Abstract

This study examines the role How Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the supervision penyelengggaraan village government. This study aims to determine how the role of the Village Consultative Body under the supervision of village governance. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive nature of other research. Data collection methods used were 1) interview, 2) documentation, 3) observation. These results indicate that the Village Consultative Body on Jasmine Village II District Serdang Bedagai Perbaungan less instrumental in performing its oversight function.

Abstract

This qualitative research with the descriptive-analitical approach, explain and depict as complete as possible a circumstance going into effect in society. The technique to have the informan utilized in this research is purposive sampling by taking sample in Baluta Village, Hale Baluta Village, Hiliomasio Village and Bawo Ofuloa Village of Subdistrict Tanah Masa at Nias Selatan Regency. Result of this research is to indicate that the limited time of planning phase cause Rice for Poor Program impress "forced". The time limitation was influence the execution efficacy each step and overall of program. In goals meet the existence of misstargeting though in storey. This matter indication from existence of domestic is leakage and undercoverage.

Abstract

The intent and purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in the Karo District Disaster Relief Efforts eruption of Mount Sinabung, to know what obstacles faced by the Regional Disaster Management Agency in the Karo District Disaster Relief Efforts eruption of Mount Sinabung. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, which uses the theory of an explanatory research with a view to interpreting the phenomena occurring in the performance of Regional Disaster Management Agency Karo in Efforts for Disaster Management eruption of Mount Sinabung and done by involving a variety of data collection techniques exist. Produce and process the data descriptive nature, such as interviews and direct observation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of BPD, and to investigate any obstacles encountered BPD in carrying out its duties and functions. This research was conducted in Wonosari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. The survey results revealed that the BPD has been able to carry out the functions and duties, but not optimal, due to lack of good knowledge of the BPD regarding their duties and functions, the financial problems of BPD and its members, as well as the lack of participation from the community caused by a lack of socialization.

Abstract

Community participation is needed of the ownership of land, current land position in accordance with the development, the land is a means to carry out the construction, agricultural land, industry, and trade. The problems proposed in this research is "How tinggkat public participation in the ownership of the land deed in the village of Bale" and "Factors that influence the level of public participation in the ownership of the land deed" Results of research and discussion to explain the level of participation of rural communities Bale extremely high participation in the activities of the land deed registration, there are some society participation in the follow land registration activities, namely: participation in the direct involvement, community participation of individuals, participation in the form of support. It can be concluded that community participation is very important in the possession of the land deed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine community participation in development planning participatory review of aspects of infrastructure or in the physical plane and the factors that hinder participation in participatory development planning. The study was conducted in the Village of White Sei Middle District of Medan Medan Petisah region known as the strategic and people's lives are pretty good. Forms of research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this research through interviews with related parties such as village officials, LPM, which is present in participatory development planning activities, and organizers of participatory development planning. In addition, another technique used is observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis.The results showed that the level of public participation is being actif. Because to the active participation and passive participation made some communities in Middle Village White Sei when participation took place.
