Abstract

The implementation of Head District’s Role Number 46 Year 2011 about the home rehabilitation service in Kutai Kartanegara. It is a kind of public service that can influence the quality life of the society. Influence factors in implementing this program are service procedure, finalization time, service cost.

Abstract

Work satisfaction can increase the employee achievement, it can produce high motivation for the employee to contribute significantly to his organization. In order to show work satisfaction in the organization it needs the support from the all members of oragnization. Meanwhile at the same time to achieve the good performance of Samarinda agriculture department  considered by several factors; opportunity, compensation, work partner, and leadership.

Abstract

Bureaucracy is a service provided by the government to the people. Up till now Society consider that the bureaucracy is a state instrument that needs to have its own rules and it is supported by its own laws, therefore the correlation between the bureaucracy and the executive should be arranged so the bureaucracy can do hardworking as a servant of the state and not as a man of power . Further, bureaucracy reformation needs to be implemented so that the bureaucracy is able to carry out their tasks more efficiently and effectively then a clean government and a good governance can be realized as well as the establishment of a good governance, clean and dignified governance.

Abstract

Since year 2001 the implementation of decentralization is necessary in Indonesia to strengthen the capacity of local government. It is kind of transformation authority from the central government to the local government. But practically, most of the local government did not able to implement it completely. The weakness of local government in implementing local authority policy is the pattern of governance. So that is why, to accelerate the advantages of decentralization policy for the society, strengthening the managerial capacity is needed using public management approach. This article tries to illustrate about the public management in the context of executing local government.

Abstract

Jaminan Kesehatan Sepintu Sedulang (JKSS) is a form of public policy in improving basic services as mandatory government affairs to public in the regional autonomy era financing from local budget (APBD). This policy was approved by the Decree of Bangka District No. 188.45/236/Kes/2005. There are many obstacles in implementing this policy. Then these obstacles become the research focus to see the implementation process base on the policy content and implementation context in basic health services and referral.To improve the implementation of this policy more effective and efficienct, some suggestions can be considered such as implementation of an appropriate capitation system, strengthening human resources and organization or the implementing agency (Bapel) it self separately as legal basis in implementing this policy to be local regulation (Perda).

Abstract

Work performance of employees in an organization can be done through the government’s work environment and employee’s motivation. Improvement performance of the employees in the district of Kutai district Tenggarong can be done through an increase in optimal working and leverage the potential of its human resources by employees in order to creat organizational goals. Employee job performance is measured by the standardor criteria established organization.
