Abstract

The establishment in the sub districk of Namorambe as autonomous region wasn’t followed by the village status alteration into kelurahan, thus the service provided until now didn’t agreed with the demand and expectation sub districk of Namorambe are Deli Tua,Jatikesuma,Sudirejo and Namorambe society that tended already heterogeneous and complex characterizing urban society. The method used in this research was quantitative method that supported by qualitative method. The data collection technique was performed through questionnaire distribution, interview and documentation study. The condition of those 4 villages was based on village region potential analysis, all of them included in appropriate enough to alter the status into kelurahan.

Abstract

Political marketing is the method and application of marketing concepts in a political context. Political marketing is seen as a set of methods that can facilitate the contestant (individual or political party) political initiatives in marketing, political ideas, political issues, political ideology, and the characteristics of party leaders and the party's work program to the public or the contestants. So therefore yan political marketing is done by the Democratic party (Democratic Party Regional Leadership Council of North Sumatra Province) is how to market their products in the context of political marketing political constituency or community so that in fact the Democrats can win a pair Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the Presidential election and Vice President in 2009 and then in one round.In this research, a description of research methods, namely by using in-depth interviews and literature to ekplorasikan about political marketing political parties in the 2009 presidential elections in the North Sumatra Regional Leadership Council of the Democratic Party of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

One important thing is the handling of Disability Issues Social Welfare, the Department implemented the social and labor Binjai City, is in order to minimize the amount Persons with social welfare problems Social welfare programs implemented in the hope of becoming an alternative solution to the problem of social welfare. Discussion, the results obtained in this study that the program is executed quite well, and the lack of significant issues or problems, although with limited budget priorities being able to anticipate through the program, so the limitations but showed positive performance. The problems of this study is the extent of the Department of Social and Manpower reduction task Binjai City social welfare problem in the city of Binjai, relating to the efficiency and effectiveness orgsanisasi.

Abstract

This study will examine the implementation of programs concerning assistance to poor students for high school students in the city of Binjai State. As a form of implementation of programs aimed at improving human resources nation's children, especially in the city of Binjai . In connection with these two problems, namely how the proposed implementation of the assistance program for the poor students of SMA students in the city of Binjai and what are the constraints in the implementation of aid programs for the poor students of SMA students in the city of Binjai. To address these problems the proposed research literature and field research conducted in Binjai City Department of Education / Further data collected and analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the research and discussion to explain poor scholarship program ( BSM - state high schools ) in the city of Binjai is a program providing financial assistance to poor students to have access to education, the funds from the state budget. The purpose of this program is to increase the participation of poor people in Indonesia to gain access to education.

Abstract

Development can be defined as `a coordinated effort to create an alternative that is more rightfully given to every citizen to me¬menuhi and achieve the aspirations of the most humane. Development is a change from something insignificant to something more meaningful This research was conducted at the Head Office Beringin Deli Serdang, this study included descriptive study with qualitative approach, method of data collection is done by in-depth interviews with informants predetermined or by observation.This study aimed to explore the real impact of the construction of Kuala Namu Airport. The results of interviews with informants indicates the fact that the construction of Kuala Namu Airport have a significant effect on the increase in the value of land in the area surrounding Kuala Namu Airport.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the expansion in the availability of facilities and infrastructure (infrastructure) in Desa Penampaan Uken Kecamatan Gayo Lues kabupaten Blangkejeren. The form ofthis research isdescriptive method with qualitative approach with a view to determine the impact of the expansion in infrastructure development in Desa Penampaan Uken. Based on the results of a study conducted by researchers at Desa penampaan Uken found that the information infrastructure build focuses on building roads, bridges, mosques while the administration for infrastructuree to service to the community such as the village head office is still there in the village and the impact over desa penampaan uken expansion occurs very significant visible from infrastructure development, where people feel very positive impact the ease of accessing the location and implement mobility.

Abstract

Studies show concrete evidence of the phenomenon, where the study took place at the Department of Population and Civil Registration East Aceh district. In that study found a variety of pathologies that have been ingrained in the self apparatus in organizing tasks and functions of the organization. Red tape such as pathology, extortion, waiting for instructions tops, and more. In this study also found the major factors hindering the professionalism apparatus public bureaucracy that is the existence of formal rules rigidly regulate the roles and duties of each section so that the apparatus of the Department of Population and Civil Registration East Aceh District in performing the duties and functions of the organization are not oriented to what is the organization's mission but is more likely to formal rules and instructions boss .. While the factors which will affect the professionalism of the apparatus according to this thesis is the existence of a system in which the bureaucracy operates like: vision and mission of the organization, organizational structure, leadership factor and reward systems.
