Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of leverage, company size, company structure, liquidity, and profitability on LQ45 firm value. The population that is the object of this research is the stock market index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. The total population in this study were 45 companies, this study was obtained from purposive sampling which then produced a sample of 23 companies for further research. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Calculations in research data using the SPSS version 22 program. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that leverage, company structure, liquidity, and profitability have a negative effect on firm value. While the size of the company has a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the significance of tangible influence, reliability responsiveness, assurance and empathy to customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri. The population in this study were Bank Mandiri customers in November 2019 when the study was taken a number of 100. Techniques to take samples done by convenience sampling. Analytical techniques in this study consisted of, instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. The result of this research proves that tangible and reliability have positive and significant influence on satisfaction, responsiveness and assurance have positive and insignificant effect to satisfaction, while emphaty have negative and insignificant effect on satisfaction. The result of F test shows that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty variables significantly influence customer satisfaction variable. The result of R2 test (coefficient of determination) is known that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty variable are able to explain 61,9% to satisfaction variable.

Abstract

This research is aimed to determine the rice inventory assessment towards greater earnings with research problem whether the assessment of rice inventories using First In First Out (FIFO) method gains in greater profit compared to using Last In First Out (LIFO) method and Average method? The basic theory in this research is inventory management using First In First Out (FIFO) method, Last In First Out (LIFO) method, Average method and financial statements. While the tools of analysis used are First In First Out (FIFO) method, Last In First Out (LIFO) method, Average method and company’s profit calculation. The results of the research, it is concluded that First In First Out (FIFO) method would provide a lower cost of goods sold compared to Last In First Out (LIFO) method and Average method, so that the profit would be greater if compared to Last In First Out method ( LIFO) as well as Average method.

Abstract

Development of the Information Technology world has made human life becomes increasingly mullah. Especially since, the creation of the internet, communication has become increasingly limited and without a hitch, both geographical barriers and time constraints. We can instantly communicate with family / relatives / friends who are in the other parts of the world directly through internet network. Easiness generated by the internet has also made the administrative process can be facilitated, especially in the process of filling Form Certification Program, Due to the existence of the internet has made possible the filling forms online Certification Program. Form making online applications, now has available a variety of programming language that support online applications, such as the ASP (Active Server Page), PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), ColdFusion and Perl. In the implementation so far, charging Forms of Certification Program are still using manual system. This waste of time. It is also making admissions likely to be less conscientious because the number of teachers who have served is possibly experienced data error when the process of entering data into the database. When using the online system, teachers can do their own filing directly through computer that are available in laboratories, internet cafes and even from their respective homes This study seeks to improve the old system, a manual and replace it with a bare system. Replacement system is expected to save costs, specifically to (1) Review of the charging system Forms Certification Program is now running. (2) Make the MySQL database in a format to support the charging online form Certification Program (3) Make the necessary scripts in the process of filing the Registration Form Teacher with the PHP programming language. (4) System Certification Program online form filing. (5) The issues raised was related to matters of the charging system taken form the online certification Program.
