Abstract

AbstractThe method for measuring the level of customer satisfaction in the traditional market of Sukun is the Importance and Performance Analysis method. The purpose of importance-performance analysis is to obtain information about the level of customer satisfaction with services through measuring the level of importance and the level of implementation. The level of importance of service quality is how important a service variable is for customersThe data needed is obtained through primary surveys with interviews with consumers to obtain customer perceptions of satisfaction and interest as well as secondary data in the form of Sukun market land area, number of traders and data on existing facilities.The results of the analysis show that the average value of performance is 3.16 and the average value of importance is 4.34. Furthermore, the average number of performances is used as a quadrant limiting point based on the X axis and the average value of interest is used as a quadrant limiting point based on the Y axis.Keywords: Satisfaction, Community, Facilities and Infrastructure, Sukun Market

Abstract

AbstractConstruction project work is one of the main sectors that are important in economic development. When the implementation of the project takes place, there are 3 important things that need to be taken into account, namely covering cost, time and quality. A project is declared successful when it has fulfilled these three things. Construction delays are considered one of the recurring obstacles in the construction industry and have an adverse effect on the success of the project. In the construction project Apartment 'X' experienced delays for architectural work with a deviation of -48.359% in February 2021. This study describes the delay in architectural work based on human factors, management factors and other factors. The purpose of the study was to determine the probability of delay with the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method.The priority of using the FTA method is to be able to analyze the causes of failures in a system in detail, structured and easy to understand. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires as many as 19 project respondents who had met the research criteria. The results showed that the probability of delay for architectural work was 0.921 with the dominant factor being the human factor caused by repair and rework work with a probability of 0.309. That is, the possibility of delays in architectural work occurs because of the variables listed.Keywords: Fault Tree Analysis, Project Delays, Causes and Impacts of Delays

Abstract

AbstractThe idea of green building is adopted in residential dwellings to reduce environmental concerns by enhancing the environmental quality that impacts the health of building occupants and the surrounding environment. The application idea of green buildings is to address ecologically friendly features, which may be accomplished utilizing the Greenship Rating Tools evaluation requirements for residential construction. Prior to the building of housing, the most significant feature of this thesis is to conduct a technical and financial feasibility analysis. The Malang Residential Home data utilized in this study will be constructed on a 2-hectare plot with three house types: 48/66, 70/84, and 80/112. The necessary information consisted of a site plan, home design drawings, house technical specifications, and Malang's basic unit pricing for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. The evaluation of technical feasibility will be based on three parameters: BBC, BFC, and GBC. The financial viability will be evaluated using four parameters: NPV, BCR, IRR, and PBP. Additionally, the sensitivity would be examined based on variations in the proportion of capital, as well as an increase or decrease in the project's income and outcome. The research determined the technical feasibility of BBC to be between 60 and 75 percent, BFC to be between 0.60 and 1.0%, and GBC to be greater than 10%. The satisfaction of Parameter Greenship Rating Tools was awarded scores ranging from 3542 to 3542, placing Malang Residential Housing in the silver category. The financial feasibility analysis yielded NPV of IDR 1,382,745,228; BCR of 1.02; IRR of 59.75 percent; and PBP of 1 year and six months. Abstract

AbstractKeramasan Bridge 2 is a bridge with an age of more than 30 years, so it is necessary to review its feasibility and serviceability. Based on the loading test results, it is stated that the deflection on the girder exceeds the permissible deflection. Based on this, it is necessary to strengthen the upper structure. The strengthening of the upper structure is carried out by installing a diaphragm between the girders. The diaphragm is an angled steel profile of 100 mm x 100 mm with a thickness of 10 mm.To determine the number and position of diaphragms, two alternatives were analyzed. The first alternative is to add three diaphragms at 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 span. In the first alternative, the deflection value is 26.9754 mm. In the second alternative, the diaphragm is installed every 3 meters distance. The addition of the diaphragm produces a deflection of 27.1634 mm. The results of the analysis indicate that with the addition of a diaphragm, there is a reduction in deflection. In the first and second alternatives, a deflection that meets the permissible deflection is produced (31.375 mm). Considering the safety factor, the first alternative is used because adding three diaphragms affords the smallest deflection (26.9754 mm).Keywords: Deflections, Diaphragm, Strength, Bridge Upper Structure

Abstract

AbstractThe ups and downs of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia have caused economic, educational, and social aspects of public lives to experience a decline. Changes in community activity patterns are a warning for the central and regional government to bring public lives back to normal. Such effort can be seen in the government issuing policies regarding preventive measures to suppress the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. One kind of such policy is the regulation of Domestic Travelers (PPDN). This policy certainly has positive and negative impacts on both the users and providers of transportation services. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of the regulations applied on the characteristics of service users in choosing the mode of transportation. The alternative modes of transportation used in this study are public, private and air transportation. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to the target samples. The data were then processed and analyzed using a multinomial logit model approach through STATA 13 software to obtain the probability of each mode of transportation. The results show that there were several factors that influence the choice of transportation modes, the amount of income (X1), type of work (X4), gender (X3), cost (X2), travel time (X6) and comfort (X7). The probabilities of the three selected modes of transportation were Ppublic transportation = 56.07%, Pair freight = 34.54 % and Pprivate transport = 6.08%. The results indicate that the more demanding mode of transportation was the land transportation (public transportation).Keywords: Mode of Transportation, COVID-19, Logit Model, PPDN.
