Cesarean delivery often complicated by surgical site infection, wound infection and endometritis. No study mention Multidrug Resistant Klebsiella pneumonia and Acinetobacter lwofii were isolated. Here we report a rare case of polymicrobial wound infections in healthy patient after Cesarean Sectio caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Multidrug Resistant Klebsiella pneumonia and Acinetobacter iwofii. A 30-year-old woman at 37 weeks gestation (G1P0A0) presented to our hospital for cesarean sectio due to oligohydroamnios and malpresentation. She came to us on the eleventh post-delivery day with discharge from her surgical wound. Intraoperative cultures revealed Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Multidrug Resistant Klebsiella pneumonia and Acinetobacter lwofii. The greatest contribution to risk for surgical site infection was associated with maternal obesity and hypertensive disorder, but she has no risk factor. The polymicrobial combination of our patient’s is unique from previously described studies, in this case all were Gram negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Multidrug Resistant Klebsiella pneumonia and Acinetobacter lwofii).

Iron supplements and an increase in reserves of iron in the blood was associated with complications in pregnant women because of an increase in oxidative during stress. The purpose of this research is to knowing blood sugar levels while on pregnant rats (Rattus novergicus) which given ferro sulfate with different length of time. This research was design as an experimental research design as post test only control group design. The sample that used was 24 rats strain wistar  which divided into 1 control group (no exposure) and 3 treatment groups (granting of ferro sulfate dosage 60mg/day through the sonde for 20 days, 14 days and 6 days). The analysis of data was using Anova  One way test. The result of Kruskal Wallis test on acquired GDS levels got any meaningful differences of average levels of four  GDS sample  observation group (p-value=0.001). The LSD test results showed there was any meaningful difference of GDS average level between control group (150.67±31.07a)  with granting treatment group of ferro sulfate during 20 (P1=215.33±22.9b), 14 days (P2 = 191.50 8.11 ± c) and 6 days (P3 = 155.5 ± 18:59 d). The conclusion of this study is as short as granting time of ferro sulfat can decreased the GDS level in pregnant rats.

The technique to convey was by glucometer and interview used a questionnaire. Analysis the data used the correlation kendall’s tau test. The result of research showed that there was the positive correlation (p= 0,000 r = 0,529) between physical activity and blood glucose, and there was negative correlation (p= 0,002 r = -0,475) between adherence to take antidiabetic drugs with blood glucose.  From the result of the analysis concluded that there was a posistive influence of physical activity ang blood glucose. Its was not related with existing theorise, but from the 25 respondents who had severe physical activity the were 20 respondents who were not compliant in consuming diabetic drugs, so there were negative correlation between adherence and diabetic blodd glucose.

The study using non-phamacological pain relief therapy with aromatherapy which is believed to reduce pain and the aims to compare between murotal Al-Qur'an Surat Ar-rahman therapy and inhalation of lavender aromatherapy to reduce the intensity of labor pain when first active phase. The research design used Quasi Experimental with Non-equivalent Control Group Design method and using pretest - posttest. The population of the first phase active labor mothers in RB Nuril Masrukha Candi Sidoarjo. The technique sampling used Consecutive sampling. Data collected by observing 2 groups of labor mothers: 30 respondents listened to surah Ar-Rahman murottal and 30 respondents inhaled Lavender Aromatherapy. In both of groups, the pretest was given before treatment, then posttest was done after treatment using observation sheet assessment of pain scale with behavioral observation (FLACC behavioral scale). Data analysis using Independent Sample T-Test with a significance level α = 0.05. The results showed that the difference in pain score reduction in lavender aromatherapy inhalation was 3.26 ± 0.25, whereas in the murottal group of the Ar-Rahman Surah mean decrease in pain score was 2.62 ± 0.057 with P value <0.001, that showed a significant relationship. The conclusion is inhalation of aromatherapy lavender (Lavendula Augustfolia) and murottal surah Ar-Rahman can reduce intensity of labor pain during the first active phase, but inhalation group of aromatherapy lavender has a greater pain reduction score than murottal surah Ar-Rahman group. Â
