Abstract

INTISARIWebsite merupakan syarat satu alternatif bagi lembaga keuangan khususnya KPPN untuk mengenalkan profil serta memberi informasi terbaru kepada para penggunaannya. Karena pentingnya website sebagai sarana informasi dalam perkembangan teknologi, maka dibutuhkan evaluasi kualitas website agar proses pelayanannya tetap berjalan lancar. Namun, Belum terdapat standard khusus dan belum pernah dilakukannya evaluasi pada website KPPN. Usability adalah sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk menguji kebergunaan website dan mengetahui sejauh mana kebergunaan website tersebut. Evalusi website KPPN menggunakan prinsip usability yang akan digabungkan dengan metode system usability scale (SUS) ini diharapkan mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data digambarkan dengan hubungan data yang diambil menggunakan skala likert. Sehingga hasil data yang diperoleh bisa dianalisis menggunakan metode usabilty dan mamasukkan dalam lima atribut usability. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah website KPPN Kabupaten ABC memperoleh hasil sebebsar 79% dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Namun perlu adanya perbaikan pada webiste agar pengguna mendapat kepuasan yang maksimal..Kata Kunci— Evaluasi, Website, Usability, Atribut, Metode.  ABSTRACTThe website is a requirement of the alternatives for financial institutions, especially the KPPN to introduce the profile and provide updated information to the user. Because of the importance of the website as a means of information in the development of technology, it is necessary to allow the evaluation of the quality of website services running smoothly. However, yet there are special standards and had never done an evaluation on the website of the KPPN. Usability is a method used to test the usefulness of the website and determine the extent of the usefulness of the website. Evaluation KPPN websites using usability principles that will be combined with the method of system usability scale (SUS) is expected to get a good result. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method described by relationship data taken using a Likert scale. So that the data obtained can be analyzed using methods usabilty and inclusion in the five attributes of usability. Results obtained from this study is the KPPN website ABC obtain the results isr 79% and included in both categories. But the need for improvement on web pages so that users get the maximum satisfaction.Keywords— Evaluation, Website, Usability, Atribut, Method.

Abstract

INTISARISistem merupakan kumpulan dari elemen-elemen atau prosedur-prosedur yang saling membutuhkan satu sama lain dan bekerjasama untuk memenuhi suatu tujuan demi kepentingan bersama. Tujuan dibuatnya sistem adalah untuk mempermudah tugas manusia dan menghindari kesalahan yang ditimbulkan karena human eror pada suatu proses sistem. Selain itu informasi juga penting bagi sistem, karena apabila suatu sistem tidak mempunyai informasi maka akan menjadi suatu sistem yang susah berkembang.Sebuah sistem yang sudah dirancang dalam proses analisis dan desain sebelumnya, sehingga berbentuk blueprint sistem biasanya susah untuk dibaca bagi orang awam atau yang orang yang tidak berlatar belakang IT, padahal banyak pengguna akhir (end user) yang latar belakangnya bukan orang IT, sehingga biasanya desain sistem yang telah dibuat perlu dibuat prototipenya melalui proses implementasi, serta prototype dari sistem juga perlu di uji, sehingga tahu apakah sistem sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau belum, serta untuk mencari dan memperbaiki kesalahan yang mungkin masih ada pada sistem.Implementasi sistem adalah tahap penerapan sistem yang akan dilakukan jika sistem disetujui termasuk program yang telah dibuat pada tahap perancangan sistem agar siap untuk dioperasikan. Adapun beberapa tujuan dari implementasi sistem adalah Membuat desain sistem selama melakukan penelitian dan analisa. Menguji dan mendokumentasikan prosedur dan program yang diperlukan. Menyelesaikan desain sistem yang telah disetujui. Memperhitungkan sistem yang telah dibuat sesuai kebutuhan pemakai. Pada tahap ini yang akan dilakukan antara lain yaitu implementasi database sistem, implementasi antarmuka sistem serta implementasi script sistem.Pengujian adalah proses menjalankan aplikasi web yang bertujuan untuk menemukan kesalahan dan memperbaikinya. Karena aplikasi web berjalan pada jaringan, sistem operasi atau browser yang berbeda, maka melakukan pengujian menjadi suatu hal yang penting. Sebelum sistem benar-benar bisa digunakan dengan baik oleh pengguna, sistem harus melalui tahap pengujian terlebih dahulu untuk menjamin tidak ada kendala fatal yang muncul pada saat pengguna memanfaatkan sistemnya. Pengujian sistem akan dilakukan mengacu pada dimensi kualitas content, function, structure, usability, navigability, performance, compatibility, interoperability dan security. In addition, information is also important for the system, because if a system does not have information it will become a system that is difficult to develop.A system that has been designed in the previous process of analysis and design, so that a system blueprint is usually difficult to read for ordinary people or people who are not IT backgrounds, whereas many end users whose backgrounds are not IT people, so usually the design the system that has been made needs to be prototyped through the implementation process, and the prototype of the system also needs to be tested, so that it knows whether the system is in line with what is expected or not, and to find and correct errors that may still exist in the system.System implementation is the stage of system implementation that will be carried out if the system is approved including programs that have been made at the system design stage to be ready for operation. The several objectives of system implementation are to create a system design during research and analysis. Test and document the procedures and programs needed. Complete the approved system design. Take into account the system that has been made according to user needs. At this stage, the implementation of the system database, the implementation of the system interface and the implementation of system scripts will be carried out.Testing is the process of running a web application that aims to find errors and fix them. Because web applications run on different networks, operating systems or browsers, testing is important. Before the system can really be used properly by the user, the system must go through the testing phase first to ensure that there are no fatal obstacles that arise when users use the system. System testing will be carried out referring to the dimensions of content quality, function, structure, usability, navigability, performance, compatibility, interoperability and security.Keywords: System, Implementation, Testing, Design, Analysis.
