Abstract

In Islamic University of Lamongan (UNISLA), the use of electric energy is very important because there manyactivities in UNISLA it requires a lot of electrical energy and it can cause the waste of electrical energy.To overcome this, the need for a conservation and efficiency of electrical energy is needed. In this case, it is conducting an electrical energy audit. In this research, electrical energy auditing is done at Islamic University of Lamongan precisely in Building B and Building C. From the calculation of energy audit, it can be obtained the scoreof Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) electricity at Building B is equal to 21,28 Kwh/m2/year and at Building C is 37.59 Kwh/m2/year. From these calculations, when compared to the standards set by the government, the IKE score is included in the category of quite efficient. But the researcher wants an effort to save electricity. The saving opportunities are changes in the SOP ofbuilding facilities, the adjustment of energy-efficient building design, the application of energy-saving technologies, and the development of optimal human resources. In this research,the saving effort can be done using MCDM-Promethee method. It is a method that can make an alternative rank according to the criteria obtained where every criteria is calculated using Analytical Network Processor. (ANP) method. These criteria include economy, work culture, occupant comfort, the influence of technology application, and the sense of owning of the building.From the ranking results can be obtained that the alternative saving efforts in Building B and Building C of Lamongan Islamic University is a change SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) building facilities.

Abstract

Studi analisa aliran daya dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai aliran daya atau tegangan pada system kelistrikan Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung. Manfaat dari analisis aliran daya listrik adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi keseluruhan dari suatu sistem tenaga listrik apakah masih memenuhi batas-batas yang telah diperkenankan berdasarkan PUIL Tahun 2000 serta untuk mengetahui besar losses yang ada. Perhitungan aliran daya saat ini telah banyak menggunakan aplikasi komputer, tujuannya untuk mempermudah dan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Software ETAP Power Station 12.6 dan Software MATLAB R2017A sebagai pembanding dengan menggunakan metode Newton-Raphson. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalahhasil perhitungan aliran daya menggunakan software MATLAB R2017a diperoleh hasil sebesar 5,188 MW dan 6,533 MVar sedang menggunakan software ETAP 12.6 hasil aliran daya sebesar 5,928 MW dan 6,922 MVar, sedangkan hasil perhitungan losses pada sistem kelistrikan Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung menggunakan software MATLAB R2017a diperoleh total losses sebesar 0,209 MW dan 1,199 MVar, sedangkan hasil perhitungan losses menggunakan software ETAP 12.6 diperoleh total losses sebesar 0,366 MW dan 1,43 MVar.Perbandingan hasil perhitungan aliran daya menggunakan software MATLAB R2017a lebih mendekati standart PLN yang diperkenankan PUIL Tahun 2000 dari pada hasil perhitungan aliran daya menggunakan software ETAP 12.6, sedangkan perhitungan losses daya aktif dan reaktif menggunakan software MATLAB R2017a dengan prosentase sebesar 4,028 % dan 18,16 % lebih mendekati batas standart berdasarkan PUIL Tahun 2000 yaitu sebesar ± 5 % dibandingkan hasil perhitungan losses daya aktif dan reaktif menggunakan software ETAP 12.6 yaitu sebesar 6,174 % dan 20,65 %.

Abstract

Sistem energi hibrid merupakan solusi untuk mengatasi krisis energi listrik pada suatu wilayah. Pada penelitian ini sistem hibrdi diterapkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik Institut Teknologi Sumatera yang memerlukan listrik untuk kebutuhan aktivitas akademik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pemodelan dan simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak HOMER Energy dengan perancangan sistem kombinasi PV-Generator-Grid. Dari penelitian didapatkan desain dan analisa ekonomi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan listrik ITERA serta biaya yang optimal. Penelitian ini digunakan sebagai perencanaan kebijakan pembangunan kampus ITERA untuk kampus yang mandiri secara teknologi

Abstract

This research was carried out to overcome one of the main problems faced in the lack of information about the scholarship recipient students (scholarship) in Probolinggo district as well as reporting in the form of a map of the location of the student's domicile. GIS Cloud can display the distribution of scholarship recipients in the area of Probolinggo Regency so that it can be enjoyed by the wider community. The system development methodology used in this research is the Waterfall method. The results of this study are maps of online distribution of students receiving scholarships that display information on student data, with a background map of the sub-district boundaries of Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

This research is based on the exploration of renewable energy utilization by utilizing the potential of cow livestock waste in cattle farm area as a raw material of biogas energy using the green technology concept. The results of this research show that: (1) the performance of  biogas power plant with 115 cattle population producting: 25 kg/day cow waste for each cow in average, 2.857 kg/day cow waste in average for the total population, biogas potency 23 m3/day, methane potency 12,006874 m3/day, total solid 4,83 kg/cow/day, total solid percentage 0,168 %, volatile solid 437 kg/day, and volatile solid percentage 0,152 %, (2) The efficiency of biogas power plant potency of 23 m3/day can be converted into the generated electric energy equal to 1,0005 KWh, 220 W of power flame within 5 hours. Therefore, the power generated from biogas power plant is 1 KWh.

Abstract

In this study the electricity network discussed was a very simple electricity network using Matlab. Matlab makes it easy for users to find assistance in connection with all the facilities provided by Matlab. For example, help on how to start Matlab for the first time, programming tricks, creating 2 and 3-dimensional graphics, using data acquisition tools, signal processing, solving partial differential equations. Power grid problems can be solved using elementary line operations and besides being solved by using elementary line operations, electricity networks can also be solved using inverse matrix

Abstract

Kebutuhan air di suatu daerah adalah sangat vital, tanpa air masyarakat sangat kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Karena air menjadi kebutuhan di segala bidang kehidupan. Hal ini juga menjadi permasalahan bagi peneliti terutama pada beberapa daerah di Kabupaten Lamongan yang hingga saat ini masih kesulitan air. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti merencanakan model sistem pendistribusian air dari sumber air yaitu sungai Bengawan Solo ke wilayah daerah kering dengan perencanaan WLC (Water Level Control) yang terdiri dari mikrokontroller, sensor ultrasonik, LCD, relay, dan pompa air. Mikrokontroller merupakan pusat kendali dari seluruh rangkaian, dimana mikrokontroller akan mengambil data yang dikirimkan oleh sensor ultrasonik kemudian ditampilkan oleh LCD. Data yang ditampilkan oleh LCD adalah data ketinggian air.Dalam uji coba water level control dengan sensor ultrasonik pada simulator dengan kapasitas air dengan ketinggian 15 cm, sensor bekerja dengan baik dan memberikan respon kepada pompa untuk mengalirkan air sungai ke embung yang lain berbasis atmega328.

Abstract

This research uses fingerprint as the security system. This tool checks if there is a match between the data obtained from the verification process and data stored on the file, if it matches then the motorcycle engine will light up. If there is stranger tries to put his finger into the fingerprint tool installed in the motorcycle, it will be rejected and the GSM SIM 900 module will inform the owner via phone that the motorcycle is in unsafe condition
