Abstract

Abstract Analysis of Prospect Capital Growth and Employment in Small Industries in The District Sidenreng Rappang. This research was conducted to answer the question "what are the prospects of capital growth and labor in the District Small Industries Sidenreng Rappang 5 (five) years from (2012-2016)". Thus, this study aims to determine how the prospect of the development of capital and labor in the District Small Industries Sidenreng Rappang 5 (five) years from (2012-2016). To that end, this study expected to be useful: (1) provide information for Local Government and the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in order to foster small-scale industries in the district Sidenreng Rappang, (2) as a reference material other researchers who study small-scale industries in the district Sidenreng Rappang. This research is a descriptive study using data time series (data year) only selected sub-populations in 2007-2011 for the development of capital and labor. Data collection techniques used are; documentation, interviews, and observations. Analysis of the data used, namely: qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Result of research show the; 1) Capital developments in small industry in the District Sidenreng Rappang past five years (2007-2011) has increased by an average of 10.31 percent annually, 2) The development of labor in small-scale industries in the district Sidenreng Rappang past five years (2007-2011) has increased by an average of 1.04 percent annually, and 3) Development prospects of capital and labor in small-scale industries in the district Sidenreng Rappang for the coming five years (2012-2016) amounted to 3.93 percent.Kata Kunci: Modal, Tenaga Kerja dan Industri Kecil

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to answer the problem Whether compensation in the form of salaries and allowances partially positive and significant impact on the productivity of employees working at the Department of Water Resources Management Sidenreng Rappang? Thus, this study aims to determine Is the compensation in the form of salaries and allowances partially positive and significant impact on the productivity of employees working at the Department of Water Resources Management Sidenreng Rappang. for that, the results of this study would be useful : (1) as inputs to the leadership at the Department of Water Resources Management Sidenreng Rappang in the development of good quality officials related to the quality and skills of employees, (2) for the development of knowledge about the development of civil servants (PNS) and (3) as a reference. This study is a verification that is correlational, meaning that the data and facts collected from the field is not manipulated, just to test the theory as well as to validate the hypothesis, with a sample size of 30 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observations, and interviews.Analysis of the data used is ; Descriptive statistical analysis and statistical analysis infrensial. In analyzing the data using SPSS 18 software.The results showed:1.      Compensation is in both categories. It is in terms of; (1) salary, (2) incentives, (3) life and health insurance, and (4) housing2.      Productivity of employees working in the category both in terms of ; (1) conduct a constructive, (2) trust yourself, (3) responsible, (4) a love of work, (5) have the foresight, (6) Overcoming the problem, (7) had a positive contribution, and (8) have the power.3.      The results of the calculation of F test obtained F arithmetic 14.191 and F table (0.05 : 1 : 30) amounted to 4, 17 or the value of F larger than F table. Therefore Fo > Fi, your Hi accepted, which means there is a variable dependent nature of work productivity with compensation, or it can be said that the hypothesis in this research is received from the analysis SPSS.18 (see Table Cooeficient) turned out to be significant to the variable compensation is far below 0,001 0.05, therefore H1 = significant regression coefficient so that compensation effect on employee productivity.                                  Keywords : Compensation and Working  produtivitas

Abstract

AbstractThis paper discusses about the calculation analysis of general and sharia pawnshop in the context of gold pawn, with the aim of giving an understanding about the differences of the calculation in both. Both pawnshops bring the concept that the pawn is a system of lending and borrowing between the parties having lack of fund to those having abundant of fund by pledging valuables thing to convince the lender. The study shows that general and sharia pawnshops are equally using Metal Estimated Standard, and have four different components of the calculation: an estimate, money lending, administrative cost, and interest expense, but the distinction in the sharia pawnshop is the interest to be replaced by surrogate (ijaroh) The difference between the interest with ijaroh -if it is seen based on a scale of days- the general pawnshop is generally more affordable because the provisions of interest expense in it, is generally calculated based on the cycles per 15 days and interest calculation is done twice a month, whereas in sharia pawnshops, the ijaroh calculation is done three times a month or calculated / 10 days. But if it is seen from the profit scale of the total amount between interest and ijaroh, the sharia pawnshop is cheaper than the general pawnshop. It is seen from thecalculation result in the same case by using of a period of 120 days, so the general pawnshop shows the value of installment inRp. 450 800, while the sharia pawnshop shows the value of installment inRp. 450,000, -.Key words: Calculation, general pawnshop, sharia pawnshop. um, gadai syariah

The aim is to analyze and understand the concept of funds tabarru, Islamic insurance and fund position tabarru in Takaful. This article, the normative research method conceptual approach. the result is that Takaful is a principled sharia financial institutions, funds tabarru part investment fund clients who deposited with financial institutions Takaful. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims for knowing the implementation of Syariah principle towards the syariah bank operational viewed from financing perspective in the Bank of Muamalat dan the Bank of Syariah Bukopin in Makassar   The method used in the research is qualitative. The data analysis utilized descriptive-narative including reducing the data, presenting the data, and making the conclusion. In qualitative research, the examining of the data quality is so-called validity task where the approach used triangulation and member check.    The research designates that the Bank of Muamalat and the Bank of Syariah Bukopin implement syariah principle in their financing operational. The principle consists of profit-sharing principle and sale-purchase principle. The implementation of profit-sharing principle are Mudarabah and Musyarakah, while the sale-purchase principle is Murabahah.Keywords:     Syariah Principle, Financing, Mudarabah, Musyarakah and Murabahah
