Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis adalah Jurnal Nasional, yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi hasil penelitian yang berkualitas dalam bidang Informatika Ekonomi dan Bisnis, namun tak terbatas secara implisit. Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis menerbitkan artikel secara berkala 4 (empat) kali setahun yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juni, September, dan Desember. Semua publikasi di jurnal ini bersifat terbuka yang memungkinkan artikel tersedia secara bebas online tanpa berlangganan.
Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis sebagai media kajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis-kritis dalam bidang informatika ekonomi dan bisnis. <![CDATA[Based on observations made by researchers, it was found that 1) The current global era makes challenges and competition increasingly sharp in capturing market share so that companies are required to utilize their resources effectively and efficiently in order to have a competitive advantage, 2) In Indonesia, the results of a survey conducted BPS also shows that as many as 84.92% of business actors still do not use E-commerce for various reasons, 3) General problems faced by MSMEs in Indonesia in developing their businesses include a) limited funding for business development b) low quality of human resources c) low ability to produce innovative products and d) weak mentoring (incubation). The research objective is to examine business incubator-based e-commerce as an effort to improve the sports industry for the entrepreneurial activities of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) partners. The research method uses descriptive quantitative qualitative research methods with a survey approach. The subjects of this research are the sports industry business people in Cirebon who understand the concept of business incubators selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that sports industry entrepreneurs in Cirebon with presentations (55%) have a high level of influence in improving the sports industry. The conclusion of this research is that the use of business incubator-based e-commerce to improve the sports industry can give rise to new entrepreneurs who participate in developing the business of sports industry entrepreneurs in Cirebon, and the target of increasing the economic growth of the sports industry in the entrepreneurial activities of MBKM partners is achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of occupational health safety, training and career development on employee performance. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely PT employees. PLN (Persero) UP2B SUMBAGUT. The data collected is quantitative and will be analyzed using existing formulas assisted by SPSS version 26 software. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing state that the variables of occupational health safety, training and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. PLN (Persero) UP2B SUMBAGUT which can be seen from the significance value F < α, namely 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination of the Ajusted R Square value is 0.706, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables of occupational health safety, training and career development by 70.6%, while another 29.4% can be explained by other factors such as leadership, motivation, compensation and many more. which was not explained in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to examine the influence of perceptions of the tax profession, knowledge of taxation, and financial rewards on interest in a career in the field of taxation. The research adopts a quantitative approach, with data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. The population for this study comprised accounting students at Bengkulu University, and the research sample was determined using purposive sampling. Throughout the research period, data was collected from 71 respondents. The gathered data were processed using the SPSS 24 application with the multiple linear regression method. The findings of this research indicate that perceptions of the tax profession positively influence interest in a career in the field of taxation. However, tax knowledge and financial rewards do not exhibit any influence on interest in a career in taxation.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of a Sharia Financial Institution in recent years has become an alternative financial institution for society which is very important in advancing the real sector. This is because Sharia banks play a role in socializing the practice of profit sharing to avoid the practice of usury (interest). However, in 2019 - 2020 there was a virus that hit all countries in the world which caused the economy to decline. The corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic is still causing ongoing problems. Various sectors have also been affected by this outbreak, including Sharia Microfinance Institutions (IKMS). This research aims to test whether there are differences in the Health Level of Sharia Microfinance Institutions at KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat Tegal before and during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The population of this research is KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat. The research was tested using the independent sample t-test. The results of this research show that there are significant differences in NPL, LDR, ROA and CAR at KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. Meanwhile for GCG and NIM there are no significant differences at KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat before and during the pandemic covid 19.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of own capital, business volume and total assets on the Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) of Savings and Loans Cooperatives in Tanjungpinang City. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach and the data used is secondary data which includes independent variables, namely own capital, business volume and total assets. Secondary data in this research was obtained from cooperative financial reports. The data analysis method in this research uses descriptive statistical test methods, classical assumption tests and multiple regression analysis. Partially, own capital, business volume and total assets have an influence on the remaining business results in cooperative savings and loan business units in Tanjungpinang City. Own capital, business volume and total assets together have an influence on the remaining business results in the cooperative savings and loan business unit in Tanjungpinang City with an R2 value of 88.1%. This means that 88.1% of SHU is influenced by own capital, business volume and total assets and the remaining 21.9% is influenced by other factors.]]>

<![CDATA[This test aims to identify the correlation between corporate risk management, inventory turnover, profitability, and firm size with firm value. This study uses data collected from the financial statements of the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the research period 2016-2022. The purposive sampling method was carried out with exploratory steps, where this study took 63 samples from a total of 9 companies and reduced after testing several criteria to 6 companies so that the total sample studied was 42 samples over a 7-year period in accordance with the research criteria. The results showed that corporate risk management has no correlation to firm value, inventory turnover has no effect on firm value, while profitability has a positive influence on firm value, and firm size has no correlation to firm value.]]>

<![CDATA[The adoption of the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) model in the development of the Sharia Economics curriculum is urgent to improve the quality of education to prepare students to face the complexities of the world of work that meets the needs of industry. This study explores the design of the multi-disciplinary integrated paradigm MBKM curriculum in the Sharia Economics study program at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This study belongs to the type of research and development with a 4-D (four D) development model. The population consists of students, lecturers, alumni and graduate users, with a sample size of 124. The research results found that the MBKM model with a multidisciplinary integrative paradigm received a high level of agreement of 87%. This indicates that the MBKM approach is considered effective in improving cross-disciplinary skills. In this regard, the development of the Sharia Economics curriculum at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang using an integrative, multidisciplinary MBKM model promises progressive steps, providing freedom to students, and increasing the relevance of graduates to industry needs, creating professionals who are ready to face the dynamics of the world of work.]]>

<![CDATA[This research presents a comprehensive exploration of vocational training instructors at Training Centers (LPK) in Denpasar, focusing on the validation of the 10-item CD-RISC scale as a measure of resilience. Utilizing SPSS software for discriminant item analysis, the study confirmed the suitability of all scale items, establishing their reliability in assessing resilience within the unique context of vocational training. The calculated corrected item-total correlations indicated a robust relationship between individual items and the overall scale. Cronbach's Alpha coefficients, consistently high at 0.963 both overall and based on standardized items, underscored the internal consistency of the 10-item CD-RISC scale. This research contributes to the understanding of resilience among vocational training instructors, emphasizing the importance of tailored measurement tools for specific contexts. The affirmed reliability of the scale suggests its utility for future research endeavors aimed at enhancing the resilience of vocational training instructors in Denpasar. Beyond academic implications, this study holds practical value for improving training programs and supporting instructors in navigating the challenges inherent in their profession.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh independensi dan profesionalisme auditor internal terhadap kualitas audit yang dilakukan oleh auditor internal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Group Cemerlang Plastindo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh peneliti dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 48 karyawan pada PT. Group Cemerlang Plastindo. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa uji, yakni uji validasi, uji reabilitas, uji linieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t dan f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Setelah dilakukan uji tersebut maka dihasilkan sebuah kesimpulan, bahwa: Independensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas audit, Profesionalisme tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit, dan Independensi dan profesionalisme berpengaruh secara bersama-sama atau simultan sebeser 74,5% terhadap kualitas audit, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak ada pada penelitian ini.]]>
