Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe about the implementation of CSR program of PT. Pupuk Kaltim toward society and environment in Kelurahan Guntung, Bontang. The result shows that implementation of CSR program which is handled by public relation department of PT. Pupuk Kaltim bring high quality changes toward development accelerations in Kelurahan Guntung, in particular CSR environment and social development program.

Abstract

The aim of is article is to explain about the process of aparatus development of Bappeda Kota Smarinda. The result of study states that aparatus development of Bappeda Kota Samarinda in order to performance enhancement goes with an expectation. Aparatus development through Leadership and Functional Trainning has directly influence to performance enhancement of Bappeda Kota Samarinda.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the impact of professional allowance to optimization work of Headmaster of elemantary school in Samarinda Ulu. The result known that Headmaster performance getting better after releasing the allowance policy. Work performance’s indicators of headmaster can be traced from supervision activity toward learning-teaching process, briefing, guiding, giving an opportunity extended study, financial management, enhancement of providing school infrastructure adopting the need and priority.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the evaluation of apparatus development held by sea and fishery department of east Kalimantan province. The resukt states that the development of apparatus did not run optimal, but it can produce the competence apparatus. In the other side the increasing of apparatus competency precisely creates the gap between the work load with the apparatus competency it self.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyse about the competency’s role in order to enhance employee performance at Social Department of East Kutai. The result shows that employee performance did not too optimal, but they are still produce good work achievement. The lack of performance quality is caused by less compentency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of Mayor Bontang’s policy number 39/2011. The result show that the program of society participation which is held at South Bontang faced by the number of problems in implementation level, both administratively or technically. But it can contribute significantly to development acceleration.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to describe about the degree of participation of society in handling rubbish prolem and environment cleanness in Samarinda. The rubbish problem always becomes the actual issue in its relations to the development activity, in particular for urban areas. The study finds out that participation of society in handling the rubbish was good and right level.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain about execution of rural parliamentary function of Loa Kulu Kota. The result of study show that in doing its function, such as legislation, budgeting, supervision and protecting social custom, rural parliarmentary  of Loa Kulu Kota did not too optimal due to several factors.

Abstract

The aims of this article is to describe about the application of information technology in order to conduct data management for public service in BP2TSP of Samarinda city. The result shows that an application of information technology was run well through both program and application according to data structure for licensing service internally. But the program operators still need mentoring process by software support provider. Furthermore it still needs to be expanded for increasing effectiveness of coordination and cooperation with the other related institution externally.
