Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the work performance of employees, and then to describe and analyze efforts to improve employee performance and to describe factors-factors that support and hinder efforts to improve the work performance of employees in the Division of Program Malinau District Secretariat.The results of the study of employee Achievement in the Program Division of the Secretariat of the Regional District of Malinau in terms of the quality is good enough. While the factors supporting efforts to improve the work performance of employees in the Division of Program Malinau District Secretariat North Kalimantan province are in the form of salary-existence additional fees. While hindering factors are: The low ability of personnel resources, especially in the technical field, less discipline amongst the employee as well as the ineffective utilization of working hours.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the E-ID Card Implementation Services at the District Office Sangasanga Kutai regency. The object of the research findings demonstrate implementation of e-ID card service in the district of Kutai regency Sangasanga have implemented the appropriate mechanism, but in the service delivery process of the e-ID card is still confronted by many obstacles so the e-ID card service cumulatively less than optimal. It can be known from the sub-set of research focus that is not everything can be run effectively. Lack of effective implementation of e-ID card service in the District Sangasanga can be known from the aspect of human resources (personnel carrier) and inadequate computer facilities, so that the applicative, both in the process of administration, as well as data recording less effective.

Abstract

The existence of the school committee as been arranged in National Education Minister Decision Number 044/U/2002 formed in order to organize society’s aspiration, to develop society’s role, and to create democratics situation to implement the education so that educational high quality can be reached. The development of educational high quality at school need to be supported by headmasters’ managerial ability. School must be progressed every year. Therefore, good relationship among teachers must be created so that there will be a more condusive and cozier working climate and condition. Thus, the arrangement of physical appearance and school management must be built so that school can be an educational environment which can grow creativity and discipline to increase educational high quality.

Abstract

The results of this study have indicated good performance of the apparatus but still not optimal. Supporting factors contributing to Organizational Performanceare the Government Regulations (PP No. 29 of 2004, Regulation No.101 of 2001, Public policy No. 42 of 2008. Where a the factors that hinder the achievement of the performance are the limited allocation of rooms for work of public relations and protocol in the West Kutai Regional Secretariat that are less than a dequate and flexibility in performing work activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze efforts to improve work perfomance in Regional Working Units West Kutai District Forestry Office. The results showed that the performance improvement efforts undertaken Forest Service West Kutai through education and training, incentives, enforcement of labor discipline, provision of working facilities, and the award are very appropriate means to encourage employees to perform better. It is known from the results of interviews with key informants and supported by observations from the object of research which indicates that the accumulative efforts made by 5 (five) parameters provide a meaningful contribution to improving work performance. Despite efforts to improve work performance,they are still confronted by several issues (inhibiting factors), it can be concluded that the performance can be improved   by 5 (five) parameters has been carried by West Kutai District Forestry Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of environmental leadership and work together on work performanceof employees in the Finance Bureau of East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is found that the three variables, namely Leadership (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Job Performance(Y) has a positive influence and strong, this is evidenced by r=0.708 which provide guidelines for the interpretation put forward by Sugiyono which is in the interval from 0.60 to 0.799 were included in the strong category. From the research that has been conducted by the author, Factors Affecting Job Performance in the Financial Bureau of East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat included in the category of strong, therefore the existing leadership style must be maintained so that employees who have a good performance can be maintained and enhanced.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyse the implementation of infrastructure development in order to accelerate development in district of Sekolaq Darat Sub Province of Kutai Barat. Theresult foundthat theimplementation development of infrastructure in order to acceleration of development area in district of Sekolaq Darat was effective. Result of the development have succesfully adding 80 percent facilities and basic facilities in area. This performance was not reached final goals 100 percent because of limitation of budget allocation. This factor was main resistor factor of development infarstructure in Sekolaq Darat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Licensing Services Division of  Forestry Agency in East Kutai District Forestry Office. The research findings show that forestry licensing service held East Kutai Regency Forest Service is implementable optimally. In order to meet the expectations of public service users, the agency has implemented an integrated service pattern. Because of this reason, it gain big appreciation among entrepreneurs engaged in the rehabilitation of forests and land use, because it is no longer confronted by lines convoluted bureaucracy and all licensing matters can be resolved more effectively.
