Abstract

This research aims to develop teaching materials that are suitable and practical for use in learning. The teaching materials developed are Student Worksheets (LKPD) using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Scratch. The development research model used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Conducted in one of the state junior high schools in Bandung City with 44 class VIII students who were divided into control classes and experimental classes. The research instruments used were LKPD validation questionnaires by experts, and student response questionnaires. The material used in the research was circle tangent material, the research results were processed using Microsoft Excel 2010. The research obtained results that the development of teaching materials on circle tangent material using the Scratch-assisted PBL model in terms of validity and practicality was in the good category. The validation results from material experts were 96.8%, validation from media experts was 95.2%, and validation by practitioner experts was 96%.. The results of the student response questionnaire were 77.16% in the practical category.
