Abstract

Hiwalah means a contract of help or tabarru, hiwalah is effectively applied to Islamic banking because there are rules contained therein, which provide benefits between the customer and the bank. This hiwalah activity requires fees from the first party to the second party the bank as a third party. Tabarru means giving sincerity from one individual to another without any imbalance affecting the ownership of the given person. Tabarru is carried out in providing assistance to individuals who are in conditions of economic difficulty, or to a social or religious institution that needs funds for the progress of society and religion. Therefore, tabarru 'is highly recommended in Islamic law. However, in a bank, there are services that are agreed upon as a risk from accounts payable, namely between the customer and the bank institution. Hiwalah activity itself means that activities on the responsibility of a muhil or in banking are called debtors to people who are obliged to pay debts that have such debts. Technically, Islamic banking is based on sharia principles in helping each other to ease the burden on parties who are having difficulty paying their debts, so as not to interfere with the financial cycle of economic activities in society. In transferring funds, this must be avoided from ribawi. In this article, we use literature study in al-hiwalah activities in Islamic banking according to fiqh principles.

Abstract

This article is intended to provide further explanation regarding the impact that Covid-19 has towards the education and sanitation system around the world. Sustainable Development Goals is a program to globally improve the people’s living quality. Indonesia, which has signed the Sustainable Development Goals treaty, has participated in actualizing the goals and objectives of Sustainable Development Goals. On the other side, COVID-19 is declared as a pandemic. It has given huge impact on the progress to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. In this article, the team of authors will be mainly discussing about the fourth and sixth goals, which are quality education and clean water and sanitation.. This study aims to provide solutions for problems in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals due to the occurrence of Covid-19. The author processed and analyses the data by descriptive approach. The result of this study is expected to show the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the Sustainable Development Goals agenda. And with that, this article will be discussing about solutions to the problem that had risen from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The maternal and child health book is important in conveying information related to maternal and child health, especially covering basic immunization for infants. The use of maternal and child health books is still not optimal, as evidenced by the data on the coverage of kia book ownership in east java province, around 1.7% do not have kia books. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between ownership of the mch handbook which includes recording, education and communication with the use of basic immunization health services. This study used a quantitative descriptive research method, which was conducted in the period october-december 2020, using secondary data from riskesdas 2018. Data analysis included univariate by conducting frequency distribution tests and bivariate analysis with logistic regression tests. The results of the mch book ownership obtained a statistical analysis of p value = 0.245 (p> 0.05), it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between mch book ownership and the use of basic immunization health services.

Abstract

Telkom Divisi Access Network Site Operation (STO) Muara Karang yang merupakan kantor cabang pembantu divisi area Jakarta utara memiliki pelanggan indihome yang cukup banyak. Oleh karena itu kemampuan para teknisi wajib dilakukan penilaian agar mengetahui kompetensi yang ada pada setiap teknisi agar dapat mengevaluasi kinerja dan dapat mempromosikan dirinya untuk bergabung menjadi karyawan tetap. Kepala area pelayanan STO Muara Karang seringkali mendapatkan kesulitan dalam memberikan penilaian terhadap teknisi dan seringkali bersifat subjektif sehingga belum tentu kriteria yang terbaik yang terpilih untuk mendapatkan promosi menjadi karyawan tetap. Oleh karena itu mengacu pada permasalahan tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk membangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian teknisi dengan penerapan algoritma Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP), yang dapat membantu kepala area pelayanan STO Muara Karang dalam membuat keputusan sebuah rekomendasi karyawan tetap untuk para teknisi. Aplikasi dibangun dengan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, serta penyimpanan database pada MySQL. Proses perhitungan weight evaluation yang merupakan proses perhitungan bobot antara faktor weight dan factor evaluation serta penjumlahan seluruh hasil weight evaluations untuk memperoleh total hasil evaluasi dimana niliai bobot evaluasi sama dengan nilai evaluasi faktor dikalikan dengan nilai bobot faktor. Pengujian dilakukan Dengan memanfaatkan Algoritma Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) yaitu pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan memberikan pertimbangan yang intuitif dan objektif terhadap faktor-faktor yang dianggap penting. Pertimbangan tersebut merupakan berupa pemberian bobot (weighting system) atas memperhitungkan faktor penilaian yang ada pada teknisi, hasil penilaian yang telah dilakukan akan langsung menghasilkan data teknisi yang memiliki kompetensi layak untuk di promosikan ke jenjang karir yang lebih baik. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu pimpinan, dalam memberikan penilaian dan hasil penilaian tersebut menghasilkan keputusan yang objektif sehingga pimpinan dapat merekomendasikan teknisi dengan sesuai kriteria.

Abstract

This research is to find out that mini diary as media can generate the students’ ability in teaching writing. This research will be based on quantitative and qualitative study. To find out whether mini diary is effective or not in teaching writing recount text of eighth grade students of SMPN 4 Kuningan, the writers analyzed the data using t- test formula. The means score of pre-test of the experimental group is 66,56 and the post-test is 77.09. While the score of pre- test of the control group is 67 and the post- test is 72,5. The result shows that there is significant difference of mean score of the post test in both of the class. In the end of teaching writing recount text, the students’ achievement rises as 10,53 while in control class only rise as 5,5. After calculating the data, writers gets that t-observation (to) = 2,56 and with degree of freedom (df) as 74 and significant level 5%, t-table (tt) = 1.67. In this research, mini diary as media can increase the students’ enthusiasm to learn writing. It is shown by the students who pay attention while they are writing their experiences in mini diary. They are also active ask to the teacher when they did not understand or not know how to write correct sentences. Therefore, using mini diary as media makes class atmosphere more fun and comfortable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the effectiveness of e-learning in reducing the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the campus environment while maintaining the quality of the teaching and learning process. The design of the research in this research is a descriptive quantitative method. Data obtained by data collection techniques through questionnaires given to Polytechnic students Elbajo Commodus with analysis of factors such as: a) motivation; b) material or content; c) interaction; d) technology; e) internet access and fees; and f) geography. The results showed that there are several factors that affect the effectiveness of online learning where 79.6% of respondents are not motivated by online learning systems. The lack of interaction between students and lecturers during the online learning process was seen in 38% of respondents who disagreed that the online learning process was effective due to the vagueness of the material voice and virtual learning thus lowering the respondent's understanding. Another factor, where 68.4% of respondents agreed that unstable internet access and high cost made them not get an effective lerning process. The cost itself is related to the livelihoods of parents of students whose 85% are farmers living in the countryside. Online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic affects the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

AKI di Indonesia masih tinggi yaitu pada tahun 2015 sebesar 305 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Kematian ibu di periode maternal salah satunya periode intranatal atau saat persalinan banyak terjadi di Rumah Sakit (RS), namun pada kenyataanyTujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimana proses pelayanan intranatal dikerjakan dan mengeksplorasi pandangan petugas kesehatan mengenai masalah dan hambatan secara individual terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode kombinasi (mixed methods) dengan model sequential explanatory. Tahap petama penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui gambaran pelayanan asuhan keperawatan maternitas di RS Dustira Cimahi menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuesioner yang dianalisis secara univariat. Jumlah sampel 16 orang, menggunakan teknik proporsionate stratified random sampling. Tahap kedua dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan teknik wawancara ke petugas kesehatan berjumlah 4 partisipan untuk memperkuat data kuantitatif dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan tahapan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dari bualan Juni-Juli 2019. Hasil peneltian didapatkan data bahwa pelayanan Asuhan Keperawatan (Askep) Maternitas pada pelayanan intranatal spontan didapatkan data, rata-rata 92,73% dengan rentang antara 90,91%-95,45%, sedangkan pada pasien SC rata-rata pelayanan yang telah diberikan hanya 86,2% dari semua proses pelayanan dengan rentang antara 80% – 96%. Sedangkan rata-rata kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan unsur kepuasaan pasien pada intranatal spontan yaitu 70,7% dan pada intranatal SC 71.8%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pelayanan pada periode intranal di salah satu RS. Tipe B Kota Cimahi ini belum optimal, atau masih ada beberapa yang belum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar dan belum mencapai target standar pelayanan sebesar 100% sedangkan kepuasan pasien menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan intranatal di RS. Dustira berada pada kategori baik. Saran pada penelitian ini adalah menerapkan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan maternitas yang diintegrasikan dengan pelayanan kebidanana pelayanan yang diberikan RS belum optimal, seperti pengambilan keputusan klinik tidak tepat, dan terlambat dilakukan eksekusi/operasi, serta mengalami ketidakakuratan di dalam monitoring, namun informasi terkait dengan pemberian pelayanan maternal salahstunya pada periode intranatal dan di RS masih terbatas. Tujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimana proses pelayanan intranatal dikerjakan dan mengeksplorasi pandangan petugas kesehatan mengenai masalah dan hambatan secara individual terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of "Husband Support Relationship in Postpartum Mothers with Postpartum Blues in Polyclinic KIA/KB RS. DustiraCimahi" research is a descriptive correlation of collecting data cross-sectionally. Samples were taken by acsidental sampling as many as 40 mothers after giving birth to the early postpartum phase (days 3-10). Questionnaires for husband support compiled by researchers refer to the theory according to Murtiningsih, (2012) validity test results from 24 questions there are 4 invalid questions, 2 questions discarded 2 questions corrected, so that the question used as many as 22 items. Questionnaire for postpartum blues using EPDS with assessment criteria 0-9 not postpartum blues 10-30 postpartum blues. The results showed that of the 40 respondents almost half felt they did not get support from their husbands and almost half had postpartum blues. Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.000 then concluded there is a significant relationship between husband support and postpartum blues events. The results of the analysis showed OR = 77,000 means that if the husband is perceived not to support his wife then his wife has a risk of 77 times will experience postpartum blues compared to the husband who is perceived to support his wife. Advice, for nurses should provide education and counseling about postpartum blues by involving the family to the mother from pregnancy until the time of returning postpartum care. For hospitals, it is expected to make SOP about early detection of postpartum blues and nursing care and socialize to all nursing personnel who are in the room and polyclinic midwifery.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of public knowledge and attitudes about HIV/AIDS in RW.06, RW.07 and RW.15 Kel. Tamansari Area Puskesmas Salam Bandung. This research uses quantitative descriptive design. The subject of this study was people aged between 15-49 years old who were in three RW Tamansari Village, Salam Bandung Health Center Area. The population in this study is the entire community of Tamansari Village, Salam Bandung Health Center Area. Sampling techniques in this study with stratified random sampling techniques with a sample of 97 people. Statistical analysis used in this study is by summing up and then presented. The results showed that the knowledge of people categorized as having less knowledge as much as 40.2%, simply does not exist (0%), and has good knowledge as much as 59.8%. As for the attitude of the community that is categorized as having an un-supportive attitude (-) as much as 46.4% and categorized as having a supportive attitude (+) as much as 53.6%. Based on the results of the research, to be able to improve the knowledge and attitudes of the public is recommended by health officials to provide more information or counseling to the public, so that it is expected that the information received is easier to understand and implement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the difference in effectiveness between CWT and cold compresses against phlebitis degrees in patients who were infused in hospitals. Dustira Cimahi. Experimental quasi-research method with two groups pretest and posttest design approach, with a sample number of 44 patients using purposive sampling, intervention group using CWT and control group using cold compress. The results showed a difference in phlebitis degree score before and after cold compresses (pretest 2.32 and posttest 1.68) which showed a decrease in phlebitis degree score. In the group that used CWT, there was a difference in phlebitis degree score (pretest 2.41 and posttest 1.32), with p= 0.000, this showed a decrease in phlebitis degree score and the significance of the difference in average phlebitis degree score before and after intervention. The mean value of the intervention and control group is negative with the difference in phlebitis degrees between the intervention group and the control group (p=0.026). A decrease in the degree of flebititis in the CWT group occurred in the third treatment, while in the cold compress group occurred in the fifth treatment. The results of both interventions were effective in lowering phlebitis, but CWT was more effective when compared to cold compresses. It is recommended that nurses can be used as one of the evidance-based nursing that serves as the rational basis for the implementation of Contrast Water Therapy as an independent nursing intervention to reduce the degree of phlebitis quickly without causing additional accumulation of edema. Based on the results of research and discussion, the conclusions in this study are both interventions both CWT and cold compresses are equally effective in lowering the degree of phlebitis, but CWT interventions are more effective and faster to lower the degree of phlebitis in patients who are infused when compared to cold compresses.
