Abstract

Suatu perusahaan didirikan bukan untuk mengalami kebangkrutan, untuk itu diperlukan suatu alat yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem peringatan dini. Salah satu alat tersebut adalah model Z-Score altman yang berguna untuk memprediksi kinerja keuangan perusahaan, kinerja keuangan yang buruk dapat memicu kebangkrutan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sepuluh perusahaan properti di Indonesia yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ), dengan menggunakan simple random sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Dipilihlah PT. Lippo karawaci Tbk., PT. Summarecon Serpong agung Tbk., PT. Ciputra surya Tbk., PT. Roda Panggon harapan Tbk., PT. Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk., PT. Cipto kontrindoreksa Tbk., PT. Duta Anggada Realty Tbk., PT. Duta Pertiwi Tbk., PT. Kridaperdana Indahgraha Tbk. Dan PT. Lamicitra Nusantara Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diketahui secara teoritis ada 5 perusahaan berada pada kategori bangkrut, ada 2 perusahaan berada di gray area dan 3 perusahaan berada pada kategori sehat. Untuk perusahaan yang sudah berada pada kategori sehat dapat mempertahankan sistem manajemen yang sudah ada, untuk perusahaan yang berada di gray area perusahaan diindikasikan mengalami masalah keuangan yang harus ditangani dengan penanganan manajemen yang tepat dan untuk perusahaan yang masuk kategori bangkrut, manajemen harus secepatnya melakukan penanganan yang tepat jika tidak perusahaan akan mengalami kebangkrutan. Kata kunci : Analisis laporan keuangan, Analisis Z-Score, Analisis kesehatan

Abstract

The concept of Store Environment have become something of a trend around 1990 until now especially since economic crisis and interest rates on deposit accounts are not so attractive anymore besides shifting in consumer habits. The growth of mini markets as a business that adopts this concept has become really high in many parts of the world especially in Indonesia. Abstract

Entering the year of 1990s, the world economic growth was marked by the economic growth of Eastern Asian Countries reaching 7 percent per year on the average. Despite the economic crisis at the end of 1990s, these countries managed to grow. In reference the Classic Theory, the growth factors included supply side (production) whereas the Neo Classic Theory as its the follower introduced the role of human capital as the trigger of the economic growth i.e. New Growth Theory. Furthermore, several Neo Classic followers added that research and development were also the trigger of the economic growth.Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan ekonomi, research and development, investasi sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Unit usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Indonesia (Depkeu : 2005) diperkirakan 42,39 juta meliputi: usaha mikro 41,1 juta unit (97,0 %), usaha kecil 1,2 juta unit (2,85 %), usaha menengah 63.500 unit (0,15 %) dan usaha besar 4.200 unit (0,61 %). Dari 99,9 persen unit usaha adalah usaha mikro dan kecil. Tingkat penyediaan tenaga kerjanya 99,5 persen dan kontribusi terhadap GDP (Gross Domestic Product) 57 %. Sayangnya partisipasi UMKM terhadap perdagangan global baru 19 % dari total ekspor nasional. Kata Kunci: Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah, perekonomian Indonesia

Abstract

Selama krisis ekonomi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah / UKM  terus berkembang  dan kelihatannya mampu bertahan dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan usaha besar. Selama tahun 2000 (setelah krisis) jumlah Usaha Kecil yang telah ada berjumlah 39 juta unit sedang usaha menengah 55 ribu unit dimana keduanya menyerap tenaga kerja 74,3 juta pekerja atau 99,4% dari total pekerja yang ada. UKM juga memberikan kontribusi yang sangat signifikant dalam GDP, yaitu 56,7% dari total GDP yang terdiri dari 40% dari Usaha Kecil dan 16,3% dari Usaha Menengah. Kata Kunci: Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah, perekonomian Indonesia

Abstract

Every year new challenges emerge in the field of training and development, for example, competency development, outsourcing, e-learning, and knowledge management. The purpose of this study is to conceptualize the different dimensions of access to employee development. The concept of Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Framework can be used to choose which levels are appropriate in evaluating a training program. Lilly’s Four Steps of Computing ROI training can also be adapted to the ROI calculation process. The main issue, in the pursuit of profitability and competitive advantage, top management is looking at all functions for a return-on-investment. The main question is, “is it really the training program itself that affects the employee performance?” This research uses ‘time series with comparison group’ technique as a tool to isolate the effects of training. Once the isolation is completed, the ROI calculation can be analyzed then. Keywords: Effectiveness of training; isolating the effects of training; time series with comparison group; ROI calculation.
