Bisman (Bisnis dan Manajemen): The Journal of Business and Management, is an electronic scientific journal published online twice per year or once per semester in February and August. Bisman (Bisnis dan Manajemen): The Journal of Business and Management has been rewarded e-ISSN 2614-6592 since 2018, otherwise printed ISSN 2614-7734. Bisman (Bisnis dan Manajemen): The Journal of Business and Management aims to improve the quality of science and channel the interest of sharing and dissemination of knowledge and business for scholars, students, practitioners, and the observer of science in Management. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance, work motivation and employee performance, innovative behavior and employee performance. This research method is quantitative. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire technique designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 5 and distributed to 43 employees at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Pasuruan City who were selected by purposive sampling method. This data processing tool is SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Before conducting data analysis, first tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire used. To measure its validity, the score of each question item is used which is correlated with the total item score in one variable. After testing the validity and reliability, then performed data analysis. Analysis and interpretation of data is carried out to answer the problems that have been formulated and answer the hypotheses.]]>

<![CDATA[The high public awareness regarding sports has received a positive response from the government and from the private sector. The response was in the form of providing funds for sports activities. Sports activities with the use of financial budgets are of course closely related to taxation. Taxes are people's contributions to the state treasury based on laws that can be enforced by not receiving direct services in return that can be shown and used to pay public expenses. Discussions on taxes will be related to the subject, object and tax rate. The close relationship between sports activities and taxes means that there must be clarity as to who is the subject and object of sports activities and the amount of tax rates imposed.]]>

<![CDATA[The Accounting Information System is a form of accounting information system that concentrates on the process of creating, presenting and improving information to the authorities managing business activities to be used as a basis for policy making. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a software development process model that is classified as an incremental (multilevel) technique. RAD emphasizes short, concise, and rapid development cycles. This research aims to create a model (prototype) for designing a savings and loan accounting information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model at KPRI Dhaya Harta Jombang. In this research, we analyze the savings and loan procedures that run at the KPRI Dhaya Harta Jombang cooperative according to the stages of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Analysis of problems in cooperatives is described in a system flowchart for each running procedure.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to empirically test the influence of organizational culture, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the work performance of PT employees. Create Indonesian Healthy Livestock by researchers. This research uses independent variables, namely organizational culture, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence as well as the dependent variable, namely employee work performance. The sample in this research were all employees of PT Cipta Ternak Sehat Indonesia who worked in the office. Data obtained through observation, interviews. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing t test and F test. The results of this research show that organizational culture, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a partial and simultaneous influence on work performance. This is known from the results of the organizational culture t test with a sig t value of 0.000<0.05, the intellectual intelligence t test with a sig t value of 0.000<0.05, the emotional intelligence t test with a sig t value of 0.000<0.05, and the F test with a sig value of F 0.000<0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to examine the role of work stress in mediating the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at CV. Bumi Mandiri Indonesia. This study uses three kinds of variable, there are independent variable, dependent variable and intervening variable. the independent variables is workload and work environment and dependent variable is employee performance and the intervening variable is work stress. The samples of this study were employees of CV. Bumi Mandiri Indonesia. The data obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique uses a measurement model or outer model, structural model or inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that workload partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work stress partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work stress. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance mediated by work stress. This study shows that work stress cannot mediate the relationship between workload and employee performance. But work stress can mediate the relationship between the work environment and employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the effect of a sense of belonging and the work environment on employee engagement at PT. Jago Bahasa Inspira employees. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of a sense of belonging and the work environment on employee engagement at PT. Jago Bahasa Inspira employees. The sample of this research is all employees of PT. Jago Bahasa Inspira who work in an office with a total of 59 employees. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling, namely saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant sense of belonging to employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of sense of belonging and work environment on employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of distribution channels and product quality on the sales volume of corn agricultural products in Sampang. The sample from this research was 25 groups of corn farmers in Sampang aged over 17 years and over and managing corn farming businesses. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The t test is used to test the significance of variations in the relationship between variables X and Y, whether variable X has a partial effect on variable Y (sales volume). Meanwhile, the F test is to determine the simultaneous effect. In this research, SPSS software program tools were used to simplify the research data processing process. Reliability and validity tests were carried out to test the questionnaire. This research proves the influence of distribution channels and product quality on sales volume among farmer groups in Sampang. Distribution channels bring products quickly to consumers so they can be sold and product quality that attracts consumers' attention to increase sales volume.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of the number of tourists and the number of tourist attractions on the local revenue (PAD) of Sumenep Regency for the 2015-2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative and secondary data. The population of this study is all data on the number of tourists, tourist attractions and local revenue (PAD) from the 2015-2022 period. The sample for this research is annual data on the number of tourists, number of tourist attractions and local income for Sumenep Regency for 2015-2022. The method used in sampling this research is the saturated sample method. Data collection in this research used documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. This research obtained results that the number of tourists did not have a significant effect on local original income in 2015-2022, the number of tourist attractions had a positive and significant effect on local original income in 2015-2022, and the number of tourists and the number of tourist attractions did not have a simultaneous effect on local original income. <![CDATA[The objectives of the research include the influence of audit committees, the audit quality of companies, and family ownership as a moderating factor against tax aggressiveness. Banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2018 and 2022 are the subject of this study. This data is obtained from the annual reports of 46 banking companies. Samples are selected using purposive sampling techniques, and the WarpPLS 8.0 program is used to process and analyze data. The results showed that the audit committee has the ability to reduce the level of tax aggressiveness. On the contrary, the quality of the audit does not affect the tax aggressivity. Moreover, family ownership can not strengthen the negative influence of the auditor committee on the tax agresiveness, but family ownedness can reinforce the negative impact of audit quality on tax agressiveness.]]>
