Abstract

This study aims to describe and describe the Service Performance of the Social Rehabilitation Sector of the City of Palangka Raya Social Service (a case study of Beggars). The research method used is a qualitative description which is where the researcher wants to describe and describe the Service Performance of the Social Rehabilitation Sector of the City of Palangka Raya Social Service (a case study of Beggars). Sources of data namely in this study are primary data and secondary data which is the primary data source is the General and Personnel Subdivision, SUB Division of Social Rehabilitation Services. Data collection techniques in this study are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Based on the research results that the Service Performance of the Social Rehabilitation Sector of the City of Palangka Raya Social Service (Case Study of Beggars) is not good enough because it can be seen from the absence of concrete data between the number of beggars who enter and leave every day/month, lack of government funds to handle these beggars the lack of infrastructure that supports beggar rehabilitation and service programs such as the unavailability of shelters for beggars in rehabilitation, which makes many beggars still exist.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how community participation in planning and utilization of village fund allocations in Tanjung Jorong Village, Tualan Hulu District, East Kotawaringin Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, which is the source of data in this study, namely the Chief of Bangkuang Village, Village Staff and several people in Tanjung Jorong Village, Tualan Hulu Sub-District, East Kotawaringin Regency. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the level of participation of the Tanjung Jorong Village community can be seen in the stages of planning, utilization, and supervision classified as low. As expressed by Pusic (2006) that planning without taking into account community participation will make planning only on paper. And supporting and inhibiting factors are a) Cooperative and communicative support from the district government and village government in regulating ADD in Tanjung Jorong Village area so that accountability reporting can be reported with a predetermined time b) Village government attitudes that are transparent, accountable in utilizing ADD and c) Limitations on ADD funds that are still minimalist.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an image of how to implement Regional Regulation No. 06 of 2008 concerning Hygiene Sanitation for the Management of Food, Beverages and Public Places in the City of Palangka Raya. The type of research used is qualitative research methods. The data source in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. The primary data source is Palangka Raya City Health Office and Palangka Raya City Health Center, TPM and TTU Owner or Person in Charge and Palangka Raya City Community while the secondary source data is Regional Regulation Number 06 the Year 2008. Techniques for collecting data through Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis procedures, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that the Implementation of Regional Regulations on Hygiene Sanitation in the Management of Food, Beverages and Public Places in Palangka Raya City, in general, has not been realized properly, this is because (1) The management has not followed the existing regulations (2) and the input has been done but does not give awareness to the manager to comply with it. (3) The IS (Sanitation Inspection) Program has not been optimally carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the quality of complaints of acts of violence against children and women in the Central Kalimantan Regional Police PPA Unit. The method used is the Qualitative method, the research conducted was descriptive research in which the Central Kalimantan Regional Police PPA Unit was the research location. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the Quality of Handling Complaints on Violence Against Children and Women of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police PPA Unit is still not optimal, because of the five service quality indicators there are two indicators that have not run well, namely Tangibles, and Responsiveness while the three indicators that have gone well are reliability indicator, Assurance, and Empathy.

Abstract

The focus of this study is the implementation of P4GN program of Community Empowerment BNNP Central Kalimantan in SLTA Kota Palangkaraya. This is because the case of drugs involving the worship and students in 2015 amounted to 330 cases. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of P4GN program in the field of empowerment in the high school level top of Palangkaraya city and analyze the factors that are becoming an obstacle in implementing the program. This type of research is qualitative research. While the design of this research is case studies. The results showed that the implementation of P4GN program in the field of empowerment in Palangkaraya SLTA environment is already running well by the guidelines of implementation of P4GN program. The inhibitory factor of the implementation of the program is a matter of budget, human resources, the ability to understand the technical guidance of the implementation of p4GN programs in schools and the regulation related to the implementation of P4GN in the SLTA environment in the city Palangka Raya.
