Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) is one of the scientific publication journals published by STIE Kertanegara Malang. The aim of JAMIN is to establish effective channels of communication between stakeholders including academics and research institutions, business, government and society. It also aims to disseminate research findings in the development of management theory and practice, and innovations in business and entrepreneurship, especially in Indonesia. Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) accepts both empirical and theoretical articles relating to micro and macro phenomena in the development of management science. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Education and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications (Telkom) Regional VII Gorontalo. The sample in this study were 67 people. Then the data analysis uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.406. This value means that 40.6% of Work Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Gorontalo Regional VII is influenced by the Education and Training program conducted by the company. The influence of other variables on employee performance is 59.4%. Keywords: Education and Training, employee work performance.

Abstract

Abstrak            Material merupakan bahan baku yang mendukung proses pembangunan infrastruktur yang  menyebabkan munculnya bisnis dalam bidang material bangunan, maka banyak pesaing muncul sehingga diperlukan bauran promosi dalam mempertahankan maupun meningkatkan jumlah penjualan. Bauran promosi mempunyai enam elemen yaitu Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Direct marketing, Public Relation and Publisity, Word of Mouth. Pada saat ini toko bangunan Tunggal Tata berkembang pesat dengan jumlah volume penjualan yang meningkat, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana implementasi bauran promosi yang dilakukan oleh toko bangunan Tunggal Tata.            Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, dan observasi, serta dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan teknik interaktive Model.            Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa toko bangunan Tunggal Tata menerapkan bauran promosi melalui lima elemen yaitu Advertising melalui media logo, Personal Salling melalui media pelayanan, Sales Promotion melalui media pemberian hadiah, Direct Marketing melalui media katalog, dan Word of Mouth. Berdasarkan temuan dilapangan, selain lima elemen dari bauran promosi tersebut, toko bangunan Tunggal Tata menggunakan media tambahan yakni memberikan keringananpada pelanggan dalam proses pembayaran bahan bangunan dalam bentuk pemberian hutang. Oleh karena itu toko bangunan Tunggal tata berhasil dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan dalam empat tahun terakhir.Kata Kunci­: Implementasi, Bauran promosi, Volume penjualan

Abstract

A company should maintain an adequate or optimal level of inventory so that production operations can run smoothly and efficiently. What needs to be considered in this case is that the required raw materials are always available, so as to guarantee the smooth production process. However, the amount of inventory should not be too much because this will harm the company. Too much inventory will increase maintenance costs and storage costs in the warehouse. In addition, the amount of inventory that is too much can also increase the likelihood of losses due to damage and loss of quality that can reduce company profits. And vice versa, the amount of inventory that is too small will hamper the production process so that the company will suffer a lot of losses including: the machine does not work as it should, many workers are unemployed, and can even result in the cessation of the production process. This study aims to determine how the calculation of raw materials, what is the total cost of raw material inventory if the company establishes an EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) policy, what is the limit or point of ordering raw materials needed by the company during the grace period at PT.Bentoel International Investama in Malang.The population used is the supply of tobacco raw materials at PT. Bentoel International Investama, where this research was conducted by interview and documentation. The variable in this study is the supply of raw materials. The analysis used is the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method.The results of the study, if using the EOQ method in 2017 the cost savings of Rp 40,290,256,931, while in 2018 the cost savings of Rp. 44,388,428,549. Thus there is a difference between inventory policies carried out according to the company with EOQ calculations. It can be concluded that the supply of raw materials every year has increased raw materials, the frequency of purchasing raw materials when using raw materials when using the EOQ method is 2 times in one period, the limit for ordering raw materials needed by companies when using the 2017 EOQ method is 218,176.7 kg, while in 2018 it will be 210,853 kg. The total cost of raw material inventory calculated according to EOQ is less than that spent by the company, so there is a cost savings of raw material inventory

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent commissioners and audit committees on earnings management. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study are secondary data, i.e. data obtained through existing sources and do not need to be collected by the researcher themselves. The data is in the form of an annual report issued by companies listed in the 2015-2017 period which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. The results showed that the independent board of commissioners and the audit committee had no simultaneous effect on earnings management. This is consistent with the results of the simultaneous regression coefficient test (Test F) which shows the calculated F value is smaller than the F table, and with a determinant value of 3.1%. Partially the independent board of comissioners and audit committee has no effect on earnings management. Based on the results of the partial regression coefficient test (t test) on the variable independent commissioners and the audit committee showed a significance value greater than 0.05, so it was concluded that the two variables in this study had no effect on earnings management.Keywords: Audit Committee, Independent Board of Commissioners, Profit Management, Finance

Abstract

This study aims to find out, describe and explain the results of the application of analysis from the prediction method of bankruptcy of the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski models used in assessing and predicting the potential for bankruptcy with the object of research at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk 2014-2018. The method used in this research is descriptive research method using a quantitative approach, and the operationalization of the variables used is the independent variable, namely the bankruptcy prediction model with the dependent variable is financial ratios. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports (annual reports) PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the period 2014 to 2018. The results of this study indicate that the Altman Z-Score, Springate and Zmijewski methods are able to measure and predict bankruptcy of companies with different portions according to the calculations applied in each of these analyzes.Keywords: Altman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijewski, and Bankruptcy

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan keuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian perawat di ruang rawat Inap pada RSUD H. Hanafi Muara Bungo sebanyak 74 responden. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proposinal random Sampling . Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Versi 20. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y = 17.673 + 0,538 + 0,008 X2 + e Variabel motivasi kerja  (X1) nilai sig tsebesar 0,000 sedangkan nilai alpha sebesar 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa sig t < 0,05, sehingga hipotesis 1 dapat diterima secara parsial bahwa variabel motivasi kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel kepuasan kerja (X2) mempunyai nilai sig t sebesar 0,948 sedangkan alpa sebesar 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi dapat dinyatakan bahwa sig t > 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan hipotesis 2 ditolak. Dapat di artikan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Dan Pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama antara Motivasi Kerja (X1)  dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai(Y) berdasarkan hasil uji F hitung membuktikan bahwa nilai 14.810  dan signifikan 0.000 < 0,05. H3 dapat diterima  artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja. Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the company's management performance of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. The 2014 to 2016 period is based on financial ratio analysis, which consists of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. And compare the company's management performance of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. With similar companies to find out the company's performance in the average industry. This type of research is descriptive - quantitative research using secondary research data. Sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 to 2016. The financial statements using library and analysis techniques used are financial ratio analysis consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, performance ratios, and profitability ratios to profit and loss statements and PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk from 2014 to 2016. The results of the analysis conducted related to the company's provisions for the period 2014 to 2016 based on liquidity ratios through the calculation of the current ratio, fast ratio, and cash ratio show that the conditions are quite good but not stable because they have not reached number 2 so they cannot be sold as needed. Based on the solvency ratio, from the calculation of DER, DAR, and TIE shows a satisfactory figure, the company can meet the total demand with the total assets. Based on WKTO, TATO, ARTO, and FATO calculations in the performance ratio, it shows that the company's performance in a fairly stable and effective condition from each ratio does not need to be at a lower level and not too high. And based on calculations, profitability ratios that include calculations of NPM, GMP, ROA, ROE, and ROI show that the company is quite good in producing earnings that are quite low estimates. While the management performance of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. When compared with companies that use financial ratio analysis, which shows a very good company compared to other companies, and the overall ratio value is above the average industry ratio

Abstract

This study aims to describe whether brand association influences the purchasing decision of Aqua brand mineral water customers (PT Livia Mandiri Sejati Kota Pasuruan). The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Where the brand association factor consists of, price, product quality, brand, and promotion. Of all the factors whether it influences the decision to purchase Aqua brand mineral water in Pasuruan City. This research was conducted using a case study method where data were obtained through questionnaires to 135 respondents. The population in this study are consumers in the Pasuruan city area who have ever bought or consumed Aqua. The technique in sampling is non probability sampling with convenience sampling type. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. Furthermore, from the data obtained normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedacity test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination test. From the results of data analysis, brand association factors simultaneously influence the decision to purchase Aqua brand mineral water in the Pasuruan City area.
