Abstract

Wages are one of the main sources of income for workers for what they do to improve their lives. The wages given by the owner of the field must be in accordance with the principles of justice or not indicated to be wrongful. This study aims to determine the perspective of the scholars on the wage system (ijarah). This study was qualitative, the data collection technique in this study used documentation techniques by conducting in-depth studies related to the concept wage system in Islamic perspective contained in the works of Muslim intellectuals in the past and contemporary era. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis. The results found that the wage system applied by the current employer is in accordance with the concept of ijarah bil-amal contract because it has fulfilled all the pillars and requirements as well as the principles specified in the concept of this contract.

Abstract

Sharia rural bank (BPRS) is a sharia banking that is focused on helping to increase the productivity of micro, small and medium business (UMKM) to aim economic equality, these activities create relationships that exist between banks and stakeholders. This relationship is at risk of agency problems that arise due to differences in interests, so to minimize the occurrence of conflicts of interest, it needs corporate governance to protect the interests of stakeholders and ensure that there are no irregularities in bank operations. This study aims to determine the level of BPRS’s performance in Central Java in achieving maqashid sharia during the 2016-2020 period and to determine the effect of corporate governance on performance maqashid sharia. There are three methods that be used in this study, there are maqashid performance evaluation model (MPEM) used to determine achievement maqashid sharia on the performance of BPRS, the SAW method to determine the order of achievement of maqashid sharia, and panel data regression analysis with the estimation random effect model (REM) used to determine the effect of corporate governance on the performance of maqashid sharia. The results showed that BPRS Artha Leksana (ARL) is a BPRS that gets the first order whose operations are in accordance with maqashid sharia for the 2016-2020 period, while the variables, corporate governance mention that the size of the DPS and the reputation of the DPS have a negative effect, the educational qualifications of the DPS have a positive effect, cross-membership of the DPS, the size of the board of directors and the size of the Independent commissioners have no effect on the performance of maqashid sharia.

Abstract

Promotion Mix is the maximum effective device to draw and keep customers. This study aims to analyze the impact of advertising, sales promotion, publicity, and personal selling on customer decisions to save at BMT UGT Nusantara Sub-Branch Muncar Banyuwangi. This study  was quantitative, the sample used was 100 customers. Data series strategies on this examine are questionnaires and documentation. Data evaluation the usage of validity take a look at, normality take a look at, classical assumption take a look at, and more than one linear evaluation take a look at the usage of SPSS 25. This study conclude that an effects of Advertising (X1), Sales Promotion (X2), Publicity (X3), and Personal Selling (X4) was significant and positif impact concurrently on customer’s saving decisions, while private promoting variable has in significant impact on on customer’s saving decisions.

Abstract

Waqf is one of the instruments in Islamic economics that aims to achieve goals in Islamic economics, namely realizing a prosperous community life. An integrated productive waqf empowerment program has been implemented by the Dompet Dhuafa waqf institution through the Community Development program in the Madina Zone.This study aims to determine the stages of community empowerment in the Madina Zone which are assessed for effectiveness in terms of business unit growth and to determine the implementation of economic empowerment programs in the Madina Zone area. This type of research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study conclude that measurement and analysis of several business units under study, namely Rumah Kemasan, Ornamental Fish Cultivation and Dayamart retail. During this pandemic, those types of businesses studied have significant decrease in turnover and activity. This study also sees the need for waqf managers (nazhir) who not only understand waqf and waqf governance but also explore the managerial aspects of the type of business that is fostered and assisted.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the remuneration system for the furniture of the Tahfidzil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School (PPTQ) in Sidorejo Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency, from a sharia economic perspective (Case Study). This research is descriptive qualitative using primary and secondary data sources. Methods of data collection using interviews, observations and documents. The focus of this research is on the remuneration system for furniture workers located in the Tahfidzil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Sidorejo based on the perspective of Islamic Economics. The results of the study indicate that the wage system has complied with several aspects of sharia, namely: the amount of wages given to workers in accordance with the mutually agreed contract at the beginning. Second, wages are given on time according to a predetermined time. Third, the wages given are included as appropriate to be given to workers because they have met the daily needs of the workers. Fourth, the wages given to workers are not the same depending on the work done while working.
