Abstract

A senior high school is responsible to deliver competitive human resources. A high school that has good facilities are more popular and attractive for junior high school students. To evaluate the school quality of service, we build a system to analyze the student's satisfaction with the learning process and services. To conduct the analysis, an information system was built to identify what components of the learning process needed to be improved. The method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) that clearly defines the needs and the expectations of students. The evaluation process was done by asking students to fill out a satisfaction questionnaire through the system. To get the analysis continuously this evaluation process can be carried out annually at the end of each school year. By using this computerized system, the evaluation results are obtained faster and more accurate.

Abstract

The design of the PSTI Electronic Service Information System, Faculty of Engineering, University of Mataram is an advanced system that supports the correspondence process that is asked by students to ask for permission, such as research permit, submission of supporting data for the final assignment, submission of data for coursework, submission to college transfer , invite leave and be active again. This system works to make outgoing letters needed by students for submitting applications requested for this form above or processed by other parties as to the Admin Study Staff Program. The test results with the black box method all functions are by following the system proposed and expected by system users, especially students and admins. Based on the results of testing the Mean Opinion Score method, it can be concluded that 64% of respondents agreed and 36% of respondents stated that they strongly agreed with the design of electronic service information systems, informatics engineering study programs, engineering faculty, Mataram University.

Abstract

A switch is a device for disconnecting or connecting electricity, usually used on lights. The Informatics Engineering Study Program (PSTI) of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Mataram (UNRAM) has several classrooms with light switches controlled by manual switches. Problems occur when classroom users do not turn off class lights after use or when the room has sufficient lighting from outside. The solution is by implementing an automatic control system based on Internet of Things (IoT) that uses several sensors as a trigger switch. The monitoring system created can display light intensity data, motion status, and lamp status in real time obtained from the electronic circuit of the system via the MQTT protocol. Based on the test scheme carried out, the system created can perform lamp management based on the conditions received. MOS testing produces value 4.58 from scale 5 shows that the system is feasible to use.

Abstract

VANET is a wireless network that is a derivative of the MANET network. VANET network is one network that can be used to communicate between one vehicle and another vehicle. With the existence of the VANET network, it is expected to be able to improve the safety of drivers on the highway. One of the uses of the AOMDV routing protocol is that it can be used to help the performance of the VANET network, the AOMDV routing protocol. AOMDV routing protocol in conducting route search there are two working mechanisms namely route discovery and route maintenance. The route selection process in the AOMDV routing protocol is to consider the number of hops contained in the AOMDV routing protocol, so that the possibility of a broken link, therefore the need for the application of the method in conducting this research. The ant algorithm is one method that can optimize the process of finding a route in the AOMDV routing protocol. The ant algorithm in carrying out the route search is by calculating the distance between nodes. In the ant algorithm, the route selection is based on the most powerful pheromones, so the route chosen is no longer based on the number of hops. From the results of trials that have been carried out on the AOMDV routing protocol using the ant algorithm can improve the performance of the test throughput parameters of 9.7649 Kbps and the performance of the Packet Delivery Ratio of 11.2838%. Whereas the average end to end delay parameter can reduce the delay by 13.3093ms

Abstract

Songket is one of Indonesia's cultural heritage that is still present today. One of the most famous songket woven fabrics is the Lombok songket. Lombok songket has diverse, unique, and beautiful motifs. However public knowledge of Lombok songket motifs is still minimal and the difference between one motif with another is still unknown. The lack of digitalized data collection is one reason for this. Therefore, we need a system that can classify the Lombok songket automatically. In this study, a system was developed based on texture features and shape features using Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA). The GLCM method is used in the texture feature extraction process and the Invariant Moment method is used in the feature extraction process. The total data used in this study is 1000 images from 10 Lombok songket motifs which are divided into training data and test data. The highest accuracy is obtained on the Invariant Moment and GLCM feature with an image resolution of 300x300 pixels using the most effective feature that is equal to 96.67%.

Abstract

Inappropriate use of a light bulb in light conditions in the room causes electricity to go to waste. To conserve electricity and keep the lights from breaking quickly, it needs to be done to measure the condition of the light around the lamp. For that it requires a decision-making system of the lighting room based on the Internet of things and using MQTT protocol and fuzzy tsukamoto logic methods. The MQTT protocol used is CloudMQTT to store data or be called a broker. CloudMQTT has 4 important instance info, that is server, user, password, and port. 4. That instance info is used to connect the application program with the broker in order for the system to subscribe and publish from broker to application. For fuzzy tsukamoto combination of rules built up from the three functions of membership, that is the intensity of light, time, and the condition of the light. A combination of rules from two variables is light intensity and time generates 20 combinations of rules. Deffuzification on fuzzy tsukamoto earned by taking a centralized average.

Abstract

Parking lots are a common thing in everyday life. The problem of parking lot's density can be a problem for managers of a place. So to overcome the problem that can occur, this study aims to design a decision support system (DSS) to determine the density of parking lots by applying the concept of IoT and Tsukamoto's fuzzy method. IoT is used to automate data retrieval to create fuzzy rule patterns. In the Tsukamoto method, each rule is represented by IF-THEN. The method for system design in this study includes the design of hardware and software. In this design, data retrieval uses an ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 and is processed with the IoT concept using Arduino UNO and ESP8266 microcontrollers. The sensor is placed on the exit and entry path of the vehicle on the parking lot to detect vehicles entering and exiting. The parking lot used in this study is miniature. Vehicle data is processed using Tsukamoto's fuzzy logic to determine parking density decisions. Data variables used are time, duration, and density of parking lots. DSS is designed using the Laravel framework. Based on the test results, it is known that IoT devices can perform their functions properly. DSS that is made in the form of a website can also function well. The results are based on error testing, obtained error for determining the parking density level is 7,68%.

Abstract

Bencana alam gempa merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang mengakibatkan kerugian materi maupun non materi bagi daerah dan masyarakat yang terdampak. Pemerintah melalui Lembaga pemerintah yakni Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) melakukan kegiatan pemberian bantuan bagi korban terdampak berdasarkan beberapa kriteria kerusakan rumah yang dialami yakni rusak ringan, sedang, dan berat. Dalam menentukan kriteria dibutuhkan data-data kerusakan rumah korban yang dalam pendataanya masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu mengisi berkas form kerusakan rumah yang dialami korban sehingga cukup membutuhkan waktu untuk melakukan pendataan dan penentuan kriterianya. oleh karena itu dalam penilitian ini akan dibangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis website dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang diharapkan dapat membantu BPBD dalam melakukan pendataan dan penentuan penerima bantuan korban bencana alam gempa dengan lebih cepat.

Abstract

Abstract- The geographical information system for searching the fastest route of sale location by Lombok specialists using the waypoint function and the heuristic greedy method in the city of Mataram based on web is a web-based Google map mapping application that maps the location of souvenir shops and shop categories especially those located in the city of Mataram . The purpose of making this application is to make it easier for domestic and foreign tourists to search for souvenir shops in Lombok, where tourists can search 1-3 categories of existing stores and search for the closest route from the user's position based on the search category. This system uses the heuristic greedy method for route search, where geolacation is used to get the user's location which is used as a starting location for route search by souvenirs and used as a route by using the waypoint function used to create routes with more than one destination location. The geographic information system for searching the fastest route of souvenir shops in Lombok by using the waypoint function and the heuristic greedy method in the city of Mataram based on the web was created using the CodeIgniter framework with the MVP concept to build web sites. In addition, a Google Map library is needed which functions to display maps on the website created.

Abstract

Sasak’s script is the one of Indonesia's cultural heritages which is endangered language category and it needs to be preserved so its not become extinct script. If there is no preservation, Sasak’s script will be close to extinction. Given the importance of conservation efforts, a reserch was carried out to recognize the Sasak’s script handwriting patterns. This reserch aims to see the optimal model for recognizing Sasak script patterns and to see how accurate the Linear Discriminant Analysis method as extraction features and Backpropagation Neural Network as a classification method for recognizing Sasak’s script patterns. The dataset in this reserch consisted of three variations amount of data which are 13500, 10800 and 2700. According to the final results of the study the best accuracy was obtained in the 10800 dataset, 92.20% with 92% precision and 92% recall with 250,691s computing time. The test is based on the best paramater of DCT coefficient test parameters, eigen value, number of neurons, number of hidden layers and learning rate that has been tested before.
