Abstract

Background : Kecemasan adalah suatu kondisi emosional dimana seseorang mengalami ketakutan yang berlebih akan suatu hal atau keadaan. Perilaku Prokes adalah Suatu sikap individu dalam menghadapi suatu situasi kesehatan yang sedang terjadi (COVID-19)..Objectives : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan Perilaku prokes keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga terdiagnosa positif COVID-19Design: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional dilakukan dengan keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga terdiagnosa positif COVID-19 di Wilayah Tanah Baru, Beji Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive Sampling yang dibagikan kepada 119 responden. Data Sources : Variable yang diukur adalah Tingkat Kecemasan dan Perilaku Prokes dimana keduanya telah lulus uji ValiditasResults: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi-Square diperoleh nilai signifikan atau p-value = 0,043 (P<0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan yang positif antara Tingkat Kecemasan dengan Perilaku Prokes Keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga terdiagnosa positif COVID-19.

Abstract

Introduction: Knowledge of BLS is necessary not only for medical staff but also for medical support employees because cardiac arrest can occur anytime and anywhere. However, the knowledge and skills of non-medical staff are still under research. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between knowledge and basic life support skills in medical support employees. Methods: This study used a descriptive method with a cross sectional approach. The Chi Square test was used in bivariate analysis to analyze the relationship between knowledge and skills in performing BLS among medical support employees. The study respondents were medical support employees who had worked for 1 year, both those who had attended basic life support training and those who had never attended basic life support training as many as 85 respondents.Results: The findings showed that there was a significant association between BLS knowledge and skills among medical support employees (p < 0.009).Conclusion: Knowledge is an important factor in promoting skills particularly in BLS. Therefore, the development of knowledge about BLS is necessary not only for medical staff but also for medical support employees in order to promote human life in case of cardiac arrest.Keywords: Basic Life Support, Knowledge, Skill

Abstract

Background: Primary dysmenorrhea can interfere with daily activities and a symptomatic phenomenon includes abdominal pain, cramps and back pain that occurs during menstruation. One of the nonpharmacological treatments is abdominal stretching and pelvic rocking exercise.Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of abdominal stretching and pelvic rocking exercise on changes in primary dysmenorrhea pain in young womenDesign: The research design used is pre-experimental. The population in this study was young women with primary dysmenorrhea, with a large random sampling technique of 47 or samples that influenced the inclusion criteria. Independent variables of combination therapy Abdominal stretching and pelvic rocking exercise, dependent variables primary dysmenorrhea. Data was collected using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) instrument.Results: The patient's pain level before treatment was 68.1% experienced moderate pain. The pain felt by the patient after treatment was 49.5%. Wilcoxon's statistical test showed a value of ρ value of 0.000< α 0.05 so that there was an influence of abdominal stretching and pelvic rocking exercise on primary dysmenorrhea in young womenConclusions: Based on the results of the study, the combination therapy of abdominal streaching and pelvic rocking exercise can be used as complementary therapy in primary dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

Introduction Morning sickness is a common problem that occurs in pregnant women. This condition can cause nutritional and comfort problems for pregnant women. In fact, many pregnant women experience morning sickness. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress and the degree of morning sickness in pregnant womenMethods: This study used a cross sectional research design the sample was taken using the Total Sampling technique, the instrument used was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Spearman rank test.Results: The results showed that almost half of pregnant women who experienced morning sickness experienced moderate stress, namely as many as 13 (43.3%) pregnant women, and some other pregnant women who experienced morning sickness experienced severe stress as many as 2 (6.7%) pregnant women. Based on the results of calculations using the Spearman rank test (rho) that the significance value is 0.000 where the value (p <0.05), which means that there is a relationship between stress and the degree of morning sickness in pregnant women..Conclusion: There is a relationship between stress with the degree of morning sickness in the Ist and 2nd trimestersKeywords: stress, degree of morning sickness,Pregnancy

Abstract

Background: As many as 50-70% of all postpartum women in Indonesia experience postpartum blues and this can lead to postpartum depression with varying amounts from 5% to more than 25%. Involving the family during the postpartum period is one of the efforts that can be made to prevent postpartum blues. This is because family support is a preventive strategy to reduce stress in postpartum mothers.Objectives: To find out the relation between family support and the incidence of postpartum blues in the Rahmah Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital.Design: This research is a quantitative study with a correlational design with a cross sectional approach. The total population in this study were 200 postpartum mothers. Based on the large sample slovin formula, there were 133 respondents in this study. The sample collection method used is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique by determining certain criteria. In analyzing data in a bivariate manner, data testing was carried out using the Kendal Tau correlation test with a significant level of 95%.Data Sources: primary data sources and data collection using family support questionnaires and EPDS measurement sheetsResults: The results showed that there was a relation between family support and the incidence of postpartum blues in the Rahmah Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital with a p-value of 0.001 <0.05.Conclusions: There is a relation between husband's support and the incidence of postpartum blues in the Rahmah Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital.
