The coverage includes but is not limited to: Islamic finance (Fundamentals, trends and opportunities in Islamic Finance, Islamic banking and financial markets, Risk management, Corporate finance, Investment strategy, Islamic social finance, Financial Planning, Housing finance, Legal and regulatory issues, Islamic microfinance); Islamic management (Corporate governance, Customer relationship management, and service quality, Business ethics and corporate social responsibility, Management styles and strategies in Shariah environments, Labour and welfare economics, Political economy, and such other topics as the Editors may deem appropriate). Articles need to make a significant contribution to the theoretical and /or methodological literature on the subject and contain a strong strategic management component.

Abstract

Purpose- The aim of this study is to estimate the effect of Transformational Leadership and Expertise Competencies on the employee performance of PBMTI Jepara. Methods- Data were collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Findings- The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership and skills competencies influence performance. Unexpectedly, the results show that transformational leadership has a negative effect on performance, while the Skills Competency has a positive effect on performance.
