Abstract

Harga saham di pasar modal selalu mengalami fluktuasi setiap harinya maka dari itu perlu adanya alat ukur yang dapat membantu dalam memprediksi pergerakan harga saham tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share, dan Total Assets Turnover Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar di Index LQ-45 Tahun Periode 2016-2020). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan periode 2016–2020. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 perusahaan, analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Earning Per Share, dan Total Assets Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar di Index LQ-45 Tahun Periode 2016-2020. Berdasarkan uji secara simultan menyimpulkan bahwa variable Earning Per Share, dan Total Assets Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar di Index LQ-45 Tahun Periode 2016-2020. Kemudian diperoleh Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dengan nilai 0.602 memiliki arti bahwa sebesar 60,2% pengungkapan dijelaskan oleh variabel yang diteliti sedangkan sisanya 39,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Penumpang Kereta Api Komuter SUPAS di Stasiun Wonokromo Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 83 responden. Uji statistik yang dilakukan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinierilitas, uji heterokedastisitas, koefisien korelasi sederhana, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji determinasi, dan uji parsial. Melalui olah data yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang Kereta Api Komuter SUPAS di Stasiun Wonokromo Surabaya dengan persentase sebesar 68,3%. Abstract

kepuasan konsumen pada Bengkel Motor Yasin Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 50 respondenyang diperoleh menggunakan metode sampel jenuh.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan. Metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Melalui uji determinasi didapatkan hasil bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 48,0% terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan sisanya sebesar 58,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepusan Pelanggan

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to look at the effect of exchange rates and world oil prices on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI). The object of this study is the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI). The subject of this research is the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research design is causality associative research and is a time series research. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression with a level of significance of 0.05. The variables in this study are the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), Exchange Rate, and World Oil Price. Based on the results of data analysis, the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on JCI as evidenced by the exchange rate regression coefficient of 0.0816 with a significance value of 0.042. World Oil Price has no effect on JCI as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of World Oil Price of 0.278 at a significance of 0.073. The coefficient of determination is 25.4%. This indicates that 25.4% of the variation in the JCI dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables of Exchange Rate, and World Oil Price while the remaining 74.6% is explained by other factors not mentioned in this study. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Badan Pengelola Apartemen “X” yang berlokasi di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu gejala dan fakta terhadap objek pada saat penelitian berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Badan Pengelola Apartemen “X” dengan memilih 3 orang informan yang dianggap representative mewakili karyawan outsourching yaitu supervisor tim House Keeping, Supervisor Tim Keamanan danSupervisor Tim layanan parkir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam ,observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa motivasi kerja sangatlah berperan penting bagi karyawan untuk menunjang kinerjanya. dan kinerja karyawan Badan Pengelola Apartemen “X” dapat dikatakan baik yang dapat dilihat dari terciptanya suatu kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan serta dapat meningkatkan citra perusahaan. Abstract

The capital market is a vehicle that can mobilise long-term funds from the public to be channelled into productive sectors. The purpose of the capital market in Indonesia is not only to mobilise funds from the public so that they can be channelled into productive sectors, but also to realise income distribution through ownership of company shares. This goal can be achieved gradually with the increasing number and types of securities traded in line with the increasing number of institutions that support the implementation of the capital market. This study aims to determine the effect of earning per share and price earning ratio (PER) on stock returns in Wood and Lumber industry companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2005-2007. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 12.0. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) Earning per share has a positive effect on stock returns, because the significance value is smaller than 0.05 and one of the considerations of investors besides risk is the return they will get in the form of a share of net income distributed to shareholders, (2) Price earning ratio has no effect on stock returns, because the significance value is greater than 0.05.

Abstract

Hal ini untuk menilai dan menyelidiki tiga variabel. secara bersamaan dan parsial mempengaruhi audit delay: kesulitan keuangan, opini audit serta pergantian auditor. Ada pengambilan sampel yang disengaja untuk memilih 26 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Khususnya sampel penelitian yang telah diaudit. Penelitian lapangan dan investigasi perpustakaan digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26 digunakan untuk melakukan metode analisis data yang meliputi pengujian hipotesis, pengujian, dan asumsi tradisional. Hasil studi memberikan nilai uji F signifikan sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 menunjukkan tingginya pengaruh secara simultan perubahan kesulitan keuangan dan Pandangan auditor mengenai keterlambatan audit. Uji t dengan signifikansi signifikan untuk temuan parsial antara lain 0,235 > 0,05 untuk pergantian parsial auditor dan 0,697 > 0,05 untuk financial distress. Angka-angka Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa turnover mempunyai pengaruh yang kecil terhadap waktu audit auditor parsial atau masalah keuangan. Sebagai lawan nilai signifikan uji t opini audit dengan 0,003 < 0,05 menunjukkan pandangan auditor secara bersamaan mempengaruhi audit delay secara berarti

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and ascertain how price and product quality affect consumer choice in purchasing a car at PT Sejahtera Buana Trada Surabaya. The study population consisted of car buyers from PT Sejahtera Buana Trada Surabaya, and 125 people were sampled. The results of distributing questionnaires are the source of data. In data analysis, multiple linear regression is the method used. Less than 0.05, the t test findings show a significant value of 0.001, supporting the theory that product prices influence consumer decisions to buy. Customers will make more purchases when the price of goods is more reasonable. The t test results show that product quality has an effect on consumer purchasing decisions; the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. The ability of a product to influence consumer decisions to buy increases as product quality improves. R Square, the multiple coefficient of determination, is 0.527 (52.7%), in accordance with the findings of the coefficient of determination (R2) test. This shows that while other factors (including price and quality) influence 47.3% of the total, 52.7% of the two factors that influence purchasing decisions (Y) are product quality (X2) and price (X1

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the preparation of financial statements applied to NSA Print Surabaya as an entity engaged in the invitation printing industry. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The discussion is carried out by comparing the theory prepared by IAI regarding the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMK) with the implementation at NSA Print Surabaya and also providing recommendations for improving the preparation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM. Data obtained by evaluating documents related to the preparation of financial statements of NSA Print Surabaya as well as data obtained in the form of profiles, documents, and financial reports. The results showed that NSA Print Surabaya only recorded transactions by recording daily records in recording business financial transactions and did not yet have financial reports in accordance with accounting standards. In the application of the preparation of financial statements made by NSA Print Surabaya only has a simple recording of transactions that are booked, and balance sheet, profit and loss and CaLK reports that have not been made. So that recommendations provide financial report results that are in accordance with SAK EMKM. By preparing financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM, the owner of NSA Print umkm will know the development of his business and make it easier for NSA Print to interact with external parties such as banks.
