Abstract

The purpose of this is toevaluates a new product called GasCool that will be implemented by the company before this product launch to the costumer. This new product is a solution for the PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk (“PGN”) to manage their declining revenue in commercial customer segment in the last 4 years. This study used an economic analysis to evaluates GasCool using three parameters. The parameters consist of Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period.The result indicates that GasCool is feasible to be implemented and sell to the commercial segment customer. The economic analysis has shown that selling GasColl will generate17.6% Internal Rate of Return and 5.5 years Payback Period. Furthermore, the Net Present Value from selling GasCool is Rp10,4 billion in 10 years of implementation and the discount rate for economic analysis is 8.2%.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze and compare the banking health assessment of commercial banks in Indonesia using RGEC methods. RGEC methods are included Risk Proile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital (RGEC). This study used descriptive with quantitative approach. The variables in this study includes Risk Proile using ratio of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG) using Composite Rating GCG, Earnings using ratios of Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Capital using Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The data were collected from audited inancial report of two commercial banks in Indonesia which are PTBank UOB Indonesia and PTBank KEB Hana Indonesia for the period 2013 to 2017. The result showed that the inancial health level of PT Bank UOB Indonesia and PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia was quite healthy. It indicates that the ability of the corporate's performance results had achieved very well.

Abstract

This paper aimed to discuss how and where SAP software system can be used. It addresses relevant areas including linear innovation model, multi-level perspective, innovation systems and factors of innovation, factors of innovation, innovation management, circular economy, sustainability transitions, and SAP software system in terms of history, use, digital circular economy business model toolkit, and the difference between linear SAP and circular SAP solutions. It also compares the use of SAP in Qatar and Jordan.

Abstract

Indonesia Tobacco Industry is one of themost prosperous business in the world, globalization made company across the globe racing to acquire tobacco company. Indonesian investment climate allows acquisition conduct by a foreign company in this sector. This study based on the acquisition of PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama (RMBA) by aforeign company (British American Tobacco) in 2010, the data was collected from the annual report of RMBA during 2006- 2015. Four accounting ratio were applied to test the signiicant change in the inancial performance of RMBA five years before and ive years after the acquisition. There is a signiicant difference in the inancial performance of the RMBA between pre and post-acquisition. The signiicant difference can be used as an input to improve RMBA inancial performance. This study provides an empirical analysis before and after acquisition that can be served for a future strategy on acquisition tobacco company in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze how the interaction of Spiritual Development Programs, Individual Spirituality and Sustainability Mindset of business school student are impacting toward the commitment to social and environmental impact. In this paper, the case study is taken from the implementation of a curriculum where sustainability mindset is embedded in the students’ lifestyle through spiritual development experiential learning phases which develops students’ understanding of their individual spirituality. By integrating the head, hands and heart the curriculum offers an opportunity for students to develop cognitive, emotional and spiritual intelligence simultaneously while completing their school projects. The journey begins by students designing their own Life Map, in which students are invited to create their vision with the assumption that they can freely pursue their dreams. The real-life challenge begins when they create their own Business as a Force of Good project in which they have to plan and run a profitable business which answers at least one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with a minimum amount of investment. This paper shows that students who have been interacting with spiritual development program, has gone through a transformational individual spirituality toward the sustainability mindset where students perceived the new perspective of developing flourishing businesses with social and environmental impact.
