Abstract

This study aims to describe the communication that exists in Asam Asam Coal Steam Power Plant Engineering Department, identifying problems in organizational communication, then prepare recommendations to improve the condition of organizational communication based on existing communication theory. The method in this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. Data are collected through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews of engineering department leaders, predictive maintenance staff, system management staff, and information technology staff.  The results showed that organizational communication which is not running well implicates the performance of staff in achieving the vision and mission of the organization. The openness in vertical communication is one of the main factors affecting the effectiveness and climate of communication in achieving the vision and mission of the organization. Furthermore, to support the coordination function of Engineering Department, the structural position as supervisor is considered necessary as a command chain from Assistant Manager to subordinates in each division. Keywords: Management, Communication and Producer

Abstract

The form of research used in this study is descriptive method using quantitative data analysis. Quantitative research emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods. The technique of analyzing the data used by the author is factor analysis. In this research method, researchers used the perspective of the participants as a preferred picture in obtaining research results. Data collection is done by observation, interview and Questionnaire.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion, distribution, and process factors that influence the occurrence of trust in making online purchasing decisions and the most dominant factor by consumers on Shopee sites / applications in Banjarmasin city.The results of this study suggest that product, promotion, and distribution / place factors partially have a positive effect on trust in online purchasing decisions (case studies at Shopee Consumers in Banjarmasin City), while the price factor (price) does not have a partial effect on trust in making purchasing decisions online (case study at Shopee Consumers in Banjarmasin). The results of product (product), price (promotion), promotion (promotion), and distribution / place simultaneously have an influence on online purchasing decision making (a case study at Shopee Consumers in Banjarmasin Said). The results of this study prove that Distribution / Place is the most dominant factor influencing online purchasing decisions. Keywords: E-Commerce, Quality, Shopee.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the development of Ojek line, knowing the factors that inhibit the development of Ojek on line and to know the factors that support the development of Ojek on line in Banjarmasin CityThis research uses descriptive methods. Key informant in this case is the employee who came from the Department of Communication and Informatics of Banjarmasin City, while the informant is the users of taxi services on line and the perpetrator Ojek on line. To sharpen research derived from two sources, sourced from primary data, primary data obtained from interviews with key informant and informant, so that the data according to the problems studied, the second source is the data seconder. Development on line Ojek in the city of Banjarmasin has increased year after year, nevertheless the Ojek on line is still not fully handled by the Office of Communication and Informatics communications, so that there is no accurate data Number of Ojek on line this.The supporting factor of the existence of the Ojek on line is seen from several aspects, namely from the economic aspects, Ojek on line Create new jobs, so as to increase the income of members of the community, in terms of social, ojek on line will Reducing unemployment rate, reducing traffic flow congestion. In terms of law, there are legislation that is used as the basis for the operation of Ojek on line.The factor that has taken the development of Ojek on line is seen in terms of legal aspects is the absence of regional regulations that can be used as a reference to act on Ministerial Regulation 108 year 2017 on the transport of people Transportation Public motor is not on the route, including instructions and technical instructions, in addition, also comes from members of the community who still use the traditional ojek, so that the Ojek on line is not moving freely. Keywords: Developing, transportation online

Abstract

Print ads are currently getting shifted by technological developments, its role is still able to become one of the alternative media promo for prospective candidates of Mayor and Vice Mayor in Serang City for the period 2018-2023. This is seen so many posters, banners and even billboards in almost every corner of Serang City which is used by prospective couples. The existence of conventional media becomes an interesting phenomenon to be studied and semiotics study on print advertising media. This research uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive interpretive. By using the theory of representation from Stuart Hall, this study wanted to see how the prospective candidates represent the face of Serang City through print advertising media displayed by prospective couples. Based on the results of semiotic analysis of the face of Serang City 2018 print ads would prospective Serang Mayor 2018, looks every balloon has a characteristic of the design that he made to invite people choose himself. Creative packaging through the poster design of the balloons is seen not only on the tagline, but the clothes worn and not far from the norms that have been agreed by the people of Serang city that is religious, friendly and full of local wisdom. Keyword: Print Ads, Visual Communication, Representation, Serang City

Abstract

Sosial assistant interpersonal communication is a process of interpersonal interaction is done by social assistant with members of the Business Group (KUBE) in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin by using verbal and non-verbal communication. Thesis research method is quantitative research. Place of research conducted in the city of Banjarmasin.The research objective was to determine whether there is influence interpersonal communication skills are built between social companion with members UsahaBersama Group (KUBE) in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin.Our research found that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication skills with a social companion KUBE members in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin through a cognitive approach. There is influence between interpersonal communication skills with a social companion KUBE members in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin through emotional approach. There is a relationship between the ability -komunikasi interpersonal social companion with KUBE members in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin fun approach.Suggestion of this research to the Social Welfare Office of South Kalimantan Province should be better in fostering the social companion and member of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) that will be established good cooperation in developing productive economic activities that already exist for more advanced and developed.
