<![CDATA[Da'wah is an activity of invitations, calls, and also the process of influencing someone to change from one condition to another desired condition. This study choses the da'wah of the Prophet Nu to be the subject of its study, due to the length of the da'wah period and the severity of the obstacles faced by the Prophet Nuh. He has a concept of da'wah which is effective and ideal to do, it is explained by Allah in the Qur'an, Surah Nuh. Prophet Nuh had gone through the toughest challenges of his people with great patience. This research focuses on explaining how the concept of da'wah the Prophet Nuh in the book Tafsir Al-Qurtubi by Abu Abdullah Muhammad. This research is also a thematic exegesis research. Therefore, this study was prepared using the thematic interpretation method or maudu'i which was initiated by Abd Al-Hayy Al-Farmawi. The results of this study are an explanation of the interpretation of verses about the concept of the Prophet Nuh, including Surah Hud: 29, Surah Nuh: 1- 3,5,8-9,28. Then the explanation of the concept of da'wah the Prophet Nuh which has three components of da'wah, among others, the method of da'wah, the content of the message and the purpose of the da'wah as well as an explanation of its realization in today's life. <![CDATA[The study of Sultan Agung's da'wah strategy is a study to reveal historical facts that occurred in the past to be used as a guide in achieving a better future. Given that the glory of Mataram was in the power of Sultan Agung who led Mataram from 1613 to 1645. The theoretical framework used in this study is discourse analysis which is used as a knife to analyze Sultan Agung's da'wah strategies. Discourse analysis which is used as a theoretical framework uses the concept of Van Dick (1968). While the da'wah strategy referred to is the method of da'wah in general, namely the da'wah bil hal, the dakwah bil lisan, and the dakwah bil qalam This research resulted in the first findings that Sultan Agung's da'wah strategy was carried out with three oral da'wah strategies, carried out by Sultan Agung as seen in Sultan Agung's negotiations in expanding the power of Islamic Mataram at that time with neighboring kingdoms or countries. Da'wah bil Qalam, was done with phenomenal works, namely literary gending and astronomical works of the Kejawen calendar. Da'wah bilhal, that the personality of Sultan Agung is a personality that is gentle but firm in making decisions as the king has given uswah to his people. The second conclusion is that in social cognition, a king must have strength both physically, psychologically and mystically. In the social context, Sultan Agung's leadership is always colored by cultures that have always been developed by Sultan Agung, which is then carried out an acculturation of indigenous culture with Islamic culture. <![CDATA[The objectives of this study are: 1. To determine the influence of leadership on work discipline on Islamic institutions Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang; 2. To find out the influence of Work Discipline Motivation on Islamic Religious Institutions Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang; 3. To determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute; 4. To determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute; 5. To find out the effect of the Work Discipline Motivation on Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute. In this study, the authors used quantitative research. The population in this study by census technique is to take all employees at the Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute, totaling 50 (fifty) employees. By using Structural Equation Modeling Analysis (SEM), the results show that there is a significant influence between Leadership on Work Discipline, There is no significant influence between Motivation on Work Discipline, There is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, there is a significant influence between leadership on Employee Performance, there was no significant influence between work motivation and employee performance at the Syarifudin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute. <![CDATA[لعب علماء فطاني ﺩﻭﺭا عظيما وساهموا إسهاما كبيرا ﻓﻲﻗﻴﺎﺩﺓﺍﻷﻣﺔ الإسلامية ونهضتها. وهمﻭﺭﺛﺔﺍﻷﻧﺒﻴﺎﺀ الذين وﺮثوا ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ. وهذا البحث يهدف إلى دراسة دور علماء فطاني الذين عاشوا في القرن الثالثعشرالهجري، كما يهدف إلى التعرف على أصول منهاجهم وإسهاماتهم في الدعوة الإسلامية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف قام الباحثان في هذا البحث بمعالجة أصول منهج علماء فطاني في الدعوة الإسلامية ودورهم في الدعوة وإعداد الدعاة. ويعتمد الباحث في دراسته على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للخروج من خلاله بأهم النتائج، منها: إنهم مع نهاية القرن الثاني عشرة الهجرية وبداية القرن الثالث عشرة الهجرية وجدوا عددا من العلماء الذين جاورا بيت الحرام حيث يعلّمون من أبناء الملايو المسلمين وتتلمذوا على أيدي العلماء الذين يعشون في مكة المكرمة في ذلك الوقت، وهم علماء الفطاني الجاويين الذين يسكنون بمكة المكرمة، فطوبى للعلماء الملايويين المقيمين بأرض مهبط الوحي طالبين للعلوم الإسلامية والتعليم والدعوة وإعداد العلماء، فألّفوا الكتب العلمية باللغتين العربية والملايوية الجاوية، وبعد أن نهلوا وزادوا العلوم الإسلامية والعربية كان بعضهم رجعوا إلى بلدانهم في أماكنهم المختلفة مكان ومنهم أقاموا مدارس تقليدية (الفندق) لتعليم أقاربهم وذويهم أحكام الدين الإسلامي وتعاليمهم أحكام الدين السمحة والدعوة إلى صراط المستقيم. الكلمات المفتاحية : فطاني، الدعوة، العلماء،مكة، الفندق]]>

<![CDATA[Unrest in the community regarding sexual violence against women and its handling by providing rehabilitation, one by providing religious guidance and counseling, because religion is one of the media used for behavioral therapy and mental or psychological healing. Through a qualitative research method with a field research approach, the author examines the process of religious guidance and counseling for women victims of sexual violence, as well as the results after being given religious guidance and counseling to women victims of sexual violence. The results of the study found that the process of religious guidance and counseling to clients is given by strengthening nature and faith by praying, worshiping, reading and understanding the scriptures and giving motivation to clients to get closer and surrender to Allah, by adjusting their various profiles. both in terms of problems, age, and client's condition. However, the results or changes are influenced by the victim's cognitive level or knowledge of religious teachings, and the mental condition factors that experience mental disorders. The professionalism of the counselor in providing religious guidance and counseling can also have an influence on the success of the counseling process so that the client's feelings become calmer and can accept his situation. <![CDATA[Promotional activities at a corporate will progress if they have various innovative ideas in promoting products. In this case, not only through advertisements or offers or sponsorships and brochures, but it is necessary to add the latest ideas or breakthroughs in promotion to create a corporate brand. There are many things that companies can do to carry out promotions, one of which is to hold an event with Integrated Marketing Communication to increase pranding in institutions. This paper is an important conceptual framework in analyzing the urgency of envent as an institutional branding medium using the concept of Integrated Marketing Communication theory with management, communication and marketing approaches.Events as institutional branding media can be analyzed pre-designing strategies using three marketing conceptions, namely segmenting, targeting and positioning. The next stage is to understand the pattern of marketing communication strategies at institutions. This pattern is a combination of three disciplines, marketing, communication and strategic management which then results. The final step is the implementation of sponsorship events as a form of integrated marketing communication tools, the implementation of this process is described in a planning framework in achieving the institutional vision.Keywords: Event, Media & Branding]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of marketing prayer water by offering blessings is a part of social relations accepted by the Indonesian people. This study aims to determine how blessings are accommodated in the practice of religious ritual therapy associated with certain religious figures. In particular, this study examines the practice of the Air Blessing (Holy Water) ritual of Habib Hasan Al Muhdor, a religious leader from the Shalawat Ahbabul Musthofa Council at Widoro Krejengan Probolinggo. To determine the community's construction of blessed water, data collection methods were used by observing and interviewing 1 assembly leader, 1 head of blessed water distribution and 3 local communities with special needs for blessed water, such as illness, pregnancy and life success. In analyzing the data, this study uses Berger's sacred canopy theory approach. As a result of observing this religious (or economic?) Therapy, society has transmitted material or money into blessings with the medium of Habib Muhdor's prayer water as a form of practice to get through life's problems. This fact shows the desecularization between the sacred and the profane, also shows the other side in practice it is used by certain figures for the purpose of strengthening patronage and capital capital. Literature search is carried out by searching relevant literature with the aim to discuss the da'wah communication that is carried out through the arts of nasyid / qasidah in the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School. Da'wah that is done in a contemporary style will be more easily accepted by the public, one of which is through music that contains lyrics of advice or da'wah. Music is used as a means of delivering da'wah in the pantura region in particular and Indonesian society in general because according to Prof. Dr. KH. Abdul Ghofur, the caretaker of the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School, needs new innovations in preaching in this modern era, while continuing the footsteps of Sunan Drajat's grandfather who used music as a means of spreading Islamic teachings in the north. <![CDATA[The Muslim scholars of Patani have played significant role in leadership gridence and awareness of Muslim Ummah. They are the real heirs of the prophets who inherited their knowledge and deed. This research aims to study the role of Patani Muslim scholars of thirteen century according to Hijri calendar. It also aims to study their principles methods and roles in the field of Dakwah. To achieve these aims two researchers have performed theirresearch to find out principles, methods and role of محمد فوزان دوهي بن عبد الصمد شيشيب صالح كونياوان |D a k w a t u na: J u r n a l D a k w a h d a n K o m u n i k a s i I s l a m2Muslim scholars of Patani in the field of Dawah and preparation of Doubt (Muslim preachers). To acheiria these aims of the research the both researchers used the descriptive and analytical methods. Among the results of the research: The Origins ofPatani Scholars Approach to Islamic Call and Their Role in Da`wah with the preacersand their role in Preparing theforPreaching. The researcher concluded this study byseveral conclusions, the most important of which are: They existeat the end of the 12th century H and the beginning of the 13th century H, They met witha number of scholars who visited the Sacred House, where they taught Muslim Malay children and were educated by scholars who lived in Makkah at the time. They are the Patani Jawi scholars who live in Makkah. Blessed are the Malay scholars who livedin the land of therevelation, seeking Islamic knowledge, education, Da`wah, andpreparing them as Islamicscholars, They wrote books in Arabic and Malay Javanese, After they were educated and increased in the Islamicknowledgeand Arab languages, some of them returned to their countries in their different places, and some of them set up traditional schools (Pondok) to teach their relatives and relatives and people who know ledged inIslamic religion and their teachings of pure islamicreligion and the call to the path of the righteous.]]>
