Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the quality of human resources, the use of information technology and internal control systems affect the reliability of village government financial reporting in Rambah District. The population of this study is all village officials in the Rambah District, namely 94 people. Sampling method using saturated sampling (census) with a total of 94 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 18 program. The results of the research based on multiple linear regression analysis show that: (1) the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the reliability of village government financial reporting in Rambah District with a coefficient of 0.822, (2) the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the reliability of village government financial reporting in Rambah District with a coefficient of 0.112, (3) the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on the reliability of village government financial reporting in Rambah District with a coefficient of 0.584. The conclusion of this study is based on the results of partial testing only variables, namely the quality of human resources and internal control systems which have a positive and significant effect on the reliability of village government financial reporting in Rambah District, while simultaneously the quality of human resources, utilization of information technology and control systems internal influence on the reliability of village government financial reporting in Rambah District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada driver/helper di PT. Pancaran Energi Transportasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan populasi 114 driver/helper di perusahaan tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan penggunaan skala likert pada kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sementara lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja juga tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan memengaruhi turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja

Abstract

In an effort to eradicate extreme poverty, the Government of Rokan Hulu Regency took steps to implement the first policy strategy, reducing the expenditure burden. Second, increase in income. Third, the reduction in the number of pockets. The aims of this study were (1) to find out what the Rokan Hulu Regency Government's Policies/Programs for Accelerating the Elimination of Extreme Poverty in Rambah Hilir Tengah Village, Rambah Hilir District. (2) Knowing the Effect of Policy Implementation of the Rokan Hulu District Government on the Acceleration of the Elimination of Extreme Poverty in Rambah Hilir Tengah Village, Rambah Hilir District. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type, the population is Extremely Poor Families based on Data Targeting the Acceleration of Extreme Poverty Reduction (P3KE), consisting of deciles 1-6 with a sample of 332 households. All instruments have been tested so that they meet the validity test requrements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis used the T-test and the large percentage of influence used the Adjuster R Square coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that (1) a reduction in expenditure burden (X1) has no effect on extreme poverty (Y) with a Sig (Perial) value of X1 to Y of 0.143 > 0.05 and a tcount value of 1.470 < ttable 1.967. (2) Increased Income (X2) has a significant effect on Extreme Poverty (Y). (3) minimizing the poverty enclave (X3) has a significant effect on Extreme Poverty (Y), with a Sig (Perial) value of X3 to Y of 0.00 < 0.05 and a tcount value of 42.448 > ttable 1.967. Reducing Expenditures, Increasing Incomes and Minimizing Poverty Pocket Areas Do Contribute to Extreme Poverty.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of risks, benefits, and convenience on online shopping interest decisions in Sialang Rindang village. The population in this study are online shopping consumers in Sialang Rindang village. The sample used in this study was 95 people. The variables in this study are risk as a variable (X1), benefits as a variable (X2), convenience as a variable (X3), online shopping interest decisions as a variable (Y). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the SmartPLS 4.0.9.2 application program. The results obtained in this study are that the risk does not significantly influence the decision of online shopping interest, the benefits do not significantly influence the decision of online shopping interest, convenience has a significant effect on the decision of online shopping interest. The online shop needs to maintain or improve e-commerce services so that consumers still feel the convenience so that consumers will make purchases, especially in online shopping.

Abstract

Jumlah pengangguran yang semakin meningkat tidak diikuti dengan luasnyakesempatan untuk bekerja.Membuka lapangan pekerjaan menjadi solusiterbaikdari ketatnya persaingan mencari pekerjaan.Faktor -faktor yangmendorong minat untuk berwirausaha antara lain penggunaan mediasosial,motivasi intrinsik dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan.Oleh sebab itu penelitianini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial,motivasi intrinsik dan pengetahuan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMA secarapersial maupun sumultan.populasi penelitianini adalah siswa SMA negeri 3rambah hilir .Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive samplingdengan 35 orang responden yang telah lulus kriteria. Metode penelitian bersifatkuantitatif dan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitiansecara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel penggunaan media sosial tidakberpengaruh signifikan dan memiliki korelasi positif terhadap minatberwirausaha,sedangkan untuk variabel motivasi intrinsik dan pengetahuankewirausahaan secara signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berwirausaha.Hasilpenelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mediasosial,motivasi intrinsik dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secarasignifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMA dengan nilai signifikasi 0001dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 6,3%
