The coverage includes but is not limited to: Islamic finance (Fundamentals, trends and opportunities in Islamic Finance, Islamic banking and financial markets, Risk management, Corporate finance, Investment strategy, Islamic social finance, Financial Planning, Housing finance, Legal and regulatory issues, Islamic microfinance); Islamic management (Corporate governance, Customer relationship management, and service quality, Business ethics and corporate social responsibility, Management styles and strategies in Shariah environments, Labour and welfare economics, Political economy, and such other topics as the Editors may deem appropriate). Articles need to make a significant contribution to the theoretical and /or methodological literature on the subject and contain a strong strategic management component.

Abstract

Education is a lifelong human need and cannot be separated from human life, which is critical to lead to development. Islamic education is a comprehensive and perfect legal principle. It can also make solutions and methods to grow children's personalities in creed, morals, physical, reason, mental and social. This article discusses the vital elements of education, how to do it, and who should do it. In this case, educators must be intelligent, perfect in mind, have good morals, and be physically strong, which is based on the essential characteristics of educators in education, including sincere in educating, piety to Allah SWT, knowledgeable, forgiving and forgiving, and carrying out the mandate as a responsibility. Thus an educator must know the rules in educating to be able to maintain self-image as an educator.

Abstract

This study shows the primacy of the intelligence of the Prophet Muhammad Rasulullah SAW in terms of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. Various narrations have described the intelligence of the Prophet Muhammad, including memory intelligence in remembering or memorizing revelations that were revealed, being kind and respectful towards non-Muslims at that time, so that the Prophet became a figure admired by the world not only for Muslims but also for non-Muslims. The Prophet became the complete character in intelligence because he had the highest intelligence; namely, spiritual intelligence, which he showed through his devotion to Allah, surrendered to Him and looked at things in a deep essence. These narrations prove that the Prophet Muhammad SAW had been prepared by Allah SWT as an Apostle not only for the ignorant Arab society at that time but also for mankind until the end of time. All of this Prophet's intelligence was in accordance with intelligence in psychological studies in general.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation, and training on employee performance with compensation as a moderating variable. The population in this study was all BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch employees, as many as 50 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using moderation regression analysis with the interaction test method. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, motivation, and training partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; compensation does not moderate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance; compensation moderates the influence of motivation on employee performance; and compensation moderates the effect of training on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of gold price fluctuation, inflation rate, and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on the distribution of gold pawn products at Mandiri Sharia Bank period 2011-2018. The analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis, with a total sample of 32 data. This study shows that gold price fluctuation, inflation rate, and NPF simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the distribution of gold pawning products at Bank Syariah Mandiri. Partially shows that the inflation rate has a positive and significant impact, NPF has a negative and significant effect on the distribution of gold pawn products at Mandiri Sharia Bank. In contrast, gold price fluctuation does not positively and significantly affect the distribution of gold pawn products at Bank Syariah Mandiri. This study is expected to be helpful as an additional reference for Mandiri Sharia Bank in making policies to increase the distribution of gold pawn products at Bank Syariah Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of competence, motivation, and locus of control on employee performance with Islamic work ethics as a moderating variable on the Employees of the KoperasiLKMS BTM Pemalang. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection by distributing questionnaires distributed to 55 employees as research samples. Data were analyzed using Partial Test, Simultaneous Test, and multiple regression analysis with MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The results showed that competence and locus of control) had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. At the same time, the motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance either Partially or Simultaneously—the variable of Islamic work ethic moderates the variables of competence, motivation, and locus of control.
