves analyzing test results based on indicators of mathematical reasoning abilities in relation to the results of the learning interest questionnaire. The research findings indicate that the mathematical reasoning abilities of 10th-grade TKRO 1 students at SMK Negeri 5 Padang, when viewed in conjunction with learning interest, exhibit both high and moderate levels of interest. For high learning interest, the corresponding mathematical reasoning abilities are as follows: high (76.59%), moderate (64.29%), and low (44.44%). In the case of moderate learning interest, the corresponding mathematical reasoning abilities are high (76.98%) and moderate (66.67%).

The purpose of this research is to show how students of class VII with low, medium, and high ability levels apply their critical thinking skills. They will also see mistakes made when solving problems with single variable linear equations. This study used tests and was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The sample taken was 32 class VII students of SMP PGRI 1 Padalarang, pupils in junior high school in West Bandung Regency. The results of the three essay-based tests reveal that class VII-C junior high school students can think critically about one-variable linear equations; notably, the boys scored only 45% on the test, while the girls scored 71% out of 32 students.

This study looked at how difficult it was for grade VIII students of junior high school in working on a system of two-variable linear equations problems based on gender. Qualitative descriptive method was used for this research. Eight students consisting of four male students and four female students from SMPN 02 Cililin were used as research subjects. The instrument used in this research is four items in the form of descriptions. The results of student test scores based on the SPLDV question instrument were used in collecting research data, with indicators; 1) create a mathematical model, 2) determine and use a strategy to solve mathematical problems., 3) based on the analysis and discussion of 4 material description questions on a system of two-variable equations, based on the conclusions obtained by eighth grade male students of SMPN 02 Cililin in working on the problems SPLDV is still weak compared to female students. Students' lack of understanding of the concept of solving problems with a system of two-variable linear equations, an inability to understand the meaning of the questions, and the difficulty in figuring out strategies to solve problems are the contributing factors.

The ability of student teacher candidates is still low, one of which is understanding of statistical analysis. The purpose of this study was to develop a Tableau-assisted PJBL learning model to improve students' statistical analysis skills in basic statistics courses. This type of research is development (R&D) according to Thiagarajan's flow, namely 4-D (Four-D Models) with 36 students who teach basic statistics courses as many subjects. The instruments used were statistical analysis tests in the form of pretest and posttest, and student responses. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and descriptive statistics. The results of this study are: (1) The implementation of the PJBL learning model is proven to significantly improve students' statistical analysis skills in basic statistics courses with a Sig(2-tailed) value of 0.000<0.005, (2) the Tableau-assisted PJBL learning model is effective and easier to implement in basic statistics courses.
